My tire fell off in the walmart parking lot. (I'm just a girl lol) I called Mikes & Mr. Nick showed up quickly and swiftly scooped my truck onto his & took it where i needed it. Def calling him anytime i need a tow, giving my family his info too!
Tonight, my truck broke down at my child’s school near the beach. I contacted my insurance company, who then dispatched a tow through Mike Towing. Unfortunately, my experience with the towing representative on the phone was extremely disappointing.
I simply asked whether I needed to stay with the vehicle or if it was okay to leave, since it was getting dark and the school was clearing out. Rather than offering help, the person on the phone responded rudely, saying, “You can cancel the trip — I’ve got two calls ahead of you!” When I expressed that there was no need to be rude, he replied, “I don’t care, just do what you gotta do.”
This is not the kind of treatment anyone should receive — especially not someone already in a stressful situation, stranded with children.
Mike Towing, please train your staff to show basic courtesy and compassion. I can only imagine how my vehicle might have been treated if this person had been responsible for it.

I called today to get some help for my daughter‘s car. Her Prius was in limp mode and I called to see if they could help with the repair of her car. They could not help with her car because of what the computer was flashing, but he did give me the name of someone who could. Not only did he give me the name. He gave me the address and the phone number. The fact that he would go out of his way to help me when he wasn’t going to make any money off the deal, sealed the deal for me to use them in the future. They are added in my phone as Towing and the very next time I need a tow or one of my cars needs repair that they can fix. I will be calling. Thank you so much, Nick. You really went above and beyond and great customer service is so hard to come by but it came naturally to you!
Just had my 2020 Supra towed and it was stuck in park. Joe took his time and actually took care for my car and literally put soap on my tires so it wouldn't mess my tires up. Omg, couldn't believe it. He took so much care n time to make sure my Supra wasn't damaged! Will never go to another tow company ever! Thank you Joe and thank you Mike's towing! I feel bad I don't remember the gentleman's name who towed us late Monday night but he was very polite and was very nice about my daughter getting sick in his truck. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.
Extremely fast service! Tow truck showed up within a half hour of calling. Nick was very helpful and friendly. They had great customer service and were very communicative. They even called the dealer for me to make sure they contacted me about my vehicle. Prices were also fair. Highly recommend!
My daughter broke down over 100 miles from the destination. Have the top tier plan for towing to 200 miles with Aaa. AAA was a nightmare to deal with (being a night, holiday and weekend with supervisors not approving orders) but mikes towing answered several calls between me being frantic and AAA all and got my baby to her hotel finally. Nick and Eddie at Mikes Towing saved the day- 2 days in a row! I would recommend EVERYONE use them for any service that they offer. They went above and beyond way past expectation, have excellent customer service, saved me ALOT of money, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. Having little to no knowledge about vehicles and how they run- their honesty was invaluable. Nick did not just toe the truck as I requested- he asked what was going on, took a look at it himself, got my truck up and running to get it home - and offered for me to come to the shop next day to solidify the fix. All for a service fee, saving me hundreds of dollars by the time it would have all been done with. Eddie so generously helped me the next day at the shop and installed the parts that I picked up under their direction. Many thanks to you both! If I find myself in unfortunate circumstances again- Mikes Towing is who I am calling and I’m recommending everyone I know do the same!
I cannot leave out the kind receptionist that I spoke with on my initial call. I didn’t catch her name- but she greeted me with kindness, helped make sure I had the correct address for where I “thought” I needed it towed and got the tow arranged in such a timely manner. She handled what I thought was going to be a hectic arrangement with ease!
I broke down at 3:30pm on a Friday. Worst time to get a tow. Called a few shops with no luck, waited 2.5 hours for another that was “on the way” who didn’t show. Called mikes towing and there were there in 20 minutes. Super friendly and professional service. Would 100% recommend and won’t use anyone else.

Really great experience with Mike's. Setting up my tow was easy (with Celeste i think?), decent price. Arrived within the time frame they gave me. Sean was friendly and fast. Hope i don't need them again, but will certainly call them if needed!
We live outside of Jax & my daughter was in a car accident near there. Not knowing the area, we had AAA tow my car to Mike's. BIG mistake. From the 1st call, the rudeness of this place was overwhelming. I was told AAA never delivered my car to them. Several calls to AAA were made and confirmed that my car was dropped off there. I called back again to Mike Mike scoffed & then said "oh- your car is wrecked. What do you expect me to do with it?" I asked for recommendations and again was met with sarcasm & hostility. I finally found a body shop to have him tow it to. After giving him the address, he said "I've been in business for blah blah years and never heard of them". I asked him to just please deliver the car. He googled the shop while I was on the phone and said "oh- that's a hole in the wall place, no wonder " sir-- I did ask you for recommendations and you were a jerk. Just fyi: That "hole in the wall" place did a fantastic job. You? Nah... I would definitely NOT recommend this business to anyone.
The batteries died in my truck and my roadside service dispatched Mike’s Towing. Shaun got me back up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
Nick was amazing! We called to get a quote which was reasonably priced and he was able to get to us in 15 minutes. He even let our son help him pull the lever to get our car onto the tow truck. He dropped our car off at the mechanic and followed up with a phone call and photo of our car there. So happy to have come across this tow company! My 1991 Toyota pickup’s clutch stopped working on a Sunday. After a google search I called two other companies that didn’t answer before having the pleasure of speaking to Nick with Mike’s Towing. We told him the issue and he said he would come out after he finished with his current situation. He was very kind and helpful on the phone and he was out to meet us ahead of schedule. Before towing us he offered to take a look at the clutch and he was able to fix it for us! We paid his fee and was able to drive our truck home and it’s been working great ever since! We thought Nick was awesome and we were so happy to have him there to make what we thought was going to be a stressful situation a really positive one. Thank you!

I've had my car towed 2 other times by another company and each time I simply had a tow done by a genuinely nice guy. That was great! This time Nick from Mike's Towing came to tow my car and he gave me an even higher level of service that I'm not used to. He was genuinely nice, upbeat and easygoing. He asked questions, diagnosed my problem, hooked up some gadget thing to my car to see what was working or not and told me how to solve my problem. I ended up not actually needing a tow because the actual problem was with my car key itself. I'm so grateful for Nick of Mike's Towing because he was nice and troubleshooted my problem until it was resolved. I was able to safely drive myself home. Certainly, I'd always love to get a tow man who is also a caring mechanic to help me correctly diagnose my car problem. That's Nick! Thank you! Please do something nice for Nick! Great staff on hand, Mike the owner is no nonsense and will tell you what’s what. The master mechanics there are knowledgeable, towing staff is top notch. Nobody works on my Chevy 1500 but these guys. They have done all my suspension and engine repairs with no problems. Will continue to do business with this great company.

My car’s battery was dead and I needed to get towed from UNF campus to service center in Towncenter.
Super gentleman(don’t know his name sorry. Nice tall blond man) came and helped my car get towed. Campus was packed of cars and people but he was skilled driver and he came in 1 hour. I was kinda scared cuz it was my first towing experience but he helped me a lot. And I really appreciate it. I hope it would not happen again, but if I need tow service in future days, I’ll definitely call Mike’s.
I've use Mike's Towing for my work but I have never used them personally until today. After waiting hours for my insurance to find a tow company I called Mike's. They were at my location in less then 30 minutes. The driver was very nice and was able to get my car to the dealership quickly. The price was reasonable as well. Would certainly use them again!!
I needed a tow at 7:30am and I called a couple different places- Mike’s Towing actually answered the phone at early hours and were able to send Dan out. They also gave me the best price point along with the best customer service. I was told he would arrive in an hour but he arrived in 35 minutes. He was very helpful and efficiently had my car towed to my mechanic. I will definitely call them again in the future! I appreciate an honest company and Mike’s Towing + staff meet those standards.
