Dan came at the spur of the moment phone call back in August. He found my issue right away. It took him longer to find my apartment, as they are new. Then to fix the issue, lol. Totally fabulous and such a sweetheart. Definitely my go to guy now…
These guys are incredible! Super fair, honest and quick to repair my car issues. I told them I commute a lot for work and kids, and they worked nearly around the clock to get me back on the road so fast. Literally a day quicker than anticipated!! Dan called me to follow up too and that meant sooo much to me. BIG recommend.

Called last minute, took my car in and had my Wheel Bearings, and Front and Rear brake and rotors replaced in literally 2 hours! Absolutely amazing and down to earth people.
Bad workmanship, they charge you to come out and diagnose the issue when I already told them the issue . (Hose leaking antifreeze)
Then they tell me that apparently have to order a hose or piece I need . Supposedly thru the dealer and the dealer takes 5 days which is unheard of . Then it’s 3 weeks now and no word from them . From start to finish there definitely fishy .
Wouldn’t recommend, better finding a real mechanic not these guys.

Of course my Mini Cooper broke down the day before Thanksgiving… expecting at least a week beginning after the holiday, I was very happy to get it back in a day! Dan was great at explaining what was happening. He also saw that my brakes were in desperate need of help & fixed them too. I feel safe in my car again & will always choose this shop!

Thank you Dan for doing a great job on my 2016 ram 3500 Cummins diesel. Had a few issues the main one was a rough idle and he had it fixed in a few hours. He was fast and communicated great. Will definitely use again.
Dan's diagnosed oil cooler immediately and was spot on! The plastic nozzle broke and allowed entire coolant to spill out. He replaced the broken cooler with a sturdy aluminum one and replaced both engine oil and coolant systems to peak operating level. All of this was done in a few hours! I am more than pleased !!! Thank you Dan !!!
Dan is fair, fast, and honest. When I have a need, he always shares his knowledge, shares any details I am looking for, and then shares a price before he does the work. I have done simple maintenance and repairs and also had him do a lot of work on a 4X4 Blazer I was fixing up. His work has always been fast, accurate, and without issue. It is comforting when you can find a mechanic you can trust and use. He has been that guy for the last 3+ years since I located him at his old location in Punta Gorda and happily drove to Port Charlotte where he relocated after the Hurricane.

Look no further! We were less than a week from a long planned trip and the RV would not start! Called Dan's and they came out asap, diagnosed our Kaput fuel pump, and had us road-ready in no-time. Gotta say I highly recommend this place. First of all he gave me the best quote byfar of any of the places I called. After reading previous reviews I felt comfortable that he would be an honest mechanic and now I can reinforce that sentiment. Once I got my car there he immediately told me what I was coming in for wasn't something that needed to be replaced right away if I didn't want to spend the money right now. If that's not honest I have no clue what is, a lot of mechanics would have just taken my money but Dan's had my best interest and everyone needs that in a mechanic especially the people like me who live paycheck to paycheck. I appreciate you guys so much and I'll definitely be back and recommend you guys to anyone I know having car problems! Keep it up!
New to the area and had truck problems, found this place and couldn't be any happier. Had issues with the engine in my Yukon. Dan diagnosed it and eneded up having to replace the engine. Dan did this in a timely manor and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
My work truck would not start on an early morning for work. Did an online search for a mobile mechanic and Dans mobile repair popped up. Checked out the great reviews for Dan and Brenda so I called them for help. A short while later they arrived to my home in North Port and Dan went right to work. My truck was repaired with a new starter. Top notch, very reliable and personable. They will be fixing a few more issues for me as well. I will use them moving forward. Finding an honest and reasonable mechanic can be hard to do. Look no further. I was having issues with my car and called Brenda and Dan. They got me in the same day and started working on my car. They fixed the problem and also installed my head light bulb free of charge! The price to fix my car was way less than any other mechanic I called. They do amazing work and stand by it. I would highly recommend them. They also tow your car if needed. Very honest people with good hearts. Amazing work and high quality work!Don't go anywhere else!
