When looking for the best auto body shop in your town, do what I did. I went to the local wholesale auto paint shop and asked where they take their cars to have their work done. They referred me to Lakeside Collision, and I am grateful for their advice. My experience with Lakeside Collision has been outstanding. I have chosen their services on two separate occasions, and each time, the quality of their work has been impeccable. The precision in their body work and the flawless paint matching exceeded my expectations both times. The staff at Lakeside Collision are wonderful to work with. In particular, Nick and Victoria consistently go above and beyond. Their friendly and attentive approach made each visit comfortable and reassuring. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the family-owned and operated nature of the business. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel like a part of their family, which added a personal touch to the entire experience. If I ever need auto body work again, I will definitely be returning to Lakeside Collision.

The crew at Lakeside are true professionals. Dominic and Nick kept me informed through every step of the process. They booked my rental car, took me to pick it up, and even dropped it off for me. They were spot on with the timing even though there were some hiccups with the insurance. My truck came back like it was new, and much cleaner than I left it with them. The office staff were incredible as well. Always answered calls and questions. I hope I don’t need to but I would take my vehicles back there without hesitation.

Victoria and the team at lakeside collision are amazing. I took in my Chrysler 300 for rear end damage and they took care of it efficiently and carefully. Victoria kept me updated through the whole process and even waived my deductible fee. Would recommend again and again.

Lakeside collision center was recommended by a friend who sells cars. I set the appointment to get an estimate and got a quote on the spot with Dino. We then set a time to drop off my truck. The body and paint work came out great and I am very happy with the price. I felt like it was such a good price that I didn’t even feel the need to shop around. If you are in the market to get a paint job you should at least talk to this company and see what they have to offer.

So I am relatively new to the area and finding an auto body shop is not an enjoyable thing for me. Found this shop and gave the chance. I was on a tight schedule and unfortunately bad parts came in - Not the shops fault. But they more than made up for it. Their apology was outdone by their work is quality, their professionalism (too hard to come by these days) and this family owned place doesn't have years of experience in the industry - They have generations. For me, I know they deal straight, fair, and will prove they are no BS. They earned all my future business moving forward because traffic is real here and people are not the best drivers. I need a body shop I can rely on and Lakeside Collision Center is it for me.

I recently had my BMW X1 serviced at this body shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. They took care of everything with professionalism and attention to detail, making sure my car looked and ran perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and always kept me updated throughout the process, which really made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, their excellent work and outstanding customer service easily earn them a 5-star review. They also charge way less than other body shops.

Scott was great to work with. He was transparent and communicated well. Bart was extremely fair with pricing. Both of them had a no pressure approach and made the sale quick and easy. We were satisfied with our experience.

These guys did a fantastic job fixing my truck, as good as new! The customer service is the best, great quality work, wonderful to work with and has my truck back sooner than expected. Highly recommend this business.

Said my car would take less than two weeks to fix, they had it for 2 months total, quality of the paint job and color matching was terrible (pictures attached) and had to have them redo it which was supposed to take 3 days and ended up taking another two weeks, i finally have the car back but now it has small blemishes and paint chips all around and the headlight they installed keeps shutting off. Please never use lakeside collision center.

I was referred to Dino and Lakeside by a former client of mine, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. He answered any calls, texts, and questions I had within minutes. He helped me through the entire process with my car. It unfortunately was deemed a total loss, but he was very upfront with me that it is not worth it. Not that he would have made much money off of my car, but he very well could have steered me otherwise due to my lack of experience in this situation. He didn’t. I went by the shop today to say goodbye to my car and get all of my things out of it, and even helped me move things out of it when he had no obligation to. Lakeside has been a God send through a not so great time, and I wouldn’t bring a car anywhere else.

This place is Amazing. I had two minor issues And I was out of town and needed help on a Saturday morning. They realligned my trunk that would not latch and I knocked my heat shield loose and up it went. . I had called ahead and they met me at the door grabbed my Key and returned in 5 mins, maybe less,with every thing fixed . They would not let me pay them but gave me a stack of cards and asked me to spread the word. Theses people are top notched. I am trying to do one better and post here. Outstanding service and just lovely people. My only issue is that they did not have a coffee pot, but I would not have had time to drink it. Thanks, Guys!

Highly recommend Lakeside and Dino. They took great car of my commercial vehicle as it was hit and run in a parking lot. They explained the whole process with the insurance, handled everything from calling my claim in and getting my graphics replaced. They even helped me with my large deductible. Very impressed with how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Thanks again Lakeside!!

Wow what an amazing experience I had at Lakeside Collision Center! Dino and the workers here are remarkable. Honestly, as a female, walking into any type of automotive establishment can be intimidating because most places try to take advantage as soon as they see a female especially by themselves. Dino is the complete utter OPPOSITE of that stereotype!. Absolutely a class act ??. I cannot say enough good things about Dino and Lakeside collision! As someone newer to this area I now know where I can go if there is ever another issue with one of my vehicles. Thank you so so much!! I absolutely recommend them to any and everyone.

I brought my truck to this place. They said yes to everything that I asked them. They just yelled the hell out of me then they kept my truck for way longer than they said while they had my truck all my tools got stolen out of the back of it this company is nothing but cook they overcharge my insurance then when it was all said and done, they didn't use an OEM light like they told me that they would they didn't replace the panel like they told me they won. They beat out the den and Bondo it which still to this day has a day in it do not take your vehicle here they will rob you.

My car was sideswiped on the passenger side from stem to stern. Fortunately When I called the police I was told that the 'offender' had already reported the accident and taken responsibility (kudos to her!). Since this was my first (and hopefully only) major accident in 50+ years of driving, I relied on online reviews of auto shops to choose where to get repairs handled. Lakeside Collision Center had really good reviews. For me, this was a wise choice: -Dino worked with me to explain to the insurance company that the car did not need to be considered 'totaled'. It didn't make sense to 'junk it' since my car had relatively low mileage and was in excellent shape, other than damage from this accident. -Rental car was delivered to my house; paperwork already completed. -When repairs were finished, my car was delivered to my home in beautiful nick. Repairs appear to have been done very well (not even noticeable), interior and exterior are far cleaner than when it was left at Lakeside. My car looks like it was just driven out of the showroom! -Dino returned the rental car to the agency. The only downside was the wait time, (but I tend to be impatient if I'm not 'hands on' :) Hopefully I will never need this type of service again, but if do I will definitely contact Lakeside without hesitation!

What a class act Dino is. I called Dino a week ago to let him know my Cadillac DTS was stuck at the dealership in Venice They could not figure out how to close my sunroof. The tracks had broken. They gave me a demand to get it out of their possession, or they would be forced to leave it outside my wife called around and reached out to Dino at Lakeside Collision. Dino informed her he could absolutely take care of us if we can get it to him and drop it off. We explain that would be a problem as we are in Detroit and could not facilitate that, however we could maybe reach out to AAA and they could help. Dino put me at ease letting me know he would send his guys to come out and grab it for me which blew my mind they picked up the car brought it to the shop. Had it for three or four days Dino called me and informed me the parts that he needed to fix the sunroof were discontinued, and I was out of luck. However he would take this challenge seal the sunroof block it off and waterproof it if I was OK with that having no option. I said absolutely and thank you very much for looking out for me. Do you know contacted me yesterday and informed me he needed the car removed due to other customers needing help I didn’t have a chance to reach out until today at which time he informed me don’t worry about it I’m having one of my guys shuttle it to your house. I’ll leave the keys at your house in a world where nobody helps anybody. This was absolutely refreshing. Dino is a class act. We need more people like him in this world. Do you know inspired me to pay it forward which I did by helping her out with her porch.

They were absolutely amazing and so kind. Fixed everything on my daughter’s car and we couldn’t be happier. So glad I was referred to them by my mechanic or I wouldn’t have even known about this shop. It is very hard to find a genuine, honest and kind business now days. Thank you guys so much. We will always use you in the future for our car needs.

They did a great job painting my black bumper and mirrors white. Truck looks so much better. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

I dropped my Audi A6 off with what I’d consider some major damage to the front left side of the bumper as well as some minor paint damage to the left rear quarter panel above the tire from an accident and when I received the vehicle back it looked phenomenal. They brought it back to the day it rolled off the factory line and the results speak for itself. Thank you to Dino and the rest of the team at lakeside collision center. It took a little longer than expected due to getting parts, but the workmanship and professionalism was worth the wait. Dino kept me informed during the repair. The car looks brand new! I didn't even have to bother someone to give me a ride home, a very nice young man named Nick gave me a ride back to my house after dropping the car off. Not only that but he brought my car back to me at my house after it was repaired! Go see Dino at Lakeside, you won't be disappointed!

Lakeside Collision Center and their team were so helpful. I got into an accident a few weeks ago and call him at the scene of accident. They handled everything for me from towing my car, arranging a rental to filling my claim for me. I didn’t have rental coverage on my policy and they paid for the rental. They even discounted my $1,000 deductible. Beyond pleased on how my car came out after Lakeside repaired it.
