1st time customer. I spoke with Marco on the phone regarding my 2007 Prius and the failing AC. He laid out a plan covering inspection, standard maintenance, and repair if necessary and could not have been nicer or more accomodating. I took the car in this morning and they did exactly what they said they would do, no more, no less. The AC is working once again and everyone there was friendly and thoroughly professional. Job well done!

Totally great experience from the moment i walked in. I highly recommend this shop very thorough process sent pictures of everything along with details. Kyle is awesome super transparent very honest didn’t try to just sell me parts or labor he explained everything in detail gave me different options. Only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because i did not get any repairs done in my situation it was not worth it but the entire process was pleasant. I recommend this place, and i highly recommend Kyle! A&E is a good shop forsure i will be returning if needed, hopefully not anytime soon :)

Finally, an honest and skilled shop for our truck! I cannot recommend A & E Auto Repair enough. I brought my truck in after dealing with a mobile repair service. A truly bad experience that lasted over four days. I was told that it would cost $3000-$6000 to fix this internal cylinder problem. I was treated poorly and left me very skeptical as to whether I could trust anybody. I did some research and checked out reviews/suggestions on Yelp and Google. They kept coming up on my searches so I thought I would call and set up an appointment. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Marco kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what was wrong without trying to upsell me on parts I didn't need. They treated my truck like it was their own. They even send you pictures of before and after. Such fantastic service. The repair was finished right on time and it’s driving smoother now than it has in years. Also, it didn’t cost me anywhere near what the mobile service quoted me. They are very fair! If you’re looking for an Auto Repair shop who actually knows trucks and stands by their work, this is the place. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else! Thanks Marco…you guys are the best!!

I had a great experience at A&E when I brought in my 2018 Dodge Journey for brakes, and an oil change. They were thorough in their inspection and Kristina was very transparent and informative on the status of my vehicle and the recommended future maintenance/repairs. I’ve driven over 200 miles since getting the work done and have zero complaints about the car’s performance thus far.

We were stuck at an ATM nearby we managed to get the AAA to get us to A&E and from start to finish these guys were professional their office and Shop was Immaculate and beautiful the waiting room had everything to make us totally comfortable . I took my car in for diagnostic for the rear differential. I have a third party warranty on it. Kyle was very helpful and read through the warranty and called them to see what they will pay. I would recommend A & E to anyone looking for an honest company.

We took our son’s truck there 3 times. The first time the service was ok. The second time we were fairly certain it was the starter, which is what we communicated, however; they were convinced it was the alternator and replaced that. A month later, we were still having the same problems with the vehicle, twice leaving my son stranded. When we brought it back, they wanted to charge us $99 just to look at it even though they misdiagnosed the issue in the first place. We would’ve brought the vehicle back sooner but we were out of town. Their exact response was “we try to get it right the first time but sometimes we don’t”. That’s quite the business motto. At the very least, they should’ve looked at it for no charge. Needless to say, We took our business elsewhere.

This is my first review of a company, that I have ever written. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was treated with such compassion....I had just backed my car into the garage door as it was opening, and it had crashed into the antenna....They told me that they would have to take the whole roof off....and tears just started rolling down my cheeks...I have never seen such empathy...They explained what they would do step by step . When I came back to give them my car to be worked on, they asked if I wanted to see their back room...It was such an amazing room...for meditation...for quiet time...for reflection...for prayer....I just stayed there for a while....I sorely needed it... They had my car for about 5 weeks and each week they would call to give me updates and pictures and always asking how I was doing...(You see, I was such an emotional mess when I first came in..) They put me in their prayers....How utterly amazing...but I digress.....The car was perfect, when it was returned to me...They still called a week later to see if I liked what they had done....Can you imagine in this day and time! If something is wrong with your car...in whatever capacity...run...do not walk to this wonderful company!

This is the 2nd time I've had my truck in their shop and they did a great job both times. Kristina was awesome to work with. She kept me updated throughout there entire process. I even got my truck back a day early. I wish they offered a towing service. But nonetheless, it was a great working with the people at A&E.

They treated me with respect and heard out my concerns about the vehicle, excellent work all around and fair prices and great costumer service. Good mechanics and technicians . A&E Body Shop repaired my Mini Cooper S Convertible after I was rear ended by a commercial plumbing truck pulling a backhoe. Marco, the owner, called me every Friday to give me an update on the progress and periodically sent pictures of the car. He dealt with the insurance adjuster when they found additional issues with the back up camera and convertible top, after the body work was completed. He checked out my car from top to bottom to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. When I picked it up yesterday, it was spotless, inside and out. I would highly recommend A & E ! I now know they can do oil changes, any kind of automotive repairs as well as body work. We will be using them from now on when we need anything for our vehicles. Thank you Marco & crew. A&E is A great repair shop, the owner Marco is great to deal with he has an awesome staff of friendly, knowledgeable people working for him. My tech Gary is my hero he did an amazing job getting my truck all fixed up and running excellent!!! I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. I have found a new home to get all my classics cared for!

Being I’m in the Vintage Wedding Car Service and being Perfectionist in my Craft, I can appreciate a Service repair garage that has my same attributes, especially a Garage that works on Classic cars, though this Service repair appointment was for my 2008 Ford Expedition. Marco, the owner called me the night before my air-conditioning service and when we confirmed that I mentioned I had a few other issues that I would appreciate if you could take the time to see if they could troubleshoot and fix the problems. When I checked in early before my appointment, Marco was at reception desk filling in for his Regular receptionist / Service writer. Marco was so professional and thorough with going over my list of things I needed to be checked. I was very impressed with the technology they use to inform there customers as work is being down on vehicle. The Service was professional, thorough & timely. The labor Rates & parts are very very fair and I would never consider taking my vehicles anywhere else as long as I’m still living in the area.
