THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST or address is wrong! The only company here is Coastal and they only take cardboard no plastics and you have to pay.

I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I am very disappointed in the company and the level of customer service. I should not have to call in every other day for almost a month just to hear the same empty promises. I never knew it would be this difficult to have an extra container removed from my house. I am still here waiting. The drivers lie saying it’s not outside but I have pictures showing that it is and a camera outside to prove that it has been in the same spot everyday for the entire month. This is so exhausting and embarrassing.

Good service, timely pickup, easy to correspond with offfice. Even service is paid for by Homeowners association, would use them if I had a standalone property.

Tricked my elderly mother with dementia into signing a 5 year contract for a recycle container when the business has no cardboard to recycle. I TRIED MANY TIMES TO GET THIS REVERSED BUT THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. DISGUSTING

Since WM took over North Lauderdale, they have gotten worse. Missing days , both waste and recycling! Update. : there has been improvement in the pick up times in the city by WM

Waste management in my community always does a A great job their pick up time is always on point they go far beyond expectations.

WM keeps placing my trash can in my drive way after I've made several complaint about it. They have no consideration for the homeowners.

WM is reliable and helpful to our needs for waste pickup. Especially since we have bulk pickup once a week! this helps keep our community clean since piles don’t build up for a month like in other communities. Also they are reliable and kind when needing assistance over the phone. I have had excellent service for years with this company!

Waste Management is the best in the business. They provide fast and efficient service in maintaining a healthy environment. We have utilized their services for over 30 year and are still extremely contented.

DO NOT use this company. They are charging me for a recycling pick up every month but the dump the recycle bin into the same truck as the waste container.

I don't like this company as they are not responsible, they are spoused to come every Monday and Fridays and they don't come those days most of the times specially on Mondays creating a mess in our dumpster rooms and in addition to that they keep pushing us to add a 3rd day as if that would solve our problems, so if they don't come on Mondays as they are spoused to and then show up on Tuesday what would they come for on a Wednesday then ?

We started using GFL because they offered recycling. At first the service was absolutely spot on. As time went by the service was iffy at most and calling customer service did nothing to help the situation. Finally, the recycle program was stopped in our area. The reasons I gave GFL such a poor review is due to the many service failures and lack of making it right. Recently their poor service and missed pickups brought back the problems we had experienced in the past. When you call customer service, they act like they really care, but they actually NEVER take ownership of the problems to get them resolved. When you ask customer service to call the operations area about your service failures, they say they can't call. Why can't a customer service supervisor call operations and discuss service failures. Additionally, I asked to have the operations manager call me, but, of course, they didn't call (had asked for the call on many problems). In 3 weeks, our entire street had missed pickups. On the first such situation they advised the pickup would be made on Thursday. As I expected they never came. When I called about the situation (FYI garbage can was overflowing since pickups are Monday) the customer service rep said oh well, your service will be next Monday. She didn't care we had NO PLACE TO PUT OUR GARBAGE. Even more exasperating and adding insult to injury, they actually picked up the garbage at our neighbor across the street on that Friday and couldn't even cross the street to get our overflowing bin. GFL has no ability to provide service when pickups are missed, and they really don't care. Sadly, they insulate the operations area and treat the customer like we are being unreasonable. FYI 2 times in 3 weeks they missed our entire street for pickup and there was no notification of delays.

My Big thing is the drivers attitude & all trash cans not being put back were they belong. They shouldn't be just thrown back or leaving in the streets. Now the guys that are on the back of the truck I will say there behavior is great.

Pompano Beach is no longer contracted with WM for trash for businesses. We are in a 3 year contract with WM for recycling and we started to have problems with several missed pickups. I called three times. Finally, I wanted to cancel and switch to the contracted company but my contract auto renews for another 3 years. The price nearly doubled under the contract. Also, I called 2 month in advance of the renewal but they require 90 day notice or you'll locked in for 3 years! There should be flexibility especially in light of the lack of service for months and change of contracts with the city. I believe I was having trouble due to having two companies service trash and recycling. Put customers first.

While road work was being done on the street in front of my home, the personnel went out of its way to return my bin to the side of my house, saving me effort and time as I am elderly with disabilities. Great job.

WM vehicles arrive as scheduled. The drivers are efficient and friendly. It amazes us to see how nimbly they maneuver the remote arms and dispose of the waste without spilling any of the content onto the street and returning the bins to their upright positions. We especially like the frequency of the bulk pick-up schedule..

Still dealing with incorrect billing issues from when I opened the account in September and it is now a week into December. They more than triple charged me my rate and have yet to reflect it on my balance as they confirm that they cannot "retroactively" adjust a bill but it will reflect on future bills. Still have yet to see it and still getting charged late fees for their error. Would rather pay a little more for a private company that is reliable and trustworthy.

I like that WM shows up on weekends and holidays. I like that they answer and explain on the phone when collection has been missed. I don't like that sometimes the containers are strown around after they leave. Overall, though, not bad.

The service has been unreliable, takes hours to reach and put in a complaint or request. For as many times as we have trashed picked up a week the drivers don’t care what falls to the ground and sometimes doesn’t return trash bins to the original location.

Great service. Very easy to set up and they did everything they said they would do in a timely and professional manner. The driver that picked up the container was outstanding!!
