This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From recent reviews of White Shark Towing Inc in Pompano Beach, FL, sentiment is positive but mixed: many note fast arrivals, careful handling, and professional drivers, plus fair pricing. But there are serious complaints about rude front-desk behavior, long paperwork and gate waits, a tow to the wrong location, and allegations of discrimination or missing items. Yard access/policy communication seems inconsistent; little info on parts inventory or finding parts. Some reviews mention another brand, so attribution is unclear. Overall: 81/100, with customer service and wait times needing work.

I just wanna say thank to White Shark Towing for taking very good care of my vehicle. The driver was very professional he took care of my car as if it was he’s on. They were punctual, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone in need.
