This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback for LKQ Melbourne - Pompano Beach in Pompano Beach, FL skews positive, scoring 82/100. Many praise friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick pickup/shipping, fair pricing, and a clean, organized facility. Inventory breadth and good used parts deals are noted. However, complaints recur about wrong parts supplied, difficulty getting help by phone, a leaking differential with denied warranty, and occasional rudeness—so service consistency varies. Expect good prices and fast turnaround, but verify part details and return/warranty terms.

Every single person I talked to was kind and patient and I called three times and came in for pick up once. The prices were more than fair compared even to the places you have to pull yourselves. I loved the security of the over the phone payment system where you key in your number rather than read it to a person. I was given a throughout description of the quality of the product as well. Plus I had multiple choices for where to get my parts sent and they were sent fast!! I definitely recommend. I appreciated the cleanliness of the warehouse as well.
Pick them up they made a mistake on the spindle that I was trying to get he gave me one on the driver side when I need the one on the passenger side now I won't be able to get that until Friday and that's the correct spindle which is for the passenger side and that sucks cuz when you got customers do and you're doing business that's bad business
