This place sucks...or atleast the website does..it has no way to contact anyone, guess they dont want to make sales. They have a box under business that reads Ask,but it looks like a Google feature...in any case I asked for headlights, the most common car n truck part and I named the most common truck that are all over the road and I got no results. If they dont even carry various parts for the most common vehicles on the road I gotta wonder what they do even sell...but either way their website sucks and its useless....doesnt even say something like will notify if we get that in...its like they dont want to make money??

Great company, called looking for a VW transmission for a friend, I didnt know much, however they took the time to show me were this 3 letter code is that you need, unfortunately they didn't have the part, but the gentleman was nice enough to find another location that had my part. I would totally go back to them if ever needing to find auto parts. Staff is amazing.

Gardner Auto Parts provided excellent service from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. yeah just super rude customer service. got mad at me that i asked if i had paid for the part or not since i couldn’t remember. lol. either way, just very very unfriendly service and i don’t wish that amongst any small business! supposed to help your customers, not treat them like strangers ?? very bizarre situation it was.

The customer service that’s on the phone. It has to be the most worst experience customer service I could ever receive from a company. This company has to be the worse. I’m asking is questions and when the part will be ready for me to pick up for my vehicle. The guy on the phone is very argumentative. I was never rude to him. All I’m asking him is when will the part be ready? I spoke to him a day previously regarding this information he told me he would try to have the part ready by the ending of that day, and I tried to follow up with him the next day and the customer service was just terrible. He told me to go buy the parts somewhere else. I hope that the person that’s answering on the phone does not own this company cause if it is this has to be the worst customer service ever.

Found Gardner Auto Parts online when looking for a fender and bumper cover in the same color as my vehicle. Gardner Auto Parts was by far the best auto part yard I have ever worked with. They were receptive to my phone call, answered all of my questions, and were more than happy to work with me remotely to put my parts aside. I paid a deposit several weeks before I travelled to get the parts and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. They were transparent through the process and very enjoyable to work with. When I arrived at Gardner I was in and out within 15 minutes, my parts were in perfect condition as advertised. I would work with Gardner Auto Parts again in a heartbeat.

This is truly an amazing business run by amazing caring people. I sold my car to them and it was easy, clear, legit and every step of the process made me more and more comfortable that I made a good decision. You can trust these guys. Spoke with Ryan on phone about hatch back i saw on a website for my Tiburon. He agreed he agreed to send it freight even though he normally wouldn't for this type of part. The day it arrived and before I saw it I spoke with Ryan and he sent me pics of it and I was surprised that it was red and I thought the one I had ordered was white. After going back to site I realized I had ordered the wrong stock # Ryan said he had the white one and would exchange it but he's 5 hours away and shipping is expensive. Ryan then asked if I was in a hurry for part because (this was in late October early November ) he and his family would be traveling to the mountains and would be coming through close to my area on Christmas. So on Christmas he left Florida and I met him at exit on 95 in Ga. and he brought me the white hatch back at zero charge. I tried to pay him 100 for his trouble but he refused. This was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. Was a true pleasure meeting and doing business with Ryan.

Went there about 2 weeks ago to replace a faulty battery in my girlfriend's car. Super nice guys, especially Junior. Very matter of fact, as you'd want someone dealing with cars to be. They even went above and beyond removing the core with me, which they did not have to solve they were down a few guys that day. Highly recommend

Buzz and the staff there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The part I needed wasn't in stock but they ordered it right away and gave me a courtsey call when they received it. I would definitely use them again when I need parts for my car.

I recently visited your store in search of a specific part and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant, primarily due to the rude demeanor of one of your staff members, Jr. When I approached Jr with a simple question about the part I was looking for, I expected a helpful response. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a condescending tone that left me feeling belittled. It’s disheartening to encounter such disrespect when all I was trying to do was get some assistance. Additionally, Jr seemed more interested in his phone and smoking his HQD vape than in helping me. I had to repeat my question several times, and each time he responded with an eye-roll or a sarcastic remark. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service role, and it certainly left a negative impression on me about your store. I understand that everyone has off days, but being consistently disrespectful to customers is not justifiable. I hope this feedback can help improve the service at your establishment, as I would hate to see others treated the way I was.

These guys are great I know them for many years now bought all sorts of parts with them. Great warranty, great customer service, and great prices whatever you need these guys can help!

Please read see photos...Business listed carbon canister for Honda S2000 on Ebay that is not correct part for a S2000, the part they sold fits a Honda Civic. I sent the business pics as proof from my mechanic side by side comparison. I called the business frustrated, both Junior and Ryan lack of character or integrity and unprofessional behavior to hang up. This poor business practices and WRONG PARTS FOR CAR LISTED on Ebay. Shame on you all!! I will continue to dispute with Ebay with photos as proof of deception of part you sold on Ebay. See photo 1 from mechanic. Mine is on right side and the incorrect part they sold is on the left. Photo 2 part listing on Ebay that same part Gardner sold to fit S2000 fits a Honda Civic. Business replies to negative reviews as in mannerisms of a bully. Update...J&J auto wrecking knows what is on the shelf to sell and list parts correctly. My S2K is on the road again...beware of the bully business practices at Gardners. The reply to my review is embellished from the business in way of "Gaslighting"...blame others for their failure of listing parts incorrect and then selling ...Ofcourse to this business anything "negative" is always going to be wrong of the customer in this narrow mindedness way of conducting business. Gardners acting arrogant to accept what they sold to me "fits a Civic not S2000". Look at the canister size difference. See the listing for Honda Civic carbon canister it is right there..2nd photo..Photo 4 is correct part with J&J Auto Wrecking who knows what is on the shelf. 3rd photo is Yelp review of Gardner who deceived them in what they listed.

I bought a 17 inch toyota rim from them a while back and paid over $100 for it. I ended up not needing it and they don't offer returns or warranty. I tried to get an exchange and they don't carry much parts for my car either. Also the guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly either. I definitely won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Ryan and George Jr. were very responsive and patient when I called for an older Volvo window which I needed. Service, price and product all were excellent! They shipped the window and I was able to get it installed locally. Thank you Ryan, George Jr. and Gardner’s Auto Parts! I will call again when I need a part!

A couple of years ago, I needed some parts for my vehicle and my son's vehicle. I usually go to the dealer or regular auto parts store. But, times are tough, so I decided to try Gardner's Auto Parts, and boy am I glad I did! Buzz quickly found exactly what I needed in their computer. The parts were in stock, and Buzz had me rung up and out the door, and I even had time to spare before returning to work from my break! This summer I went back for something else, and my experience was as good or better. Once again, the low prices, fantastic service, and all around professionalism were such a blessing. I love Gardners auto shop! They are always very helpful in person and through the phone. Helped me find a gas cap very quickly. Would recommend to anyone. This gentlemen has amazing customer service dedication!!
