They refused to pick up garbage after Christmas. Bins in Our whole neighborhood are packed with garbage. FYI waste amateurs, Dec. 26.is not a Holiday.

Ran across the most amazing clam truck driver the other day by the name of Diamond..she was so mannerable and helpful and patient..great person with a outstanding personality and did a wonderful job helping clean my mom yard.

Waste Pro is the best! Hugh, who drives the main truck for pickup, is wonderful! we have been friends for years! The yard bulk pick up workers and drivers did a fantastic job picking up my enormous pile of yard debris yesterday. It looks as if nothing was ever there! I am going to sincerely miss the men who take care of all the pickups . They are great!

I'm updating my review because of recent frustrations with this company regarding pick up of debris in my neighborhood. Every Wednesday, the truck is supposed to pick up debris placed along the front yards. For two weeks now, this has not occurred. The modest sized pile (pictured) was not picked up by the bulk collection truck last week. It was ignored by the truck with the large claw that came by the next day, and was again ignored by the truck that passed by this morning. Waste Pro is not doing the job they are paid to do and that is not acceptable.

Ron C Jonathan B truck 1372 These guys work hard and always take care of any debris or junk I need GONE! They are always kind and professional when I get a moment to chat with them. Their job is hard but they are always smiling and making the best of it. Glad I have them in my neighborhood.

Great service with the nicest worker. Mr. Jean AKA EJ truck #1962 is the best. He is very pleasant and always takes his time when he sees us outside to stop and talk to our 3 year old son. Our son waits for him every Monday and Thursdays. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and service.

My 84 year old mom and sister love the service guys visit regularly and help. Driver Ron C, his helpers Jonathan B. & Cherry in truck 1372 are extremely helpful and kind.Jeff

Jean Charles has been doing our route for almost 3 years and he is great. His helper Ron is also wonderful. They drive truck #1376 and we're very pleased with their service.

EJ Baptiste who drives truck #1962 is awesome!! He’s very professional, hard working, and kind. My kids love when he comes into our neighborhood and he always stops and waves. We appreciate all of his hard work and thank you for having an employee like him!!

Barron did an Excellent job with helping us sort out the problems with the recycling and trash cans. We got brand new ones quickly and efficiently! Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience using Waste Pro while restoring our Coral Springs that we purchased 12/30/16. We generated a tremendous amount of debris in ripping out floors, kitchen cabinets, drywall, old sinks, etc and the 20 yd roll on and roll off dumpster was the perfect solution! Jaime (the representative) was exemplary and very flexible to work with! Had this large dumpster emptied twice. Highly recommend!!!
