Dr &Jp auto sale inc ,and body shop in Pompano Beach, FL draws mixed reactions. Many praise quick, on‑time towing/junk‑car pickup, fair prices honored, and helpful staff; others report poor paint work, unclear add‑ons, rude calls, a no‑show, a misdescribed car with refund delays, and a serious owner conduct concern. Little insight on inventory or yard organization; one note says they help pull parts. Wait times range from swift to hours. Overall: 68/100. Strengths: fast service and solid offers. Weak spots: professionalism and paint/sales issues.
What clients say about Dr &Jp auto sale inc ,and body shop in Pompano Beach (FL)
I do not recommend this shop. Their staff are not professional and don't know what they are doing. Bad service overall. Don't go there for anything related to fixing your car
Avoid this place. The paint job on the car is terrible. There are clear signs of runs, uneven texture, and overspray on the trim. For the price paid, the quality is completely unacceptable
I recently had my car painted at this shop, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The work was rushed and poorly executed, leading to visible bubbling, rust spots, and paint adhesion issues. The quality of the finish did not meet expectations, and I was not satisfied with the results
Customer service was lacking; I felt dismissed when I raised concerns, and the final invoice included charges that were not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and professionalism.
Terrible experience! Paid for a vehicle that wasn't as described, and when I tried to get a refund, they ghosted me. No response to calls or emails. Complete waste of time and money. Be aware of this guy!
I had a 2025 bmw x6 I bring it the shop for paint , the get done fast and they extremely professional: I recommend any one can bring your car to this shop`Dachemy his a great guy take care me very good I will come back soon
The owner, Dachemy Romeus, sold me a car with the wrong mileage. After I returned the car, they promised a refund, which took over a month to be issued. When I went back to get my money, he threatened me with a gun. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous behavior.
