Came here on a recommendation from a friend, everyone was so kind and helpful and their prices are super reasonable, I cant recommend this shop enough! They were transparent and efficient and made me feel very comfortable, I will definitely be back, thanks again yall!
Great experience! My radiator started leaking over the weekend and was holding me up from making a 2 hour drive home. I went to Roxana Automotive right when they opened and spoke with Derek the owner. He had me on my way the same day with a new radiator installed and oil change. I found the owner and whole team to very friendly, knowledgeable and fair pricing. I will be returning in the future while in the area for any repairs.
Had a starter burn up on Thursday night and Derek had me taken care of next day. Great shop with great people and very appreciative of my experience here and the service provided. Thank you Derek and family!!
These guys saved our vacation and our trip home. We live five hours from Bethany Beach and our check charging system light went on and our mechanic back home said not safe to drive back up. After no other garages near the beach would give us an appointment until the following week - our rental ended Saturday - Veronica got us in for an appointment first thing Friday. Derrick couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating and quickly diagnosed the problem (alternator) got the part and repaired on the spot. The price was totally reasonable and we had no issues driving back up. Had they not taken care of us we would have had a nightmare scenario with hotel rooms and car rentals none of which were readily available. Nice honest people with a lovely baby girl and beautiful dog too.
I had a wonderful experience at Roxana Automotive Services. Derrick went above and beyond to take care of us at a moments notice! We are so grateful for his professionalism, expertise and kindness. Away on vacation we had a horrible smell in our car. They fit us in on a busy 4th of July weekend and basically took the interior out of our vehicle to find a dead mouse was the issue. The owner explained everything he was doing and was detailed and honest for a reasonable rate. He got us back to our vacation odor free ! Highly recommend these guys
I was impressed with they way they explained things that my truck needed. They also explained the bill with me. I left there very satisfied and felt safe in my truck again!
On our way to Ocmd for a short getaway, the car started running rough and the dash lights popped on. When I called Monday morning they worked me in on an emergency basis, diagnosed the problem, and changed out a bad plug and ignition coil while we waited. Derek(?), the very friendly owner, did a great job explaining the problem, even suggesting that all the plugs did not need to be replaced. Thanks! ..... the price seemed reasonable, and I didn't need to rent a car to drive back home.
The best customer service I have ever experienced. Kept the garage open nearly an hour after closing out of concern for someone the owner had never met. Friendly conversation and when the issue ended up being just a lose bolt he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Excellent place absolutely recommend.

Had an oil pump issue and was given estimate after estimate of over $1300. Most places wanted my Jeep for days. Not Roxana, $800 and done in a day! Derrick and Veronica were amazing.
Highly recommend. Derrick fixed my alignment quite easily when another local well known shop said it was not possible... Great customer service from Veronica and the shop dog is an added bonus.
Derrick and Veronica has always done great work and services for my vehicles. I have tried many local shops and it's hard to find a place with great knowledge and services they have. I will be back!
Roxanna Automotive Services is AMAZING! I reached out to them because I had a flat tire. George said to bring it in and he would fix it right away. He recommended a tow company which was able to pick it up quickly. George and Rachel kept me updated on the status and I was back on the road within a few hours. Amazing, friendly service!!
Short: Extremely fast and high quality service for a VERY competitive price. Highly recommend for anyone in the ocean city vacation area.
Long: I was visiting Maryland on vacation and got a plastic bag stuck under my car hours before leaving It had melted under my exhaust and I was unable to take of it myself. I called various auto shops, and was met with a rude answerer or voicemail, which was surprising for an early Friday afternoon.
However, Roxana's auto shop was the complete opposite: delightful to help me, and concerned for my issue, regardless of how small it seemed. They took me right away and Rachel held a very informative and fun conversation that made the time fly by, while still working hard at her desk!
While I did not speak much with George other than about my car issue, he was very nice and always spoke with a smile.
Please go here if you need a mechanic, especially if an unexpected situation arises with your car on vacation!
Took my nissan murano to get the ac repaired and brakes done did a great job on all aspects . Will use service again currently took my mustang to get spark plugs changed and shifter replaced .
George did a great job for me replacing a badly leaking fuel line. He found a way to fit us in on short notice during vacation season. Highly recommend him.
One of the only shops around that would put an exhaust manifold on a mustang. Also had my air conditioner put back in because I had to take it out when replacing the engine. Very fair prices and the job was done so quick. I dropped it off the night before and it was done the next day at 11am. He does not rip you off or try to order parts himself if you already have them. Definitely take your car here.
I live in Hunt Valley Maryland and my daughter lives in Delaware. Any issues my daughter has had with her car, wether it is electrical, mechanical or just maintenance, George has always been there for us...highly recommended..

George is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Family all started going there years ago and now I do not go anywhere else unless I have to. He is very knowledgable and fair priced. Every time I call he remembers who I am and is always willing to do whatever to help. I took my car to a dealership and they told me I HAD to get my catalytic converter fixed right away and would cost over 1300 dollars. George told me it really was not a big issue and the car would still run without fixing it. He also said that if I did want it done it would not cost nearly that much. Great service!
My wife and I were out of town on vacation when one of our calipers locked up on us. Thankfully we were close to the Roxana Auto Service shop. We were told it would be a day or two so we dropped the Jeep off and we were back in action in 36 hours. As you can imagine, being away from home and having a vehicle in for service can make you a little anxious. George was attentive and was happy to answer questions as we called in, looking for answers. George is a life saver.
I left my car with him for about a week to fix some heating issues the car was having and he never really looked through the car to find out was wrong with it. Simply called his office many times he was never there to answer the clients. Conclusion ; I needed to take another mechanic who solved in 2 days!
