John was awesome! My car wouldn’t start John came out to my home and didn’t just tow it. He took some time to check it out and see if he couldn’t help me solve the problem. He was able to get it started. He kept it real with me about the odds and what may need to happen. He happily towed it to where I wanted. Later called me to ensure it had been dropped off and told me he was able to start my car again. Made suggestions on things I should mention to the dealership to help make the process faster. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best tow service around. Fast, Professional and most importantly very affordable!! Pulled me out of a field. My truck was buried to frame. No job big or to small for these guys. Anthony was great!

My car was flooded in Ocean City, Maryland over the weekend, and this towing company came to me after I had been waiting for them for two hours By this time, I needed to be towed two miles away rather than to their storage yard about 20 miles away...The person who came with the tow truck was very rude and inflexible. He left without towing us anywhere, and we had to call another towing company. I was extremely disappointed with this very poor customer service and would rate less than one star if I could.

The guys just left after moving my shed and have to say they are great!!! We where trying to outrun the rain to get our things back into the shed and they even helped put something back. Will only be calling Shocker towing in the future.

I highly recommend shocker towing. I was just getting off work late at night hit a deer and if it wasnt for John i would of been stranded, his great service and personality was the only thing that kept me positive the whole way home. Call shocker towing and definitely ask for john.
