purchased a 2021 Audi SQ5 from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer. At first, everything seemed straightforward and transparent — but that changed the moment the vehicle left their lot.
I received a pickup photo from my transport driver clearly showing a large crack in the windshield before the car ever left the dealership. This damage was never disclosed to me at any time. Not verbally, not in writing, not in the walk-around video Mackenzie sent me. She mentioned the bumper/fender scuffs only after I identified them myself, but she 100% did not disclose the cracked windshield — and the dealership’s later claim that she “told me” is simply false.
Once I raised the issue, communication collapsed.
Mackenzie stopped responding entirely.
TJ, the manager, told me the owner would call me — that call never happened.
The dealership offered me $250 for a windshield replacement on a 2021 SQ5 with sensors and ADAS calibration. Anyone familiar with these vehicles knows that is completely unrealistic and not a good-faith attempt to resolve a safety defect. Their alternative “solution” was for me — a New York buyer — to somehow bring the vehicle back to Utah so they could fix what they failed to disclose in the first place. That is not reasonable, practical, or professional.
I accepted minor cosmetic issues in good faith because I saw them in the video. But failing to disclose a major safety defect that prevents the vehicle from passing inspection is inexcusable. The crack was visible on their lot, and everyone involved either failed to disclose it or chose not to. Buyers deserve honesty, especially from a dealership that markets itself as transparent.
My experience went from promising to extremely disappointing the moment accountability was required. I would strongly caution any out-of-state buyer — and frankly, any buyer — to think twice before trusting this dealership’s word or disclosure practices.
UPDATE- Once the owner personally got involved, the situation changed. He reviewed the matter, stepped up, and resolved it in full. He honored what was promised and reimbursed me for the repair, which I appreciate. While the start was frustrating, the final resolution was fair and handled professionally at the ownership level.
All he has is lemons i got a ford from him second day I called to tell him the transmission didn’t sound right . He told me no it wasn’t then literally a week later the transmission blew up. Left me an my autistic 6 year old child on the side of the road for 3 hours . When he told me to bring it up, he told me to wear something tight and nice for him to stare at . When I did have my car towed to his shop , He put three different USED Transmissions in it . That were no good all three of them , Disgusting , dishonest . Anybody that I have talked to that has gotten a car from him has said that they he have ripped them off. Joe is only worried bout taking your money . He’s not checking fixing or maintenance in these cars before he putting them out on his lot . Please save your money and time ,stay away from the used car factory, before you have to end up in court like me. All because I was a single non educated bout cars woman .
I purchased a Honda Accord from joe about two years ago, It’s such a great little Car. Very affordable as well. I’ve never had any issues with my vehicle Except for a current AC issue I called him and he was quick to help me fix it! I highly recommend purchasing from here if you’re looking for a reliable used vehicle.

This place is absolutely amazing every time I have a problem with my car, which I purchased somewhere else I call them. I will not go to kia anymore they are a complete rip off. They have affordable prices and great cars here compared to everywhere else. So, if you're in search of a car or Maintenace don't look any further. Everyone is really nice and honest here.
Mr Joe is a very nasty man after seeing this young lady brought this truck and car he told people her business not knowing that they where her pastor mom and dad , I will never ever get anything from this place
JOE sold me a car that had issues with over heating " that's why it's called a used car sweetie"is what he told me. I informed him of my issue with the car and he said " you need to get another mechanic" I am typing this while sitting on the side of a highway in 92 degree weather
Don't buy a car here , Joe is a crook ! Had a car for almost 2 years and couldn't even get a tag or title for it because of joes fake inspection ! Tried to get it reinspected and found out the car needed almost 8 grand in work just to pass! Cars been falling apart ! Place is a terrible business
Great shop and highly trained employees. Wish I had taken my vehicle to them sooner. Saved money and they were able to fit me in quickly. I highly recommend Joe and his crew, you won't regret it.
Can't find a better place for purchasing a used car. I absolutely this place and will always recommend Joe and his staff. 5 stars aren't enough. Definitely deserves 10 for sure.
Me and my wife was looking for cars all day long and we stumble along this one and we fell in love with are car. Joe came out friendly talking to us like we were human being no pressure to buying a certain car. Hands down 5 stars want a good price and fair honest people no crooks here come get a car here..
Ive bought 4 cars from them...including my very 1st car so I obviously love this place. They get all cars MD inspected and fix any problems before u take your new car home. I just bought a honda accord from them last September. With the $75 weekly payments and the $1000 I put down; I had it paid off by August. My accord is still driving great! :)
This is the place to go if your shopping for a used car . The people who work here are wonderful and Joe goes above and beyond to make sure he works with you to get you where you need to be . I bought a car here a while ago and went back for another due to a uncontrollable accident .and same thing again great service always !!
Love this place my daughter bought her first car there and it was used but it lasted 2 years in high school 4 years in college that's travelling 450 miles back n forth 4-5 times a year. Now we bought a new used car for her. They are true to their word and don't b.s. you. Ask for Joe he will treat u right.

My son bought a Ford ranger pickup about 6 years ago here and the price was right enough that when it was totalled in an accident a few months later the insurance settlement was more than the purchase price!. They always seem to have a good selection, and I will certainlylook there the next time I need(want) a car.
I've known the owner of this company for years and he and his employees have been truly fair and honest.My family ,friends as well as myself have purchased automobiles from Jimmy and we have no complaints of the outstanding services that has been giving.
