They are NOT open 24 hrs a day if you're trying to get your car back! Our car was towed from Harris teeter shopping center during the concert, along with 20+ others who, like us, had used the HT parking when Freeman Ctrs' parking lots are filled. They spy on people arriving to see who goes into the store, who goes to the concert. At 10:15 pm after the concert, we discovered that they accepted only Zelle and cash, and would be closing at 11:00. No Uber/Lyft/ taxi available, thank heavens the other towees shared rides to the tow lot. BTW, all of us were 60+, quite a shocker to deal with. They charged $315 dollars for the tow. $65 if you're stuck overnight there. Giving them a star only because one guy did let me retrieve my purse from my car. Predatory, overpriced towing with a cash-based business.

Great place, scooped up my old tahoe and now its running like brand new. Great attention to detail found a few extra things that could have caused further issues and fixed them in a timely manner.

Driver, Josh, very professional and communicated very throughly throughout the whole process start to finish. We were not present for the tow, but felt like we were there with him the entire time. Thank you Josh

Not only did they do a great job towing the vehicle, but also handled the diagnosis and repair of the car professionally and at a reasonable price. The car would not start and needed a new fuel pump and spark plugs- they replaced this and the problem was resolved.

Charges and arm and a leg and advertises that fact so they are proud to gouge you! Charges over twice more than most tow yards. Towing a standard vehicle less than 10 miles cost $500. Dont leave it in their yard overnight for 24 hours or they will charge you for 2 days. Avoid at all costs.

Cash and grab experience. Workers refused to accept electronic payment. Towed and illegally videotaped attending a concert at freeman arts pavilion. Predatory practices. Wouldn’t allow me to pick up car without taking photo of drivers license.

The driver, Chase was very kind and personable. I was so relieved when He arrived within a half hour. He made sure we were safely out of the way of traffic and had the car hooked up in just a few moments. I had to call Josh at the MAG office to pay $75 for extra miles of towing that wasn’t covered by my roadside insurance. He was also very kind and respectful. When I needed to change the destination for the car, Josh called and offered to refund the difference in miles, as the new location was closer. So honest! MAG could have kept that $30 and I would not have known. MAG made a difficult situation a lot more bearable. Thank you gentlemen!

The last thing you want in 20° weather is a flat tire. I contacted my roadside assistance, who in turn contacted MAG towing. I was given an hour window for their arrival, they were there in less than 20 minutes. The driver, Howard, was friendly yet professional. He had the deflated tire off and the donut on in less than 10 minutes. He cautioned me about not driving too long or long distances with the donut on. This is a company I will do business with in the future should the circumstances arise.

June 14, 2024 - MAG Towing arrived at the time they quoted. The car was towed to our home. My husband rode in the truck. The driver was 'in training' and I was surprised when the seasoned gentleman shared that. The 'new' driver backed our car into the driveway like a PRO! My husband and I were truly impressed. After he unhitched the car, he took photos. He was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend! My car was having issues overheating and I called them for a tow service decided to just take my car to their shop within 2 weeks my car was fixed . They are great and the prices are good! Mark is super helpful when it comes to questions or answers! Will be going to them for now on!

I'm from out of state and I popped a tire in Ocean City Maryland. I tried multiple different shops, towing companies, the non-emergency police and insurance and no one was able to help me. I was on the side of the road with my dog and wasn't strong enough to get the lug nuts off of my popped tire and really just needed a hand. after about 16 hours of literally just trying to find someone to help, I came across MAG online and gave them a call. They came and helped me within 30 minutes, got my spare on for me. And then I went to their shop to see if my tire needed to be patched or if I needed a new one. They patched it for me, changed it again for me, and helped my put my spare tire back in my car. I have a giant (heavy) dog kennel in my hatch and they even helped me take it out and put it back in to put the spare back under. What a great group of guys. They were professional, very helpful, and kind. Hopefully I don't end up with another flat, but if I do I'll call mag!

my car was disabled and I was on the phone with the insurance agent while they were telling me I should get a call from the tow company, MAG towings dispatch was already ringing in the other line. they were ready to set a time and be on their way. the driver cole called and told me exactly what time he would be there and notified me when he dropped off the car. service was outstanding and the customer service was beyond exceptional.

My husband ran over something and got a flat tire. My insurance company arranged for MAG to change the tire. Cole was polite, helpful, and thorough (he inspected the tire to find the puncture!). MAG arrived at least 15 mins before the estimated time even — I was grateful for the speedy help.

Needed lock out service. Lady answered right away, she was very pleasant. They were able to give me upfront pricing and the dispatch said the driver would call with an ETA. A few moments later Cole called and gave us an eta of 15 minutes. He got to us in less than 15. He was quick and friendly. Definitely made a frustrating situation much easier. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Mag towing was so easy to work with and I am very pleased with their service. My SUV broke down just as we were leaving from packing up my daughters dorm to come home for the summer. Cole came to the rescue and towed my vehicle to the local dealership we use. He even text me letting me know it had been dropped off. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Great experience! My battery died and I needed help. My insurance company sent MAG Towing. Cole called and let me know he was on his way and when he got here he quickly solved my problem and had me on my way. Followed up too! Great service!

This company was awesome! Very responsive and quick and so nice! Cole was the one who picked me up. I was stranded on a side road in Delaware- he was extremely knowledgeable and drove me and my vehicle from Sussex county to ocean city. They have several locations that that work out of, so if you need towing services, try them first!

By far the best towing comparing we have ever used! Communicated timing and expectations.. friendly and informative… Peter was our driver and he was just awesome. Even sent me a picture to let me know my car was safe at its location.

My husband had a flat tire call roadside assistance 9:00 at night they said someone would be there within the hour. M.A.G towing should up within 15 minutes. My husband came inside said the tow truck driver was very nice, gave him is name and told my husband he would come back the next day to put the tire back on once he got it fix. Call roadside assistance the next day they said same thing someone would be there within the hour got a text from Cole stating he was on his way be there within 5-10. We never had such an awesome experience with a tow truck company like we did with M.A.G. towing. Thank you Cole for the awesome customer service!!!

Mag is great and got there so quickly. And I just want to say the driver Cole is one of the kindest people Ive had the pleasure in meeting. After he left I received the kindest text from him. He doesn't know how much that meant to me... Although I am now very much broke, his kindness went a long way and I got home safely, and that was very much appreciated.

Towing car came within 15 minutes after I spoke to my insurance. That was amazing! Driver was so courteous and polite. He was extremely patient and understanding. I changed a place where my car is being towed while young man was getting my car ready to be towed. Young man overhead me talking on the phone that I didn’t have anyone to pick me up from the auto repair shop, and offered to drop me off at home. Superb service!!!

After having a flat tire I contacted my car insurance for roadside assistance and someone was dispatched within a minute. I received a phone call from the tow truck driver letting me know the time he'd arrive and he showed up at that time. When he tried to get my flat tire off it was extremely difficult but he didn't give up he succeeded and was able to have my spare on in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone!

First off, the lady whom spoke to me to set up the towing of my car was very courteous, kind and professional. I'm not from DE, I was supposed to drive home to Virginia the next morning, and I happened to get a flat tire driving into the Bethany boardwalk parking area. The driver was dispatched to us extremely quickly and I think between speaking to the initial employee and the driver arriving, it must have only been 10ish mins waiting. It was late at night, pouring rain, I had to have someone come get my son and the driver was extremely kind, professional and courteous. He towed my jeep to the local shop and I really was super impressed with everything about this service. I don't know how the rating is at what it is, but it shouldn't be.

Josh towed my car for me and he was wonderful. Very kind and courteous and did a quick and efficient job. He called and let me know how long it would take him to make it to my house. He was awesome!! Definitely recommend using these guys

Driver was absolutely awesome and did what he could to minimize the damage to my vehicle when pulling it from the ditch I was dumb enough to get into! Thank you for your prompt service and personal attention!

Called my insurance to get my car towed. Guy said he was 20 mins away and seemed nice and friendly. Not sure why he called me from his personal because it was awkward seeing as I was a woman. Hour and a half goes by and nothing happens. I had to call my provider again and they couldn't get a hold of them either. It was stated under reasons for canceling or something because they could not get a hold of me or something. I had no calls or anything indicating they wanted to get a hold of me. It's 6 in the morning and I just want to sleep. I don't understand what the issue was. They are sending another provider out which is another hour that I can't sleep.

I broke down on the side of the highway and called for a tow through my insurance. My insurance covers towing to a destination up to 20 miles away from the cars location. When I said this to whoever answer the phones at M.A.G they said my insurance had called and they only cover up to 14 miles away from the cars location. Which is not true because I had just gotten off the phone with my insurance company and they confirmed IT IS 20 miles from the location of the vehicle. So I said this to the employee at M.A.G and she straight up lied to me and said they confirmed AGAIN 14 miles away from the location. Then it gets better. She was arguing about the location of my vehicle and saying distances that were no where near correct. Example I was 11 miles away from where I needed to drop off the car and she argued with me that is was 26 miles away and my insurance wouldn't cover it and it will be expensive. So I used this thing called Google maps and searched the distance from my location to where I was asking to get it dropped off. It was only 11 miles. She continuously argued with me over this. Each phone call I had with her she was very nasty and rude. I have never had a interaction with a business this bad. She's a terrible employee if that's how she treats everyone. The best part about this whole situation was when she told me she wouldn't be sending anyone out to come get me and that she told my insurance they need to find someone else for me. And she CONFIRMED they said they were looking for a new tow company for me right then. This was all in a very rude tone. So I sat and waited. I decided to call my insurance company to see who they chose to come get my car. They said they had not received any cancel and switch call from M.A.G Towing company. So the lady lied to me and was going to let me sit there for hours waiting for something not coming. I also believe she was lying about the mileage to the destination and how many miles my insurance covered so she could charge me much more money. I suggest if you need a tow you go anywhere but here. I will tell family and friends to avoid this company at all costs based on my experience.
