Got batteries there a while ago and a few days after the warranty was up one quit working. Took them to get tested and they gave me a free battery no hassles ! Super thankful
drove 30 miles round-trip and arrived before their posted closing time of 5:30 PM, it was 5:25 PM when I pulled on the door. Door was already locked but the lights were still on and vehicles still in the parking lot. Spent 10 minutes banging on doors all around the building and no one ever responded. Tried calling the store multiple times as well as calling NAPA customer service and was still not able to get a response, while on hold with Napa customer service the employees slipped out the back and jumped in their cars and drove right past me. If I hadn’t already ordered the part and paid for it online I would not be going back to this location ever. It literally would’ve taken them two minutes to give me what I had already paid for and that was too much of an inconvenience for them when they decided to close before their posted hours with no notice.
NAPA seems to have the best quality parts. I don't want the cheapest priced parts. I want the best.
And the staff is always more knowledgeable than the other chain stores.
This local NAPA store is clutch when looking for fluids, wipers & other automotive needs, especially when dealing with finicky German vehicles.
The people are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

These guys are the most professional and informed group. Had everything automotive I needed. And understood what I was looking for; so much, as to exhaust all possible configurations. Albeit not successful, I recommend this place for your automotive needs.
Helped me out when Advanced Auto Parts failed me. I purchased an engine air filter and cabin air filter with the total coming out to be a full $10 cheaper than Advanced Auto. Thanks to the store team for staying open and wearing masks.
Very fast and friendly. I called looking for a part, when I got to the store they had it put aside for me. He also walked me directly to the other items I wad looking for instead of just pointing. I wish I worked around here more often I'd go there for everything.
Doing some store rearranging so stuff is out of place but if you just ask they will do all that they can to help you find what it is that you are looking for so I give them a five star rating
