Arrived in a timely manner, with the proper flatbed to tow my AWD SUV, which I appreciated! The driver asked for our names and was very personable during such a stressful moment, being on the side of the highway. He brought us over 40 miles to the dealership and chatted with us during the ride. I appreciate the timeliness and kindness! To be honest, the price was fair too for how far we had to go!

Very unprofessional company, horrible service. they only look to scam and steal more money than agreed upon. Communication is the WORST, lied about the agreement. They were supposed to tow our truck on Monday, they left it there till Wednesday. Outright LIARS. HIGHLY don’t recommend hiring for towing, you will absolutely lose your money. And hopefully you don’t deal with the manager cause he is the WORST of them all.

Very unprofessional service. They refused to inspect my truck for 3 days. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful the entire time. They even told me, “we will work when we want, and you can take your truck somewhere else — but first you have to pay us.” Communication was poor and they showed no respect for my time or business. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with Northeast Towing & Transport LLC. My truck needed a tow, and Zack was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, handled my truck with a lot of care, and made the whole process stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Got stuck in a Lyft passengers driveway in the snow, AAA was no help but northeast towing and transport was literally out to my location within 15 minutes and had me back out on the road in no time. Also, their price was extremely fair and reasonable compared to some of the other companies in the area. Very satisfied with the service that I received. I just wish I remembered the gentleman‘s name who came out to tow me.

First of all, let me say this tow truck driver was the best roadside assistant driver ever he was truly amazing. He’s kind curious and Patient I would recommend him to anyone. I wish I knew his name. Thank you so much for him.

The person in the single cab Dodge small tow truck I’m 395 on January 8th was driving like A maniac. Weaving in and out of traffic, Tailgating and going 20 miles an hour above the speed limit. Completely unacceptable for a transport company. You need to do something about your employee.

If you are having your car worked on, this is the place to go. The know what they are doing and get the job done in an incredibly timely manner. I will definitely be choosing to come back if I need more service

I asked Norrheast to execute a long, technically challenging tow in the middle of a 2" per hour snowstorm. The dispatcher iI dealt with was friendly, professional, and set me up on the schedule far sooner than I could have expected. Aaron, the driver, put on a masterclass and got my car home intact and right on time.

Great customer service is not perfection. It's when you make a mistake you own up to it.And you go above and beyond to earn a customer's business. Bruce at northeast towing did that. I can see why this business is open because it's a wonderful family and wonderful people. They put an alternator on my vehicle, and a week later, the alternator died. I took the vehicle back. They said it was all set.There is a loose bowl on the alternator and they tried to charge me for it. I started to get upset because they just put in the alternator a week ago. This was my first time working with them, and I thought this is what we're gonna be dealing with now. And I was never gonna come back. Bruce realized he made a mistake. Took care of me. And gave me awesome discounts on other service. My family has six cars and I won't let anybody else work on it. But Northeast. Super honors people in very dark times. The best period.

Henry was here within 20 minutes. He put in a new battery, and he explained that some of my car settings may need to be reset. He was very nice, polite and professional. Very happy to be back on the road so quickly.

I’ve been towed a lot. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. Picked me up wicked quick. Mike Boyle who picked me up had a clean and respectable truck. Got me where I needed to go and he managed to coordinate his crew around for me and others to be picked up quicker. Extremely appreciative when it’s 40 degrees out.

Boy Darien hooked us up with jumping this blue ford, kids a goat checked our battery health and everything. Jumped in the whip and turned this thing over instantly like he owns it. Absolute beauty some would say he's got magic hands.

I drove to NE Towing to have service lights attended to. They checked and serviced all problems. Found an additional problem when they went under the hood. All problems attended to quickly. I got the feeling that they cared that I drive a safe car. Highly commend and recommend the staff.

They came out late night and towed my bmw i8 to the dealership for repairs . The car is very low and they came with the proper equipment needed ! No scratches or scuffs or bottoming out ! The man that came to get my car open was awesome. Five stars five diamonds because he made me feel safe and reassuring me on the phone that everything was gonna be OK and I was gonna get my car open. My car was running for three hours and AAA called and said that they couldn’t send anyone. I called this place. They answer right away and send someone so I appreciate you Mike.

My daughter had a tire blow out on her car. One of the lug nuts was stripped so we couldn’t put the spare on. Called Northeast and Zach was to us within 30 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!
