Had an incredibly easy experience today. Popped a tire and logged roadside help through my cars mobile app. Got a call immediately and they were on site in 20 minutes to quickly pop my spare tire on. Highly recommend!
My first encounter with them was absolutely awful the tow truck driver ended up throwing my key because he was too lazy to tow my vehicle another hour and half prior to “helping” and being rude to us before. The last time was great though I wonderful young kid came and helped tow my car in the freezing cold and apologized on his behalf and wished me the best of luck! Anyways do not recommend…
My mother and I were stranded at 3:00 AM with a dead battery while picking up medications at a 24 hour drive through pharmacy in Groton CT. We called our roadside assistance and they chose Northeast Towing & Transport LLC out of Norwich Ct to respond. Jamie was the responder on call...he notified us immediately that he was on his way...he arrived earlier than expected...he quickly organized the jump service...and above all was extremely polite and tremendously professional despite having to come out on a windy rainy night! I highly recommend Northeast Towing & Transport as an emergency responder for any technical breakdown, and if we had in fact needed a tow to a repair facility, I would have been fully confident in Jamie's ability to do so. I have had a few breakdowns over my years as a driver, and I have to say that Jamie provided the best emergency service I have ever had! Thank you Jamie for coming out in. the middle of the night to help us, we are very grateful for your service.
I never dealt with Northeast towing before, but I had my rear seal in my Chevy. Equinox had gone bad and I brought it down a screen chevrolet for them to look at they said it would cost 5500 to fix it plus I had to wait 3 days and get a run a car after 3 days. I called them back and ask them what the chances are that my vehicle will run after shelling out 5500$ and the girl told me about 50%, so I laughed at her and says, I'm going to have a tow truck. Come pick it up. I made a few phone calls
for prices and Northeast. Towing gave me a price that was incredible. They were done in three days they were absolute professionals and for being a triple, a member, I got a 10% discount. It's hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but I think I found one in Northeast towing
On a Sunday afternoon, my pickup truck refused to start, and Triple A sent Northeast Towing. After an hour of on-site hard work but unsuccessful efforts, they took it away to their business in Norwich. Early the next morning, fast, they had fixed the problem no baloney, no extra charges, simple straightforward fix. Great staff, great service. Will be returning to Northeast for any future vehicle problems.
My husband and I started dating 10 years ago and decided to take a weekend trip to Mohegan Sun… as soon as we got off the highway our check engine light came on our car and it started to shake/had trouble accelerating. Rightfully so, we were in full panic mode, until we got ahold of Northeast Towing and Transport in Norwich, CT. They picked up our car from our hotel and were able to fix the problem in a few hours at an extremely reasonable rate. Dennis and his employees saved us. When I called AAA for service, Corey arrived within an hour to change my flat tire. Started with a hand shake and introduction and completed the job in a timely fashion. Great customer service.

Had a flat tire on the highway in a dangerous area. Tow truck driver came, moved my car to my destination which was the next exit. Then changed the tire for me. 12/10 would hire this company again.
Mike was absolutely amazing !! He did everything and then some more. My friends car broke down due to there being no oil and once he towed it, he waited and helped us put in the oil. He was very professional and very sweet!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would

Jeremy from Northeast towing is by far one of the most DISRESPECTFUL “men” I have ever encountered for no reason at all! I waited 3 hours for a tow, just for the tow truck driver to pull in the parking lot and tell me they can’t take my car due to needing to respond to another call… I asked to speak to a supervisor because I waited 3 hours and I had an appointment for a repair so I needed a tow ASAP. Jeremy told the driver to just drive off without ensuring that their customer got the service I requested. When I called and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he told me if I wanted to speak to anyone higher than him, to go to church on Sunday and speak with God…. As a woman first & customer second i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Straight up disrespectful and bad for business. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
Thank you Northeast Towing & Transport's driver Jamie!! Earlier this week, I was blocked in by one of the residents at Ponemah Mills (Taftville). When management called Northeast Towing, they were told it would be 'x' amount of time. Jamie (the driver) was here w/in the time given. He was kind, polite, and in my opinion careful with the car that needed to be towed. TY for helping!
Awesome customer service and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. I even got a follow up call a week later to see how the car was doing.
They are AAA affiliated so if you have AAA you get a discount. Highly recommend them for your towing and vehicle repairs.
