I finally found the connection I've been looking for there for my Jeep. My other option was online ordering, but the delivery date was too close to Christmas. If you need a wrench of some sort, look to your right as soon as you enter the store. I walked all of the way around and up and down every aisle, as I was paying for the part I finally saw the wrenches.
I came in to get a brake light, and the woman working there was absolutely great. She didn’t just find the right part quickly, she even helped me install it right in the parking lot. Excellent service and super helpful.
I order a part two days ago the time I pick the part they told me that your part is not here which makes no sense before the order they told me the your part will here before two days they were sure that part will here but the time came to pick the part they making poor excuses with unprofessional way with bad attitude and entire management was so bad and ride they treat you like no body please don’t waste your money and time in this place they should treat every one with professional not disrespectfully

Went into the store today to get some oil while at the counter's the associate Carmen said may I ask what kind of vehicle your putting this oil in? I told her she said kindly let me know I was about to put the wrong oil in my Van and was about to ruin my engine. I’m truly grateful for her taking time to make sure I was purchasing the right oil. If I could give more stars I would!!
Went to do an exchange at this location and was told that it was not possible, rather than going through the process of scanning/checking with a manager I was told that my return couldn’t be accepted and I did not feel like an effort was made. Usually, I am not one to care, however when it comes to expensive car bits that don’t fit, I prefer to save my money. Thankfully Milford Advanced accepted my return with no problem. A little disappointed with the service here.
Sold me the most expensive part I needed and told me it was the only one in stock. That might be true however the website said they had up to 10 others that were cheaper. I asked him about the first one he said he didn't have any stock. instead of checking the other nine I just decided to leave. I recommend everyone does immediate research if they tell you the only one they have is the most expensive one.
Ordered a part I needed the next day and was told I would get a call first thing in the morning about it. Called them at noon and they said they would call me right back with an answer. Called again at 1 and was told they were working on it. Called again at 2:45 and was told I could speak with the girl that ordered the part but she was off on dinner break at 2:45pm. Called again at 4pm and was told they would respond within 10 minutes about locating the part. Called 40 minutes later because they don't know how to return a call and was told they don't know where the part is or if it even came. I will never use this store again.
Terrible service African-American male with glasses made me stand there for 20 minutes send me over to the Spanish girl so I can just pay. But then can take a customer right after he told me he can’t take me that was the Same ethnicity not cool treat everyone the same
Incompetent, unapologetic and unhelpful. I was sold the wrong part and they blamed the computer crashing as the reason. Took no responsibility for wasting my time to have to go back a second time to get the right part.
Vehicle broke down. Had to catch Uber for parts. Miriam was a great help. Got the part I needed and helped find supplies I would need to complete repair. Extremely helpful. And knowledgeable.

I got ABS sensor from West Haven store, didn't deliver it on time, delivered next day, didn't work, replaced it with another one from NAPA, tried to return it to west haven store Henry(Manager) told me to return it to Milford store, gave me the run around, cant get my money back for bad part was sold to me , NEVER RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE ANY JUNK PARTS AND DEALING WITH THIS STUPID MANAGER .,
Advance auto parts are my go to for anything auto. I order online and pickup in store to use the 20% coupons they send. Great selection and usually have the best prices and if the part does not fit i can return it to one of their stores even if i ordered it online.
The guys here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They had a rare battery that I could only find at the Mercedes dealership for $100 less. They even helped me install it when the battery did not include installation. The battery was super difficult to install but one of the guys didn't stop until he got it installed. I would highly recommend this location!
They're like the convenient store of Auto Parts Stores. You need a headlight? Get in, get out. Car Wash solution? Walk in, walk out. Yes, they stock major replacement parts too.
Two stars for lousy service. I ordered a new battery and used the paypal option. While it was convenient, the manager refused to install the battery (this was a 50+ pound, large battery) and I ended up doing it myself. Don't offer free battery installs if you're only going to put it in certain cars.
Always loved coming here until now. I bought a battery within the last year and had it die on me. First time i came back here they said with the warranty they can recharge it. Since then i have had nothing but issues with it dying on me and needing to get a jump from someone. I spoke with a the warranty department and they said there would be no problem REPLACING it. I dont want a recharge again as i have had nothing but problems. There is many other auto parts stores in my area and this experience will make it much easier to go to the other stores.
Сame to replace dead battery under warranty. After a few tests manager said that my car would not start because of LOW OIL :) which made me laugh. Then he said that car alternator can fully recharge dead battery while car is running:) which also made me laugh. Refused to change the battery. Extremely unprofessional, have no clue of the job they do. Not recommended
