Purchased a Honda Odyssey from York Auto. Mike, Louie, and Enoch were all great. Here are two instances where provided exceptional customer service. 1. I ubered out to York Auto from the New London area (1 hour ride) to pick up the van. There was a delay with the bank that was going to take a couple days to fix. Enoch gave me a ride back to New London so I didnt have to uber back. 2. The change battery light came on about 2 weeks after purchase. Mike told me to come by and he put in a new battery with a 2 year warranty. No hassle at all. Much appreciated guys. My wife loves the van! -Anthony

When I was around 22yrs old I purchased my second car from them and now being 30 I came back to purchase another vehicle for my growing family. Outstanding place!! Louie is fantastic. Just purchased an 06 f150. Beautiful truck. Louie went through the entire truck. Fixed some minor problems and the truck was ready a week later. The guys at York are outstanding! Very honest and down to earth. Not trying to screw anyone like other places. Very honest guys. If you need a car, go to York auto. I recommend them 100%. Both Mike and Lou were fantastic…I bought a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser in very good shape for the year. Despite interested buyers in other states calling them while I was in the middle of test driving, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision on the spot. Ultimately, I decided on the first visit to go forward with the purchase not only because the car was in very good condition, but because they were helpful, genuine and honest. That continued throughout the process, which ended up taking a week and a half for various reasons due to issues on my end, not theirs. I would and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality cars without breaking the bank.

I purchased a 2008 Prius from York Auto on 9/23/2020. A month and over 100 miles later I'm still very happy with the purchase. Lou and Mike were great to work with, and Lou was happy to review the things that are "odd" about a Prius, like the engine shutting off at traffic lights, which helped the transition to my first hybrid a lot easier.

Hands down the best car buying experience we've had! Mike was very honest and reasonable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He, unlike many used car dealerships, was not out to take advantage of people, and I left knowing I got a great deal on my trade-in! 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking about buying a used car.
