The prices at this place are way cheaper than other stores in Waterbury. So far I went like three times and I can definitely tell they have good prices. Also they have parking. Definitely the place to go for auto parts. Not questions asked.
I own a detailing shop and I've been doing this for 28 years and when I tell you, Dave behind the counter that makes the paint is the man, myth, and legend! I was so worried because I could not get a paint to match on his vehicle and I don't know what he did with his magical powers, but that guy is a legend, and there needs to be a statue made of him! There should be a statue of Dave at every single Levine's across the United States! This is satire, but that guy is so good, if you need paint made these are the guys to go to!!
Horrible place to deal with, drove 7 hours round-trip for a 2007 Chevy dump truck after he sent misleading pictures to find the bed is rotted lights hanging out of it, the main truck frame is broken from improper hoist frame mounting the bumper and receiver hitch are barely being held on I wouldn't drive this truck two blocks much less 3 1/2 hours home he promised me it would make it, there is overspray paint everywhere from a quick rattle job to hide everything, one tire was completely flat, I don't know how you could sleep at night trying to sell something like this.
Called number listed for Waterbury location but routed me to another location.took awhile to get transferred.when finally transferred Sabrina was very polite and apologized..then got transferred to the parts counter where I was able to purchase the parts needed at a very reasonable price
I was punted around on the phone for an hour until the store was closed. When I did get to speak to someone, they would transfer me to a different store than the one I was trying to contact
Guy answering the phone wasted my time ... didn't really ask me what i really was looking for ... put me on hold for 5 or 6 mins ... and then just says i don't have it here without even confirming on what I was really looking for
I have a body shop and i buy from them almost everyday! David and Mathew are the best! Very friendly! Matthew has lot knowledge about parts and he knows everything in the store! Im glad have both guys there!
Don't spend you time going to this store order spray paint their never help you .the store you don't find nothing compared with other stores. Every time when I go the just spent my time.
I have a small business and I needed to have a small bottle of paint touch up mixed. Dave at the counter helped me and mixed the touch up paint on point. My customer and myself are very thankful.
