I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They’ve always helped me as much as they possibly can and have been honest and upfront every time. I trust them completely, and this is the only place I bring my car. It’s hard to find a mechanic who truly cares, and they absolutely do.
My car shut down in the middle of E.Main St during rush hour last Thursday evening. I called and spoke to Melissa who then referred me to an awesome tow truck driver. He was in the process of a tow but got to me in a little over an hour. He towed it to J & F Auto where they kept in contact with me (almost) daily on updates on repairs that needed to be done. Melissa , Jack , John and the mechanic Matt were all right on top of getting my car back on the road for me. Once knowing all that had to be fixed was much more than what I can afford on a fixed income (thus why it broke down in the first place). J & F referred me to a loan company that allows you 3 months to pay them back once you're approved. Thank you all for being as fabulous as you all are. I don't know what I would have done without you guys.

I brought my car to register it so I didn’t have to go to the DMV and make appointments. They’re very fast easy. I will come back and register all my cars or finance a car from them. They were just easy going I will recommend them. I have some stuff that I needed to do before registering it and she helped me go through the whole Steps and very good on the price

I'm thrilled with the exceptional service I received as a first-time car owner! I visited on a Friday and found the car, the CX-5 Mazda 2019 model. Although the vehicle was in great condition, the driver's side door handle was slightly loose but was later fixed.To my delight, the team replaced the side mirror and screen, and assured me the car would be ready by Monday.
True to their word, my car was not only ready on time, but it had also been registered with the DMV, serviced, and thoroughly inspected for any defects. I couldn't wait to pick up my new ride! Thank you for an outstanding experience!

I just want to start off my saying I am just a girl and I know nothing about cars. The men at J&F Auto were very clear and honest when explaining things that needed to be done to my car. They even went an extra mile and took a dent out of my car that I had for years. Fast work and a reasonable price. They gained a new loyal customer and the family members that I bragged to them about. 10/10 recommend.
I recently had my tires replaced and car detailed. Melissa and Jack were great to work with. They were able to get us in quickly and complete the work in a timely manner. Our car looks and rides like it’s brand new!!
Melissa and Jack are wonderful! Melissa was very responsive and helpful with out-of-state paperwork, and Jack did a great job making sure the car was as we expected. (They even came in on (Palm) Sunday when schedules didn't align well!) We brought our mechanic down to take a look and he said Jack was helpful and made sure mechanic saw and knew everything he needed to assure us of the car's quality. Would absolutely buy from J&F again.

I was hesitant to shop at a dealer as the only other time ive ever visited one i had a miserable experience with pushy salesmen. The guys who work here couldn't be more friendly and Melissa was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough with the paperwork. They let us look the car over in thier shop and take it for a drive without hesitation. I have only bought cars from private party this was the first time I've ever bought something from a dealer and it was incredibly smooth and pleasant process. I would reccomend this place to others any day.
