Thank God for my tire and service advisor LEILANIE FERNANDEZ, my car was a wreck and she helped me to get it back on the road and I even got help with my rebate if it wasn't for her She is the Complete Car Care Package. I have been taking my car to Firestone in Stamford and then Milford for around 15-20 years total they have always done a great job. Treated me with respect, been honest, discuss options, give me discounts/coupons without me asking. Open 7 days. Professional and down to earth people. I highly recommend!

Came in when my splash guard fell off and Tony was the first one to greet me with a great smile and said what’s wrong and I told him what was wrong and they fixed it for me within minutes. Great services 10/10. Also. I don’t trust many people with y car maintenance but Firestone is a great spot. Especially the one in Milford. I mean a few people look miserable here but Tony is the best!!!

This the best place around. The manager Sean is beyond helpful. They always offer us quick service and always let know all our options . The work on all of cars , some complex issue and also regular maintenance and tires .

4 new tires plus a spare!! Not a brand they normally stock - but were able to order and have within a day. Actually saved me money on the tires I wanted. Excellent service and a very competitive prices. Quick service and the overall checks of my vehicle are always appreciated. An excellent team.

Firestone of Milford has an excellent welcoming staff. Have recently used their services in the last two months and have had nothing but exceptional care from their team. They explain prices in an excellent user friendly manner. Have great quality parts for an amazing price. Were able to get several different projects done all at once with a quick and effective manner!

We were on our way to Cape Cod for a funeral and got a nail in our tire.. These guys were awesome!! Patched and plugged in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I had a nail in my in my new car with less than 5k miles on it. They recommended calling the dealer to see if I had a warranty and I did! Save me nearly $500 at Christmas time!! Thank you!

so i pull out the snow blower with a flat tire. I remove the assembly and go to the firestone to put some air in it. I did not think it was a tough job but they couldn't do this. Great customer service would have taken 2 minutes well so much for that store

My experience was terrible. Firestone performed an oil change and ultimately created an oil leak. I had to sit in the lobby of another Firestone for most of the day while the problem was addressed. Not only was the work performed poorly but Firestone in Milford (CT) never reached out to apologize despite knowing I had this issue. To not acknowledge the mistake is worse than breaking the part and creating an oil leak. A proactive apology would have gone along way to retaining a customer since 1991. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Manager Sean Dugan told us that the car’s warranty was up, and the part would cost out-of-pocket $1400. We called the warranty to verify, and he had never phoned them and that there are still 5000 miles left on the warranty, and it’s being repaired elsewhere, covered by the warranty. What was the goal of his lying?

I went to Firestone because they replaced my battery a little over a month ago. My battery light started coming on again, and the lights inside my car were flickering. They told me my alternator was failing and would need to be replaced. I just had it replaced 7 months ago by the dealership, so this was very upsetting. My car is still under warranty, and the warranty covered the alternator the first time, so I asked Sean to please call them to see if they would cover it again. It took most of the day yesterday to hear back from him. When he finally called me back, he told me a story about being on hold with the warranty company for hours because they had 11 other people waiting. Then he said when he finally talked to someone, they said my warranty had expired and they would not cover anything. I thought this odd since the warranty is supposed to last 2 years or a certain amount of miles that I was certain I wasn’t over yet (and it’s only been 1 year and 4 months). He again said it was expired, but that he could get me a new alternator for $1300. I said I couldn’t afford it and would take it back to the dealership to see what they could do. After I picked it up, I decided just to check what my warranty paperwork said. It says I am covered for another 4,500 miles. I called them and asked why they told Sean at Firestone it was expired, and they said no one told anyone it was expired. They looked at their records and said no one named Sean from Firestone had ever even called! He made up the whole story just to try to get $1300 out of me. Please do not trust these guys. Anything they tell you, you absolutely need to double check it for yourself. It’s absolutely disgusting how dishonest they are.

I might be giving them one too many stars… first, what I liked: the girl on the phone the day before with whom I reconfirmed my appointment was pleasant. Now for the remainder: I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. My front tires were in alignment when I dropped the car off and were still in alignment after they did their service. However, they did not correctly align the rear wheels even though they said they took care of everything Specifically, my rear camber and rear toe readings are still red (out of specification) even after the alignment. • Left rear camber: was –2.22°, now –2.11° • Right rear camber: was –2.28°, now –2.12° • Left rear toe: was +0.18°, now +0.22° • Right rear toe: was +0.14°, now +0.11° ➡️ Those numbers changed only slightly — and remain outside the acceptable range. Moreover, until I INSISTED, they REFUSED to give me a written report of my alignment- they claimed that the printer was broken. And they said that it’s been broken for about a year. In the end, they took a photo of my computerized report and texted me a photo of it. (Seriously, a broken printer for one year is ridiculous.) One last point: when I dropped off my keys and asked if they had everything they needed, they said yes. Later, I found that they rifled through my glove compartment to find my wheel lock. I did not authorize them to go through my glovebox. I saw nothing missing, but felt like my privacy had been violated. The alignment report states that: “one or more values are not within specification” but isn’t that the very purpose for getting an alignment? See the photo attached. And be sure to ask for that if you go there for your alignment - maybe by then, they’ll fix their printer.

It was a busy day and there was a lot of people needing help. The staff did a great job keeping up with all the work and the last technician and staff didn’t leave until they made sure my car was taken care of and drivable. I didn’t get their names, but I’m grateful for them

So after two visits and 1.5 hours between both appointments they CANT figure out why my car is “still pulling right” also… they couldn’t balance the tires since a truck bay wasn’t available. It’s amazing how they are actually unable to do much more than waste your time. I’m not saying that some people aren’t satisfied but I wasn’t

First time coming to Firestone. Went in to get my tires swapped out and install new ones. Leilani Fernandez was great help. Very knowledgeable and professional. Wait time was no longer than an hour. 10/10 service. Would go back!

Ok so I don’t know how they are training their staff but,they must be doing amazing! I will say that I was surprised by the young lady by the name of Leilanie (I think I spelled it right.) my wife and I went in for service on our vehicle and I was explaining to this young lady what the issues were. She quickly set me up with a tech and they both helped me with getting my car in and diagnosed. While the vehicle was in there, she consistently communicated with me on what was being performed and how long each process would take. Even when there was a slight delay, she called me promptly and reassured me that they were working on it double time to make sure that they were meeting the suggested completion time. She was so courteous and knowledgeable along with such a sweet presence that I had to write a review. The technician who helped, I forgot his name but was wearing a hat lol and he was super helpful and gave me some tips on how to mitigate any future issues again which was great seeing as I’m not really mechanically inclined. I just want to say thank you to the team there and a special thank you to that young lady from my wife and I and getting us back on the road and safely. I highly recommend.

I’ve been to the Milford location a bunch of times and whoever is running this store is doing a superb job! The service I received was fantastic, to think I’d go into a store at 11:50 am for tires and be done in less than 2 hours! It’s 1:33 pm while I write this review, I received my car at 1:15 pm. Car drives great with 4 new tires. Will do a review in a couple months when there’s more to review but for now, this has to be said, Firestone you rock! I’m totally floored with the service I received, keep it up!!

I went on 3/08/2025 to have factory rims and tires taken off and replaced with new rims and tires. Got lifetime wheel alignment. New Rims and Tires were only put on on, and taken off only by Firestone. Go back to the same location to get an oil change. Firestone Service Advisor says, with the oil change, you get free. Complete vehicle inspection. Wrong, I got charged 21.00 Now, here comes the BS. Firestone Service Advisor, sir, we have a problem taking off Rims because one of the rim studs is strip. Whoever put on the Rims must have stripped it. That's going to cost $504.18. Me, Sir, if you check your records, you see that it was this shop that took off these factory Rims and put on these new Rims. Firestone Service Advisor, ooo, you are correct. We are going to wave the 504.18 charges and fix the car for free, bring the car tomorrow. I go drop car off, the car will be ready at 3:00 P.M or we call you when it's ready. Go pick up my car, I go check Rims because Rims are brand new. I got 2 of the Rims with scratches. The scratches are located where the lug nuts go. I showed Townfire Service Advisor and showed him. He calls out worker, and worker quickly says it wasn't me, that came from the street. Townfire Service Advisor hands me my receipt and says I wrote down a number it's a Alloy Wheel Repair. They can help you. There's nothing we can do. I'm told him calling up Corporate now. He left and came back with corporate number while I was on the phone with Corporate So since they had to fix a problem for free, they got back at me by scratching my New Rims

Showed up with a bolt in my tire on a Saturday evening 30 minutes prior to closing. They removed it and fixed the tire for 31$. Super friendly people too.
