This repair center seemed to me to be a very trustworthy place. Upfront true info. Not the BS story dealers give claiming needed replace almost everything.
I brought my freightliner here for a check engine light and also a DOT inspection. It took a little while for them to finish but they made sure they fixed the issues I had with my truck and they were very courteous and informative about the process.
Worst towing/repair place ever. Business is very unprofessional they will damage your vehicle and refuse to fix what they did. Absolutely no hospitality whatsoever. They messed up the control board on my vehicle then tried to say they didn’t do it. Shady practices if you want your vehicle to be in one piece DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I would advise against using this company. They damaged my car during a tow and are totally unreceptive to what I’m telling them about the damage that occurred. They were very angry and do not want to own up.
I have never needed a tow before until today February 8th. Was driving to go get lunch and my car shut off, heard a pop before it shut off. Got to a safe location and called Center Towing for a tow to my husband’s job. George came and took his time to set up my Honda Pilot for a safe travel.
Holly was awesome! She fit me in to her schedule and got my equipment towed the same day. The Tow operator was on time, professional, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend giving this company a call.
They were able to get me in right away. Found and repaired a coolant leak that was driving me nuts for 2 weeks. Two other shops couldn't find the leak. $115 per hour total of $267. I couldn't be happier and was thrilled they were able to fix the problem and not charge me a million dollars. They could have communicated a little better and maybe been a bit more, I don't know, pleasant? IDK. They took excellent care of my truck and don't need to be the best people focused. They do not have room for trailers so be sure to drop trailer at the pilot around the corner before coming. I wish I had known that or been told that before getting there but again, no biggie. I would definitely use them again.

Had a horrible experience...drop off truck on the first of March for a pm service and air leak.(7) days and $1300 later after replacing two parts that were perfectly fine I picked my truck up with not only same problem but a broken mirror.I ask for the parts taken of and was told they no longer had them....why would someone discard parts that are perfectly fine.stay away you should not have to pay for a mechanic to guess what should be fix
Came down to this place with a broken leaf spring on a freightliner Columbia.
They said they could get done right of way witch was good. Not manny ppl would get that job done without appointment.
But very pricy.
They tried to charged me 700 for parts and 5 hours of labor. Total of 1325.78
Freightliner dealer did same job for 450 for parts and 3 hours of labor total of 950 after taxes and they are 15 miles from this location.
It might be something wrong with this ppl.
They over charge a lot.
