Our car shut down and AAA sent CT Auto Center to tow. Robert K was unbelievably helpful to us. He was quick, helped diagnose the problem and when we had an issue at the kia dealership in old saybrook ( do not go there! ) he stayed and towed us to another garage. Really above and beyond great customer service! We are very grateful. He helped turn around a horrible situation. Thank you Rob!!
Needed help having my car towed to my mechanic. First car I’ve owned so it’s been stressful but expected. Luckily Michael from CT Auto Center was very personable and helpful. Definitely a great guy who cares about his job so his help was greatly appreciated.
Fantastic service experience in tonight's 2 ft snow storm with Chris. With the snow storm, I had to get to work and my car got stuck (like really stuck) in the snow. Through Aaa, CT Auto Center showed up 15 minutes (while still in the middle of the storm) after the aaa call. Chris was so helpful and nice while I was panicking. And got my car to a safe spot where I could ride out the storm. So grateful and hope if you want to choose a personable and exceptional company to give your business to that you select Connecticut Auto Center of Milford. CT.
Chris and his team did a fantastic job. My car randomly shut down in Norwalk. Not only did they come to tow the car in a timely manner on Sunday night, they diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to fix it. My car was good as new within 24 hours.
Nick is a great guy very awesome helped me fix my truck which had several suspension issues. He does quality work and all his work is very impressive. Would highly recommend.
Not really the type to leave negative reviews but here we are. Recently was sublet a tow with them via AAA. Upon arrival I was put on the phone with the rude driver (I was at work) who told me he could not tow the car because it was too low/lowered. I let him know that not only was the car was stock ride height it was JUST picked up and towed twice within the last month with no problems. I was then informed that he couldn't tow it because I was not present, a blatant lie as only person who needed to be present was the AAA policy holder in which they were. His last excuse was that the policy holder whom was present (my 71yr old mother) was too "rude" as I sat on the phone and listened to this garbage of a man give her the biggest attitude in the world and she replied with nothing but kindness. The driver then proceeded to leave and park at the end of the block for while while still being "clocked in" to our tow so AAA couldn't even process another tow for 20 or so minutes while he did whatever he was doing in the parking lot down the street. Luckily Anthony's High Tech Towing was able to get it done asap. 10/10 would recommend Anthony's as that's who AAA has usually given us in the past.
Not entirely sure who drives the tow truck for this company, but they nearly caused several accidents on the highway. Tailgating, flashing lights, honking, all while the people they were behind were passing people and already going above the speed limit. This guy is going to get someone seriously hurt and should not be operating any vehicle, let alone a large tow truck. I wouldn’t want to give business to someone who acts like this on the road, regardless of the quality of work they do otherwise.
Locked my keys in my trunk. Rob showed up on the 4th of July to open the car. Once we could get in the car the trunk still would not open because the alarm had been triggered. The tow truck driver rob found a video on youtube. He actually ended up taking the car door lock off to release the trunk.
In spite of this taking a few tries and almost an hour of time he never gave up. Best service ever! Highly recommended.
I got in an accident. Nick was very supportive and understood what I needed done to the vehicle. I didn't have collision insurance so he found the parts, gave me entire new front end, and returned my vehicle to me better than what I had prior to the accident. And...he did it UNDER BUDGET! These guys are creative, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you. I highly recommend them!
Needed them twice for road service both times and the drivers true professionals. These guys if I could recommend to AAA use them all over the state I would.
Flat bed tow truck driver 8/31/24 around 10:20pm 95 South near Old Saybrook driving like an absolute lunatic. 80+ mph, aggressively tailgating, frequent lane changes without signaling. Honestly surprised they didn’t cause an accident. License plate BH31610

Chris is literally he most honest and loyal mechanic I’ve ever met in my entire life. I’ll literally send all my friends and family to Chris because of his honesty, so many people I know have been ripped off from dealerships were other mechanics and receive poor quality work. I have always received high-quality Work with genuine parts and Chris is always keep me posted with updates, I could not ask for more.

So I brought my car here and after the nearly 2 months it was there I finally got it back with my ABS light on as well as supports where the car is lifted from were completely destroyed and I honestly don’t think it can go on a lift again or it will crumble to dust. To top it off I found random bolts on my floor Mats. I wouldn’t come here unless your intentions are to have your car almost come out worse than it went In
