The best in Connecticut. I got an ostrich leather couch from St. Regis NYC, dresser and TV stand from the Benjamin Hotel NYC, swivel chair, bed, frame, headboard, lamp, and side table all for what the price of the bed would have been alone elsewhere. Pedro and the delivery crew are experts. Highly recommend!
Went to this place first off u get expensive prices for damaged items the only thing that was nice is china hutches and those are tagged way out there if u need a lamp try there but even when u actually pull up u don’t really want to enter waste of time waste of space bring a Walmart or something
I recently purchased a king sized mattress, box spring, and frame. I've also bought various other quality items for my home. The customer service is top notch and they're flexible in working with their customers! The delivery guys were excellent as well! They were on time and quick! Would definitely shop here again! Highly recommend!

I find the product in this place to be to expensive, for what it is. A lot of the stuff had mild Damages on it. And still they want top dollar. The person who helped us, was a very nice gentlemen. But even he agreed that the prices are Ridiculous.

Amazing prices and they give good deals. To Simon making a complaint about layaway...it's called business and be happy they returned your money. They have to turn over inventory. PHD...yeah okay and you can't afford a stove....I think you are just trying to tarnish a local company that helps people access good used furniture.

After having a badly needed Small Stove on Layaway...
I went to make my final payment, only to find that on the day before... Someone had access to the Clearly Marked "Layaway" item...removed the
"Sold/Layaway" Tag, and purchased the Stove.
Yes. I was Refunded my Money...but the experience in this situation clearly indicates a Change in the Layaway Process needs to occur.
As a Long-term Self-Appointed Community Ambassador of this Store....I now need to rethink my continued Promoting of this Store, as I'd hate to be involved with sending someone there who may have the same experience.
Bought really nice furniture from some luxury hotel in NY. FINAL COST WAS $200. High quality stuff also. Some furniture did have some dings but they could easily be fixed. They also deliver.
I have furnishings from this place I purchased 15 years ago and they're still the best deal in CT! David, Pedro and Alex are awesome customer service ambassadors. I just can't see spending all my money on over priced furniture at Bob's Knock offs or Pay more for Raymore!
Universal hotel liquidators is a perfect place if you're looking for a great bargain. I constantly pop in this store, the staff is extremely helpful I love shopping here.
If you're looking for inexpensive furniture or wall art, definitely give this place a go. Things are sometimes a little worse for wear but it's a goldmine for DIY-ers. Highly recommended if you want a fun weekend refinishing project. Everything is good quality (heavy to withstand years of hotel use). And the inventory is always changing so its fun to come back and explore. All of the "art" in my home is from here and I paid less than I would have for just the mat and frame at Michaels or IKEA.
