Professional, quick service! They came exactly when they said they would, just 20 minutes after I called. I would absolutely recommend Professional Family Auto Towing to anyone needing a tow or other service in the Middletown area.
Do not use this company. Professional Family towed my vehicle on 5/23 to my dealership. The dealership stated that the car was not hooked up properly with the chains which broke the CvX joint and bags. I reached out to Professional and they will not reimburse or respond to the $1,200 damage they did to my vehicle.
If you are in the Middletown area and need a tow, these are the guys you want! They were at my house very quickly, exactly when they said they would be, and were very professional! I would recommend to all my friends and family!
Requested a tow, they charged me then told me they couldn't do it. They never refunded the charge. I called the company for a refund 10 days later. Gentleman said they would process a refund. 7 days after that still no refund and I've called numerous times. This company is awful.
Edited Review, these people are fraudulent and refuse to name themselves when you speak to them on the phone. They refuse to give my money back. They charged me for a tow they didn't perform.
This was the most horrible aggravating experience ever. I would never suggest this tow company to anyone. I feel as though they were dishonest and manipulative. There is no integrity here. On top of everything negative that happened that day the driver who dropped off my vehicle eventually spilled a ton of oil in my driveway and the company will take no responsibility for it. The owner told me that that happens a lot with them. Poorly handled and poorly managed business. Call a professional I would not use this company.
Had an amazing experience when we needed help changing our tire when our lug nuts were stripped. Super fast, kind, and professional! Definitely would recommend
Had an excellent experience with this company, or at least as excellent as it could get (Noone likes when their car breaks down). Dude on the phone gave an eta of about 20 minutes, and the tow guy got there in 15. Very friendly tow guy, happened to be training another dude who was also very nice. They gave me and my car a ride to the closest autozone and were on their way!
We requested a tow about a month ago at which point we were directed that they don't accept cash and would require payment over the phone. We gave them the information and within 20 minutes had chosen to cancel the tow service. At which point they stated they wouldn't be able to issue a refund until Monday. Monday came and went no refund, after 3-4 weeks still no refund, disputing through the bank, and attempts at contacting the owner to no avail. They stated to the bank they would issue a refund but changed the amount of the refund multiple times and still no contact from the owner or a refund as promised! They operate out of multiple business "addresses". Their "reception gentleman" was less than helpful and has no professional knowledge. When the tow for services not rendered is 150 dollars and we agree to pay the non-hook up fee of 30 dollars for cancelling and still cannot receive a refund it is pretty fraudulent at this point. DO NOT RENDER SERVICES FROM THEM!!!! Well if you notice the response at the bottom in regards to insurance that is interesting. FTC complaint will be started as well
Great towing service!! the prices are reasonable and they got the job done in good time. The driver was attentive, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.
DO NOT do business with this company! They did $1700 worth of damage to my car attempting to get keys out. Now they refuse to even talk to me or file a claim with their insurance company, most likely because they have no insurance. Owner is so spineless that he puts his teenage son on the phone to discuss the situation with me, then hang up. Please note that I was polite and professional in my conversations with them. Now I am going to the CT insurance commissioner. These guys are total hacks!
