Went to O'Reilly's in Middletown and was greeted by a very pleasant young man named Julian. He had a warm smile and a nice demeanor. We felt very happy being assisted by this young man.

They always have what I need!

After buying a part 3 months ago needed it warrantied when receiving the part I was told I would have to pay an additional 50 dollars cause the price of the part went up. In any business a warranty part should be apples for apples but when mentioning this to Jordan his attitude was disrespectful and dishonest so when ask to speak with the district manager June thought she would understand but pretty much did the same when telling her she would rather lose our business for 40 bucks her answer was pretty rude and yes. I would like an email from corporate office regarding this incident and talk to someone definitely not June the DM

Bought a horn customer representative were very professional and attentive. Definitely worth shopping here.

Went in on Saturday and needed my headlights replaced the guy Addie at the counter was more than helpful he even installed them and gave advice to make em last longer 10 /10 definitely coming back

Ordered a battery online. Picked up in store. Fast and went without a hitch. I forgot to return the core (used battery) for over a month...wasn't a problem to return it. Employees were great and friendly as well. ....however, I can't get the damn jingle out of my head!

Went in this morning (rainy Monday morning) and purchased a headlight bulb for my Subaru. Employee that rang me out, Jordan, offered to replace it for me with a smile. The customer service blew me away! I was not expecting that, especially on a cold damp Monday morning. Thank you Jordan! I really appreciated that kind gesture and you made a loyal customers day 😁😁

8:52 PM Saturday, my wipers needed replacing for an immediate long distance trip. 8:59 PM Pulled into O’Reilly’s. Door was locked but as I walked back to my car defeated, Julian opened the door and said “Come on in, it’s ok”. Adarell rang me out and told me that when he saw me outside, he knew that they had to help me. In the meantime Julian was outside in the RAIN installing my wipers. 9:10 PM, I was on my way. These men were a blessing to me. Thank you Adarell and Julian!

Diligent service with full respect and consideration. Straight precision about timing of the service performed, total satisfaction.

Terrible customer service from one of the salesman at the counter(refused to give me his name) After coming in for a new battery he told me my car wasn’t registered and I was out of luck. Once I got the correct car information I was told he couldn’t install it because it’s not his job and didn’t have time for it.(There was no other customers in the building. And two other salesmen working the counter.) Went to Advance Auto who within 15mins,got my car info,knew which battery I needed and installed and disposed of the old one. First and last time ever coming to this location.

Conveniently located and very helpful staff. I bought windshield wipers and the salesman put them on for me. Additionally, one wiper broke a couple weeks after I bought them and they replaced it and again happily installed it

I want to give a shout-out to AJ at the Middletown O'Reilly's! They have always been so helpful when I've gone in, explaining what I don't understand and basically just happily educating. Friendly, smart, easy to talk to, and totally non-judgemental. Management, please give AJ a Christmas bonus because they are a huge asset to your store! :)

Went there today to buy a battery for my car. (Saturday @4:30p.)I asked the guy if they installed batteries and he said only on some cars. So I asked about mine (a Subaru outback). He looked it up and said "no" and showed me the screen on his computer where it was indicated a difficult to install situation. Really? It took the guy at auto zone 15 min to install it last time. So, I drove up the street to auto zone and bought one from them but it had to be ordered. Sales guy assured me he'd install and I asked him what time would be most convenient for me to show up. So, they have my business now. How short sighted for O'Reilly's. I have been in here a couple times in the past month and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tonight, not so much. There are 3 auto parts stores within a mile radius. Customer service is the deciding factor.

AJ was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be returning due to their amazing customer service skills. I hope they are respected by other male customers especially those who lack common sense on how to treat working women.

They don't "mansplain" to women at this location which is always 5 stars in my book. But seriously, been going here off and on since they opened and the staff are always helpful and willing to assist.

Good selection and prices. Most of the staff is nice. There is 1 person named mark who works there who is rude and condescending. He will not help n when challenged blames the customer. When you go in make sure who you are talking to and dealing with.

Unfortunately they are the only automotive store that carries what I need or I wouldn't be wasting my time. They don't get back to you when you need to place an order from their warehouse and their listed hours don't match the updated store hours (which is on a paper door sign dated two months ago).

At first, I didn't think we needed 3 auto part stores on Washington st. but after going to those other 2 stores and another one in Cromwell, I still couldn't find a specific part for my German car. Thankfully I stopped here on the way home and Daniel took the time to do some research and found the part I needed plus he saved me $$$ too! I'm glad this store is here now.

This is a great auto parts store. Not for the product but because of the people. Frankly, the prices are a bit on the high end, however they do try to offset that with special promotions and sales. Notwithstanding, the process will make you cringe sometimes. It’s a good thing the staff offset the sting of the prices. I went to the middle town store and the staff are jovial, helpful, and gregarious. I enjoyed the visit. It seems to be that way everyone I go. So they won me over to this location and o’Reilleys as a whole.

I went on Saturday to look at cleaning supplies for my car and was greeted by Marie. She is very pleasant and made my experience a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location.

Rich was a really great help fixing our rental car while we were so far from home. He was quick, effective, and friendly.

I went in to purchase a simple tire repair insert. Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I could be helped with. Was given perfect direction to where the item was located and while being checked out, the same employee was greeting and assisting customers while not letting it affect the service I was receiving. Whoever was in store around 3pm 4/10, you’re great, keep up the effort.

Was here visiting from Colorado and had to do some repairs on a daughter's car. Joanna and crew went above and beyond to help me transfer my account information. Very pleasant crew staffing this location! I highly recommend this O'Reilly's location!

Very professional people and very right there when you need help.I would like to send out a special thanks to JOANNA she found parts that GM dont carry any more and her competer could not find.in 10mins she found the part for my 1984 chevy DUMP TRUCK we matched the picture with the part I brought in.she said she was sorry but had to special order the part and won't be in until the next morning I said no need to be sorry I did not expect this to be on the shelf.i was going to pay for the part she said let's match it up 1st I agreed made sense.THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Brand new, so that “new store” smell is strong. Doesn’t offer much than any other store, besides a tool rental program, which is cool. Service of course is great since it is very new. However management was mostly standing around talking, but it is slow when I came in. Will update as time goes on. Found a rare thing right away, so that was a big plus. Average prices, decent sales. When exiting, go out past the Chipotle’s and to the light. The new driveway right on Washington Street will have you waiting for a while since traffic is a common problem on Washington.
