My car decided to break down on the side of I-91 just after a snow storm at 6 AM. I called AAA . After over an hour of waiting, I googled 'tows near me' and called Untouchable. They came right away and got me off of the highway. The driver, Julio, explained to me that I could get the expense reimbursed from AAA ( I had no idea) and even gave me a lift to work in the tow truck! Thanks so much Untouchable!

Great experience, price and response time. Was able to pull our commercial truck free that was dug into the ground a foot. They were professional and pulled our truck out fast. I highly recommend them and would use them again!
Incredible team to work with. Untouchable towing helped tow and repair my car after my wheel sheared off car. They responded and picked up my car in minutes even though it was after 8 pm on a Sunday night. They had the car up and running again less than 24 hours later. Friendly staff and superior service. I'm from Chelmsford Mass, broke down in Wallingford Connecticut, Google Towing and came up with USA Towing. They gave me the runaround for an hour and then said I had to wait another 2 and 1/2 hours. Thank God I found Untouchable Towing online and they were there within 15 minutes. Driver was very professional and gave me a ride all the way home 130 me. Their price was so much cheaper than the first price I got and the truck was nice and clean inside. I used to drive tow trucks for a living and I'll tell you this company is doing it all right! One of the worst experiences I had with a business in Middletown. Got into an accident and needed to have my car towed. The police called Untouchable. My first impression was OK no issues. I called the next day to find out about retrieving some belongings the guy answered the phone, was gruff and mildly rude but gave me the info I needed. The woman who was at the yard was friendly and helped me out. From there it was a mess. My insurance guy tried to get my car out and to a collision garage but apparently the guy at untouchable doesn’t work with certain other tow drivers. This was not indicated he just ignored phone calls from the other tow company. He also never informed me of this problem and my car just sat there. My agent was able to work out a deal but that fell through, untouchable blamed the other place because of payment. My car sat in a tow yard for two weeks. The owner is very unprofessional, childish and rude. Because of this delay I am now out of packet for a rental. This guy should take a business course or learn basic customer service and that holding a car hostage is not the way to do business. If he had the common sense to reach out to me, I could have helped come up with a solution. Instead he kept my car and racked up storage fees, which seems to be his business model. Apparently most of the people I spoken to who have had to have dealings with this company have had similar experiences. I will likely get a response that it is everyone else’s fault and get some excuse blaming me or everyone else. But the point is he is unprofessional and should be investigated for fraud. Avoid this business at all costs.
A very nice company, came out and helped my mother get her keys out of her car. It’s her birthday and she was very distraught and he did it for her free of charge. Brought my mom to tears, so grateful for the generosity. Thank you so much. 10/10.
I payed to have my car towed to the place to get fix and not for any other reason , I got no diagnose other than the car is old and needs a lot, he did not want to work with me and dismiss the car and me as a lost because it was not going to be paid by the insurance, don't bring an old car there. As of 7/16/2025 long story short, after paying a double tow and a fake computer report. Car is running with the part costing $30. And a good friend . God has blessed. So much for them telling me to scrap it

A youth speeding around a corner lost control and plowed his pick up into my property, slammed into a tree resulting in his rear end swinging into my veg garden fence. State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said.......
I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed.
I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service.
Untouchable Towing saved Mothers’s Day for us this year when my SUV broke down on 91N at 10pm on Saturday night. I had been driving alone for 3.5 hours (and still had an hour to go) when my vehicle’s “check engine” came on. Absolutely Incredible Service! I've never experienced a faster or more efficient towing service in my life. I called Untouchable Towing in a bit of a panic, locked out of my car, and they arrived at my location within two minutes of my call! Seriously impressive. What's even more amazing is that they had my car open and my keys in my hand within five minutes of my call! That's faster than a pizza! The entire process was unbelievably quick and smooth. Not only did they save me a huge amount of hassle and stress, but I'm sure they saved me money compared to other options. Excellent service! On Friday my engine blew in my Hyundai and the gentleman form Untouchable Towing came and went above and beyond his responsibilities by advising me that Hyundai had a recall on the engine for my car and suggested taking it to the dealership and honor the recall. He helped initiate the process of getting the dealership to honor the recall as he had recent experience with the same issue with other customers. I would highly recommend them for their prompt and courteous experience and knowledge of common car issues. Great job untouchable!
My experience was excellent. I called because I locked my keys in the car. The person who took the call was very helpful. They arrived very quick and the tow truck driver was very pleasant and friendly He opened the door within seconds. My golf event wasn’t the best but the service I received was a hole in one.
The owner and driver is one hell of a good guy, came to my house and offered to help by pushing my three wheel can am out of a muddy spot instead of hooking it up to a winch. We were successful and he wouldn't even accept a dime. I told him about having called a couple services I thought were working scams and he verified there was a website hacker doing just that. Trying to take peoples money and never showing up. So all I can say is be wary of the scammers. I would recommend untouchable to all my family and friends. Thanks for helping out brother.

today is my 21st birthday and i locked myself out of my car. im not from connecticut so i panicked and called the first place i saw when i searched up tow truck companies on googe (thank God i did because i would’ve broke my window if you asked me). when i called, the gentleman that answered the phone was so nice and understanding of the situation. he had Matt come to my location in less than 10 minutes. by the way Matt is super cool, professional and QUICK. > that’s the biggest part. the best part is.. it was FREE. despite it being free the way these people handle business is amazing and they should definitely be your go to contact whenever you’re in situations like these. i’m just happy to be on the way back home. thank you again :)))) - one of the best gifts i’ll ever get ?
This is a first class towing company. The driver came very quickly and did a great job. My car has a hydraulic suspension and was down on the ground due to a loss of pressure, so it is a very difficult car to load and secure on a flatbed. Furthermore, when I needed an invoice to submit to AAA, the person (Probably the owner) I've talked to was very helpful and cordial; the email came a few minutes later. The best auto repair experience I've had by far!! Thought they only did towing until someone told me otherwise. Had them do brakes (rear and front) + rotor replacement, tire rotation and oil change. Very happy with the outcome. Pricing is VERY reasonable. I highly recommend!!

The owner was rude condescending and just plain nasty or whomever it was that answered the phone on Saturday. I called to sign paperwork to release my vehicle and he told us come back Monday, Saturdays are by appointment only. He then calls me back on my phone to say he sees me on camera on his property and what was my problem?, I responded by saying well I saw my vehicle and just took a few photos for the Insurance. My vehicle wasn’t even in the gated lot but outside the property and I’m back in the car I came in. He responded ever so rudely saying he sees everything he has cameras everywhere and it’s his property. What was the point of that statement I don’t know but I will say this I hope he has the same energy when we come back on Monday to release my car.
My daughter’s truck recently got totaled on 91 in CT. From the initial contact with Untouchables for the tow and follow up contacts to the tow yard they were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped to calm our daughter and make sure she was set since we were 3 hours away. We highly recommend this company.
So I was loading the company van with junk & unwanted items around the house, we happen to have large dumpster on site @ the project we were working on, and I wanted to take full advantage of the situation, after loading up the van, I happen to drive into an old stump depression, and unfortunately the van had gotten stuck, once I realized I wasn’t going to get the vehicle out by myself I contacted Untouchable Towing, it was getting late and I was in a bad jam, after a brief description, he had one of his drivers on the way, once the driver arrived, he assessed the situation, hooked up the van, and out she came, saving me from calling the company and explaining why the van was stuck in my yard.

The owner Charles really takes care of you from making sure you are not stuck and out of luck. He truly cares for us owner/operator's believe me when I tell you that. I had a situation where I was stuck in the mud and he couldn't make it out to me and neither could his drivers since I was on a time frame to make my delivery appointment. So he went out his way and recommended me to someone he knows and I was able to make my delivery thanks to him. And even after the fact he called me to make sure I was ok and mind you this was at 4am. Outstanding Individual I will recommend his service to anyone.
My girlfriend had her car towed here after causing some pretty significant damage to the suspension. Hourly labor is very reasonable, average charge on parts. Charlie is honest and pleasant and was a man of his word. The girl up front I forgot her name, is also very kind and personable. Thanks guys.
These guys are awesome! Charles is a stand up guy! We lost a tire on our boat trailer heading home on route 9 north during the week We waited for 3 hours trying to get our insurance company to find roadside assistant for us. Nothing. I called around the state to see if a towing company was available. No luck. My wife googled untouchable towing and got in contact with Charles. He said we will be there in 10 minutes. He was there in 10 minutes! They got us off the highway safely and they also did the repair to the boat trailer. We can’t thank Charles enough to get us out off a bad situation!
