Can't say enough about the folks over at Bridgeview. Went in for some required maintenance. No BS, no selling you on other services. Tim runs a tight shop, and Ronan surely knows his stuff. No need to go anywhere else ever again!!
Got all new tires from bridgeview today, it was super convenient and I got a great price on it. The guys in there were super cool and very productive. I will be back.
I highly recommend going to this place. I recently got my tires, brakes rotors, and an oil change done by this business. They got me in and out as quickly as possible and also was great customer service.
I recently took my car to Bridgeview because I had failed emissions. They quickly found time to fit me in! I thought I only had two small issues with my car, they found a few others and did not hesitate to call and update me on my cars progress! Overall great experience here!
Fair pricing and was able to squeeze me in last minute, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, I was left with an emergency brake that is no longer operational. Rather big item to overlook, and will need to take it elsewhere to be repaired now.
Tim does the mechanical and repair work for my electrical business we have 3 vans and one truck. Very knowledgeable on fleet maintenance and works very hard to get the trucks back on the road so we can keep working.
I called this place, as we were looking for a truck repair shop to repair one of our vehicle. When the phone was picked up, I introduced myself, told what company I was calling from and asked if they are okay. I did not get an answer and did not even have a chance to explain what issue we are facing, when yhe gentleman started being rude on the phone, asked what "MS" stems for, when I said I don't know (and which was not very important at the time), he said something like: "You don't even know what you are selling, you don't know what MS stems for", threw some insults and hung up the phone
Regardless of how good they and what great experts they might be, I would never recommend to go to this place, unless they learn some customer service and how to LISTEN to somebody who is being nice to you
I called to see if they could look at my 18 year old daughters car as she was in Connecticut and had traveled from Massachusetts. The steering wheel was shaking- Tim told me unfortunately they were on vacation. Tim than recommended Hometown in Portland. He even took the time to call over to them and called me right back. Tim said ask for John. My daughter got her car fixed today at a reasonable price. Honest small business owners Tim and John at Hometown Garage!
