I walked in their door at the last minute before they closed with a real problem. I had a snow plow truck that was down but I had a truck with no snow plow available. These guys were going to go home until they heard my problem. Short story is 6 hours later I've got a installed snow plow. I felt I got a great deal great service and was really served by people that cared.

Rodney went above and beyond for me and my dad. He sold us a plow and tracked down the correct mount for my dad’s older truck which is harder to find, and had it delivered the next day and installed the day after. He got us fully set up right before a major snowstorm even though they were extremely busy. Highly recommend Rodney and Cromwell Automotive!

Their team listened to my needs and concerns. I provided as clear a work scope as possible with dealership backup and Cromwell Automotive got it done on time and for less than the dealership.
Muffler hangar rotted away and the exhaust pipe dropped right at the muffler. Brought it to the shop on Tuesday morning. They did a complete diagnostic. Replaced the muffler and main exhaust pipe. Got the car back on Wednesday afternoon. Rodney is very easy to talk to and informative. Bringing my car there next Wednesday to have four new wheels put on with a balance and alignment.
Cromwell Automotive stays with a repair until your satisfied. I had a difficult vehicle that needed repair and they kept it going long enough for me to finally replace it. When you have an completed repair the owner will get on the phone with you and explain steps about the process of your repair.

They went above and beyond when installing my plow, even running my safety flashing light wire into the cab of my truck. Then fix the control box onto of the fisher box. So professional, I cannot recommend enough.
