This place is great! I switched here from my usual mechanical and will not go back to the other one. This place is so timely, responsive and fairly priced. We also use this shop for our work vehicle fleet as well for many years.
A friend suggested I try them so I did. Their service for my Toyota Hybrid has been superb, especially after my disastrous visit to the local Toyota Dealer service. IMHO, Ultimate is trustworthy.
It's so easy to give Ultimate Auto a 5 star review because I know they look out for me. They're respectful of my situation situation, don't try to sell me what don't really need. They tell me the truth about the state of my car, what to watch out for, give me an approximate cost for when the time comes repair has to be done. They're knowledgeable, professional but personable, and it's always a pleasant experience doing business with them.
My wife and I have been using Ultimate Auto for maybe 25 years. The owner and techs have always been thorough and considerate in their handling of our cars and in their interactions with us.
My wife recently passed and I found myself with an extra car. Time passed and when I finally started paying attention to my ‘second’ vehicle the battery had died and wouldn’t hold a charge.
When I got the car to Ultimate I found that the long period of non-use had caused other problems. The manager, Phil, knowing my personal situation, did (as always) a thorough evaluation of the car and let me know how much work (and money) was needed to fix it. It was a lot and since I don’t really need 2 cars I decided to let it go.
I am grateful to Phil for understanding that the dollar amount was only part of my decision. He gave me time to think through all of my reasons and guided me through the steps for letting go of the car, which was also a memory of my wife.
I was happy to hear that Phil will be taking over ownership of Ultimate and keeping intact the excellent team I have relied on, and will continue to rely on, hopefully
for another 25 years.
The staff here do a consistently great job. They look out for you and your car. In addition they are wonderful people to work with. I know that I can count on them!

Excellent service. My appointment was scheduled almost as quickly as I asked for it. Service started with a standard and robust inspection to determine and confirm all work required. Communication was clear and concise, Phil helped me understand absolutely needed work and what to expect going forward.
The work was quoted before parts were to be ordered, requiring my consent before going forward. Phil kept the work to the budget we discussed, even when things were discovered, we aligned on the work.
Lastly, and most importantly, the tech would not sign off my truck until he was satisfied with the work. Valuing quality over speed is why I will continue to come back to Ultimate!
I have been coming to Ultimate Auto for a few months now and they have the best Subaru mechanics around. Steve and his son Eli are so very knowledgeable and helpful every time! It's hard to find mechanics these days so up front, truthful, and fair. I wouldn't look any further for the quality, service, and price because these guys will take care of you with. My visit this time was for a 60k maintenance on my 2019 Subaru Wrx Premium. You are updated as your car gets worked on with pics and the how and whys of the work being done. Also if there is anything they see might be an issue they will let you know if its an immediate issue or one to keep an eye on in the future. These guys go above and beyond to make sure your car is running great and you leave happy. Thanks Steve and Eli as well as your team!
I brought my Truck in with a complicated problem. When I put it in gear. It kept stalling. I didn't know what the problem was. They diagnosed the problem, which was a sensor. The sensor was replaced, and the problem was resolved. I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this Auto repair shop without reservations.
Remember the times you drove your old car as it approached 100,000 miles? You weren’t quite sure you trusted it enough drive too far out of town? Then the worry made you buy a new car? For me, every time I leave Ultimate Auto, I feel like I have a new car. Steve and Eli keep ahead of all the little and big things that could break down because they pay close attention to everything that is wearing down so you catch them before they break! I always feel like I bought a new car every time I leave Ultimate. I know they are keeping me ahead of critical wear and tear. Guaranteed to waste your time and only install the cheapest parts possible in order to make the most profit per customer. Rather than installing the best products available. Use at your own caution.
Brought my Subaru Forester in for an axle replacement. They also performed a full inspection and found a couple things the dealership had missed. They replaced the axle for less than the dealership quoted, while still using genuine Subaru parts. They also have an easy to use website for approving work and even accept online payment. Overall great experience and I look forward to using them in the future.
Very good service. I like Ultimate Auto's process for inspecting my car as requested, identifying the problem, and providing a list of recommended repairs/prices to review and approve before work is completed.
Love Ultimate Auto. I trust that they are making the correct diagnosis on my car. They help you make good financial decisions as how to prioritize your repairs. Never feel rushed when asking questions.
These guys are the best. I came in with a mystery transmission problem. Within 30 minutes they had it figured it and specified next steps clearly. I am 100% confident in their customer-focus and auto expertise.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! I love the way they run their business. I loved that I got a text the day before confirming my appointment. I thought it was so cool that after they evaluated my Jeep, I got a text with a link that brought me to a page showing what needed to be fixed, photos showing the evidence & pricing for each individual service. All I had to do was approve or decline the services and then they got started on the work. It was such a smooth process. I highly recommend Ultimate Auto! I for sure will be coming back with any of my car needs!

I love this place! They are so great with communication, and I feel safe leaving every time. They send reminders for maintenance which always helps. The way they use technology is something I’ve never seen with a repair shop. For once I’m happy to bring my truck in somewhere. Steve is fantastic. I love that everything is a choice, and they don’t force you to repair something. As a young girl I don’t ever feel taken advantage of. I will continue to use Ultimate Auto!
Another great trip to Ultimate for me. I had stopped on a cold morning to make this appointment and while I was there, they immediately checked the air and filled my tires to appropriate levels. I requested the appointment for squealing brakes and noisy windshield wipers. They did a vehicle safety inspection and reported my brakes were fine, cleaned them up a little and cleaned my wipers. I did not need any of the major work I anticipated at this time so, $60 for the checkup and I was good to go. 2016 Rav 4 with 101,000 miles always serviced by Ultimate and always will be!
When you want your vehicle fixed right the first time, you bring it to ultimate. They aren't always going to tell you what you want to hear and they aren't cheap but you get exactly what you pay for, a job well done, attention to detail, thorough inspection and advice. They'll tell you what issues need priority or can wait and you'll drive away knowing your vehicle has been well cared for.
I've been to many repair shops that had no idea what they were doing and didn't care. I've paid through the nose to not have my issues acthally resolved, which is what led me to ultimate. Ultimate fixed every issue right, and the first time. I will never bring my car anywhere else again
Let's just put it this way, we won't go anywhere else for our cars. and we are so lucky to have them close by. Ultimate Auto has the most professional, efficient, no nonsense approach to your auto repairs/maintenance. It is a joy to deal with them and they will communicate with you any way that's convenient to you. We love the post diagnostic evaluation right over your cell phone and you can decide whether or not you accept or deny the recommendations they make. Just give them a try. If you are a new client they offer a free oil change as a welcome gift. Also they give you a free oil change as a new customer.
I am very happy with them and will continue to use their services ongoing for both our cars. You will not be disappointed!
