Went to Brothers based on recommendation from our mechanic. They took the time to understand our needs. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule so we would have the car back by the beginning of the school year. They kept us apprised of any additional parts that’s were needed and of anticipated completion so we could plan accordingly. Car looks awesome.

Today was my first time trusting this shop with my car repair. They were able to fit me in last minute, quote, and fix my car! Very fair prices for above and beyond service. Highly recommend Brothers Auto

Couldn't be happier with the results on my vehicle! After a low speed parking lot bust up all the plastic on the front of my car was dust and I had hood, fender and bumper damage. Picked up my car back from brothers and it's brand new. Far better experience than I have had at other body shops in the past, any issues in the future my cars will be going to Brothers.

The owners are seemingly genuine and compassionate. However after further investigation it was revealed that they do insurance scams. They charge you for new parts and bill your insurance company. However they provide re-furbished parts. They even use cheap paint that chips over time. They promised me a new door but instead they refurbished the original one. They even went as far as to scratch off the serial number on the door. I’m not sure how these two brothers sleep at night but I guess it was just a lesson learned. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Brothers was very quick to assess my car and give me a reasonable quote. I dropped off my car the night before, and soon after opening the next day, I was called with the assessment and a quote. Parts were also in stock and my car was able to be fixed all in the same day.

I have been bringing my cars to Brother's for decades. It's a family-owned and run business, and they treat their customers like family. Their good name and reputation for excellence actually means something to them. Over the years they have done everything from routine oil changes, and tuneups to autobody repairs on my cars. I know when I pick up my car that the job was done right, they haven't done anything more than what actually needed to be done, and that I haven't been overcharged for any kind of service I've received. I strongly recommend this business, especially to anyone who doesn't know much about cars and may be a little intimidated about having your car repaired or serviced. Brother's is the best.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with the work that Brothers Auto body did on my car! I hit a deer over a month ago with my 2019 Mazda CX-5 and thought to myself that my car was ruined. Brothers came recommended by a family friend and they took my car within a week! Every week they gave my husband and I an update on the progress of the car, and made us aware of any delays. When I finally got my car back I actually started tearing up. It was perfect and looked exactly like it did before the accident. The gentleman was very kind and explained all the body work that was replaced and fixed, and made sure I was happy before I left. Thank you Brothers for an excellent job! I’m so happy to have my car back!!

I'm in my fifties. I've NEVER had to make a claim on my auto insurance. But, after a recent accident, I needed an auto body shop. I knew of Brothers from living in town, so I decided to go there. What an amazing experience! I knew nothing of the process, and Brian and Sarah were both wonderful! We picked up the car today and it looks as good as new!! They were both patient with all my silly questions, and they provided periodic updates on how the work was going. I hope I NEVER EVER again need an auto body shop, but, if I do, I will not hesitate to use Brothers again!!!!

I’ve been to Brother’s for multiple repairs (both body and mechanical work) on my Subaru and Chevy Volt. They always do an outstanding job! Incredibly honest, reliable and professional! ?

I just picked up my vehicle from Brothers and couldn’t be happier. I was rear-ended and needed the back bumper repaired, thankfully I’ve had work done here in the past so I knew where I was going. Sarah, their wonderful receptionist took care of me every step of the way, from calling the insurance company, coordinating with Enterprise for my rental, and keeping me posted on my repairs. The bumper is as good as new, with no paint imperfections! The entire car was cleaned and polished on top of my bumper looking brand new. I didn’t pay them anything since it was an insurance claim, which usually means lack of service or treatment, but I can honestly say that I was truly taken care of, start to finish. Covid friendly as well. I will be back for normal service as I trust them with my Audi. Hope this helps someone choose a shop!

Did a fantastic job fixing and replacing my bumpers after an accident. Car drives great and they did an exceptional job communicating throughout the process.

Always so fair with their prices. They have never tried to get me to repair things I didn’t go in for. I’ve walked out with a repair under $150! I don’t take my car anywhere else. It’s a bit of a hike for me but worth it every time. Love Brothers Auto Body!!

The entire staff from the front office to the shop is exceptional. Sara (or Sarah) in the front office was one of the most organized and professional individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Brian was helpful and great to work with. The work looks amazing. I am lucky that this shop is local to me. Having dealt with shady shops that have preformed poor work in the past, this was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately my truck got hit at a boat ramp parking lot. Fortunately the individual who hit me was a good person and actually left their number. I was at the mercy of their insurance company but thankful the individual took responsibly for their actions. Their insurance company referred me to Brothers and I could not be happier. They have a backlog for a reason. If you car is drivable, wait for them instead of going to a shop that can get you in right away.

I just moved to the area and unfortunately was rear-ended a few weeks back. I was referred to Brothers Auto Body and I am so thankful for that recommendation!!! The service I received was excellent from the initial call all the way through to completion of the work. Everyone was beyond flexible and communicated the status throughout the process. As I had questions, everyone was so patient. The completed work looks GREAT!!! Last minute I requested an oil change and tire rotation and they were still able to turn my car around in just a few days. I would highly recommend anyone head over to Brothers. You will absolutely receive the best service with some of the most down to earth folks I have met in any business!

My car was hit by a deer back in July. The passenger side was badly damaged. It took 3 weeks to repair and Brother did an outstanding job. They even finished the repairs a couple days before promised. When I picked up the car, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor!

Went here because it was one of the insurance companies recommended garages. They wrote a quote which I thought was high so I set out for a second opinion. When I went to the garage to grab a few things from my car one of the owners came out and confronted me. He aggressively said what right do I have to question his quote, I'm not a certified adjuster and don't know anything about cars. He then said I was trying to ruin his business/reputation. I've never dealt with owners who are so rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Although he may have been offended I wanted a second opinion, he should be more respectful when speaking to a customer.

I decided to go here because of all the positive reviews, but what I received was the opposite. The estimate that was written was high considering what friends and family had told me I might have needed done. I inquired with one of the owners and he reacted so defensively! He was condescending and misogynistic, calling me sweetheart in a sarcastic tone. I will not be doing business here ever and I would STRONGLY encourage you not to either! I ended up taking my business to another local shop and they charged me less than what their estimate was. Guess my friends and family were right!

Top shelf, professional and the classiest body shop I've ever been to. They handle absolutely everything smoothly and conveniently. Everyone is very friendly and make the entire process pain free. I'd recommend this body shop without hesitation.

Great service. The owners are honest and the work is second to none. I can't even tell where my car was painted and it's a very hard color to match. I would recommend Brothers to anybody, even if you need to wait a bit for an appointment.

Please Read.... I had been rear ended in my Camaro , (I'm very picky about it ) , they did a great job repairing it, prompt and perfect.... A few days later I found a weird scuff on my back bumper , ( I thought they missed a spot ) well turns out the scuff was from someone who must have parked behind me because it was at angle . They still welcomed me back and buffed it back to perfect ! I've never had such friendly, well done or easy service in my life .... I won't be going anywhere else ...! And either should you !

Two weeks ago I brought my deer damaged car for an estimate. I was impressed with the friendly,truthful and accurate description of the damage and the estimate of the repair cost. They did a wonderful job in the time frame they allotted. When I picked up the car it was cleaner inside then when I brought it to them!

Brought every car I've owned here for repair and autobody work. The guys are trustworthy, fair, warm, and friendly. I've never once had a bad experience with this shop (either in customer service or the repair work they do). Nobody likes needing to have work done on their car but these guys will treat you like family and make you comfortable. I only bring my car somewhere else if it is absolutely necessary.
