I always find what I need at this AutoZone! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, making my visits quick and easy. Plus, the prices are great, which keeps me coming back for all my car maintenance needs.

I was just rudely turned away at 8:04am. I was told that store opens at 8:30 instead. Sign on door says 8am…. “Times have changed” and “call management” I was told. Will never come back to this store!
I recently went to Autozone to get a new car battery on my Toyota Camry. The young men that work there were very helpful and helped me pick the right battery for my car. Mr. Alicea helped with my purchase and Jeremiah came and assisted with swapping my old battery for the new one. I appreciated both of them for their great service and help.
Went to go grab windshield wipers for my car. Didn’t know what I needed so Jeremiah helped me out. He went the extra mile and even put them on my car in the pouring rain. Excellent service and a big appreciation to Jeremiah!
Do your research first and know what you need. Then ask them questions about your specific vehicle to determine if they have what you need or not. Don't expect them to "know". Most often they are not car experts and won't lift a finger to figure it out. If they tell you they don't have a part or if you're looking for a part that's less expensive, just Google it yourself and see what Autozone has to offer online, before you conclude about the options you have. In alot of cases, since they think they know, they block from themselves parts that are readily available online or at other stores nearby.
Amazing service went above and beyond aArsenic and Loushaun were wonderful. My battery died in the cold weather and they had us up and running in less than an hour!
I stopped by the store because I could hear a grinding noise around my front tire. I asked one of the guys there if they could assist me.. he explained that what I was asking from him was not a service they offered but that’s when Loushaun offered his time to help me.. he noticed that my caliper was missing a bolt and that’s the reason for the noise.. he explained that it was dangerous for me to leave because my caliper could have fallen out and I won’t have any brakes.. he found the correct bolt and installed it for me.. this man went out of his way to ensure my safety. I offered him a tip and he kindly refused because all he had in mind was my safety.. I would recommend going to this location and asking for LouShaun’s help. Thank you Autozone and LouShaun
