My experience at the AutoZone was amazing!! My wife had a dead battery and the sales rep Martina, I believe her name was went above and beyond for me and my wife. She was attentive and friendly very helpful and resourceful. Best experience highly recommended

Had a great experience. Carlos Q was very helpful he helped me with my wipers and test my battery starter and alternator. He lead me into diagnosing the issue.

I needed wipers blades they helped me get the right ones and put them on for me excellent service from them

I have for the last 19 years came to this Autozone to bring used oil. I came to the store today 1/11/2026 and the supervisor i believe she is around 2pm, said they cannot except the oil in the container that it was in. I have been using the same container for years 2 times a year, and no one has ever said anything until now. She was very rude and while my wife was doing a return... She was telling customers to scan the bar code at the register and to give them a good review that she would appreciate it. I believe customers should give reviews from there own free will.

I went to AutoZone to a lightbulb pete was very helpful I had a good experience shopping at this location.

HI, I want to inform the public that when people don't get their way, they become disrespectful and embellish the truth because their need to control was not allowed. On a personal and professional level, Martina O is one of the most honest, helpful, and kind human beings. She is very skilled at her job, and for some people that can insult them because they are not used to a manager doing their job that way it needs to be done. It intrigues me that some of these reviews are dishonest, embellished, and plain mean to hurt her. I hope the reader can read through the lines and see that hurt people hurt people. Martina's kindness, fairness, and professionalism intimidate those who don't have these qualities.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this AutoZone location. The manager — a woman with dark hair — was not only extremely rude, but openly discriminatory in how she treated customers. I watched her personally allow an employee to remove and test multiple customers’ batteries without hesitation. But when it was my turn and I needed my battery removed for charging, she instructed her employee to deny me service, claiming “they can’t do that.” I was told to wait. After waiting nearly 40 minutes with no update, I went back inside to ask for help. I was alone and made it clear I did not know how to remove a battery myself. Despite this, she continued to ignore me while several other customers were helped ahead of me. I eventually expressed frustration — not toward her, but simply while speaking on my phone — and she overheard. That’s when things escalated to something completely unacceptable. She approached me, cursed at me, and told me to leave the store. Her tone was aggressive, nasty, and intentionally disrespectful. She even called me names and used vulgar, sexual language — including telling me to perform oral sex on her. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone in a customer-facing role. Her behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely inappropriate. No customer should ever have to experience this kind of treatment.

This is the third time in a row, that I have visited this location and it is not open at the time it shows on the site. I have to knock to see if there is anyone at the store. When a lady of mature age finally opened, I was able to see her Tag name, Martina. Even though I gave her the descriptions of my car, she continued to make errors on the part. She is not equipped with the right knowledge or customer service etiquette to work in this kind of store. She doesn't know about cars and has poor customer service. I come here because of location, but I am thinking of not ever going since is never a pleasant experience with this lady. They always open after 7:30am

One of my headlights was out. I’m thankful Anthony was able to help me by replacing not only one but both of them for me.

Today I went to Autozone and had the luxury of speaking to Martina about several issues with a vehicle I’m currently repairing and not only did she know what I needed she ran down best options and prices for parts needed. I wanted to say thank you car running perfect ???? will definitely be back

Manager Martina is terrible my boy was trying to get some parts from there and the lady was super rude saying she’s not going to attend him to go to another store if he wants. We were there to get some parts when he had already called prior to getting there and she didn’t want to take care of him.

The worst service ever, The Store Manager Martina Close the comercial Office of the store even when it supposed to be open till the store is open, with a poor customer service and not even face me to said the reason why, she just said commercial it's closed at 8:40pm and it's not the first time I have actitud from this person the store close at 9:00p The rest of the team good, Martina needs to find a construction work so she can deal with anything else but people

Went to AutoZone , and MARTINA was so helpful. I give her 5 stars . She really cares about the customers. And she will lead you the right way. I recommend Martina when coming here to the auto zone in new Britain ct. She is fri ndly and very smart with cars.

I think I just got scammed from the manager. For 92 dollars will never go there again

I lived here for years and I will always go to O'Reilly's longer warranty and warranty return hate AutoZone cause of that i put in sparks plugs for one day and my tranny went tried to return them said they couldn't cause it was installed in the vehicle staff rude as hell btw I told the manager cause he sure look like he was to stay with spark plugs cause I don't need and he threw them out such dedication you have for you company them parts could've been refused but will no.longer waste my time I will continue going to O'Reilly's just my opinion y'all need better staff with positive attitude cause even tho I'm a low patient person I know how to treat customers with respect that's all

This place sux!!! Now I see why people shop online! It’s a shame for the owners who don’t care . Because their employees don’t realize if people stop shopping… then you don’t have a job! The employees are running companies out of business.. shelves are bare.. and customer service is non existent..I don’t know if they can’t order properly or if they have in back and are too lazy to stock their shelves.. either way, this place is a waste of time.. nobody cares.. nobody cares

I went into the store, needing a headlight and fog lights, and J and Edgar treat me with the best customer service I could have ever hoped for they help me find the correct bulbs and when above and beyond by replacing them for me, words couldn’t describe how grateful I am to have such good people in the AutoZone near me. Kind, professional customer service was impeccable

I asked to use a restroom just to wash my hands they said nope you cant use our restroom autozone was my first job and never in my life i heard that if the restroom are in working condition they cant let you use it im no complaining as a Mamas boy all im doing is asking for better customer service this managers start to believe that they can change AUTOZONE policies do better!! Then later on the owner of the store. Is it hard to question himself why the business is falling down the drain? What a customer service oh my God

I stopped going here. The line to get parts takes way too long. What's worse is after waiting in the line to get the part, then I would have to wait in another lie to get cashed out/pay. Even if I want to buy something from the floor, not requiring counter help, there is usually nobody to cash me out at the register so I can get in and out quickly. I go to Southington AutoZone even though I live in New Britain. I can drive the extra distance, get in & out quickly, and back home faster going to Southington instead of New Britain. Southington does not have, nor do they need, a security guard at the door like in the New Britain store. I can't say enough about my dislike for this store location. I like Autozone, just not this location...

This Walgreens is not the greatest location to go get your car parts from, because every time I go here I seem to be accosted by the panhandlers who hang out front and ask me for money, when I walk in, and when I walk out. At times I have the giving spirit, but most times I am in a rush and really don’t want to be bothered. The staff at this location also seem to be a bit irritated with the panhandling, and unfortunately, it bleeds over to their handling of customers. Thus, everyone is irritated with everyone and it’s just an unpleasant experience overall for me. I’d rather take my business to another location that isn’t as stressful.
