FB marketplace is a joke and didn’t want to deal with a bunch of lowball offers and the hassle of dealing with people. May have gotten a better price going through that process, but not with my time. The whole process was less than 5 minutes. Pick-up guy was there when he said he would be. Could have driven it in as well and got a few more bucks. Overall a satisfying experience!

Terrible experience, the check is a written one so you will have problems when going to cash it . And they only gave me 1200 for a 2016 Nissan rogue that was totaled but still ran. Don’t waste your time and make the mistake I made

I whole experience was so perfect, from the very start to the finish, that I thought at first that it must be a scam! However, by the end, I realized that I was just being cynical and skeptical. I originally thought that this process was too easy, too quick, way too convenient and the people (from the first gentleman on the phone to the flatbed driver who came to pick up my Range Rover) were all too nice! The cynic in me thought that this must be a congame because I never sold a car this way before. Thankfully, everything proved to be great in the end. My only regret is that I didn't receive more money for my Range Rover. Thanks for all your help guys. Keep up the good work

Initial offer was about 1,000$ or so. After a call and additional questions,it dropped to 435.$ So a bit sketchy on that account,and there was a pervasive lack of communication at some points.They were a day late, with no calls to customer saying they couldn't make it. They did show up at 8:45 at night,the next night.(Not the drivers fault). I finally got the check,and driver was courteous. Mixed reviews...

This experience was I much easier than I thought it would be. It was time to let my 2005 Honda Civic go and I had bought home a new car. Cash for Cars Had a great experience! The steps were easy. Last step driver calls you for pick up time and gives you the check when exchanging title. Easy, I would say it takes about 3 business days to get everything done. Gave more money than the dealer. Totally I recommend this company.

Beatrice was helpful and competent. I did have other issues with other reps who took me in circles, the call kept dropping, and they put me on long holds….which was highly annoying and unnecessary. I was about to cancel the whole transaction. But Beatrice was the only efficient rep I spoke to and followed up on the offer and pick-up scheduling. She was the first agent I spoke to and she called me back the next day bc I wanted to think about it overnight and sent me text messages to keep me updated. Mike was the driver and he did an excellent job as well. So I was fortunate to have (2) knowledgeable service providers. That was my personal experience. If you use this company, ask for Beatrice Daouza.

Super quick pick up. Very friendly staff. I received my check at the time of pick up. Also received $160 more than another company's quote. I definitely recommend them for your junk car pick ups.

I contacted cash for clunkers about purchasing my car. They immediately contacted me after I filled out the online request. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice, and walked me through the entire procedure. He coordinated with a tow company to pick up the vehicle. They came exactly when they said they would. Everyone was extremely polite and did what they promised. I was able sell my car and had a check in my hand within 48 hours of contacting them. I couldn't have been happier! I waited about 2 months to contact this company because I didn't want to deal with a headache. Boy did they prove me wrong! I highly recommend them!

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and integrity of this company. I wasn’t sure what to expect selling an older, used (non running) car online. I submitted an online survey and was called back within minutes. They made a *very* fair offer on my car. Within 2 business days a flatbed was here to take the car away and the driver wrote me a check on the spot. The driver was very nice too. Would completely recommend if you have an older vehicle you need to get rid of and don’t want to go through the hassle of selling through usual avenues.
