I've never had any issues with staff or parts. Everyone that I've recommended to CPI gave a 5 star rating. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My go to guy is George if he's available. He is highly favored!
In my opinion CPI has very little competition in regards to O.E.M quality parts and customer service. Shout out to Steven! He is knowledgeable and was patient while assisting me choose the correct power steering pump for my vehicle. By the way,... I'll be there soon to pick-up that part. Thanks!
Ari was the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. He provided me with a faulty Brake Rotar that could’ve costed me my life. When I brought the product back in to exchange he continued to be very rude and give me smart comments. Even told me to walk out the door and leave. Wouldn’t recommend going back there ever again.
Extremely poor customer service! Little guy behind the counter was short in height and answers. And when asked about a military discount, his response was, "I already gave you the price." Instead of answering the question, he just rude. I won't go back nor will I ever refer anyone to go there.
Ordered a part and it was damaged once I got it. after getting it sent back I had to wait so much longer for another part to arrive. If a part is needed immediately; I wouldn’t wait on this place.
if half stars were possible this place would definitely get it. I didn't feel like I was valued as a customer. upon arrival I was not greeted and had to wait absurd amount of time to receive service.
These people made me completely uncomfortable the things they were talking about other customers when they left. The part I got still had the world pac sticker on it. Should’ve just gone there instead of waiting for them to go and buy the part from them to come sell to me at a marked up price.
Go to the dealer or order your parts online. I dealt with Ari in April he took my VIN number and still ordered the wrong alternator. He was adamant that he ordered the right part I had to bring both into show another guy who immediately saw the difference. Ari said it was a computer glitch. I asked for a discount or a credit and he was again strong on what he couldn’t do…he couldn’t issue a blanket credit but could offer me a discount on future parts. Here I am in June needing brake pads and rotors . I specially called praying I didn’t get Ari…I got George/Jorge. He quoted me $152. I was fine until I arrived and he circles back to his original $179. It’s too much broken communication. Over parts and costs and the service experience just spoke for itself. Don’t bother…
I stopped in for information.Most parts you could find on line.Imports are tricky.Bought a 2005 Suzuki.Before you buy do the homework before purchase.Rule (1) have a part number that will help a LOT
They have all sorts of stuff; but if you have a European car and don't already know about CPI you're losing money every time you purchase anything for your vehicle.
Brake rotors for an MB 300 - CPI was 75% less than the "dealer" price from a CT MB franchised dealer. Same box, same forge stampings, same same same.
