Called to see if they had a part I needed, they told me they should have it but will give me a call back to make sure. 20 mins later got a call back saying they do, told me the price which was reasonable, paid over the phone, told me they would call me once the part is ready. Short time later they call me to pick it up. Will come here again if I need anything, everything was frustration free!
Got an awesome radio for my truck at a great price. Been going there for 43 years. Frank and Phil were great I hope the next generation can keep the place going for another 40 yrs.
Great place to get used auto parts! Everyone at the front desk and in the parts yard were super cordial. Excellent service. Prices were good! Yes, they only offer store credit on returns. Not a problem for me, if I need more parts, I’ll be back for sure.
Some Nimrod kicked a semi tire tread up into my car & exploded my mirror while on a cross country road trip. Demilo had the part I needed, in the color I needed, & for an excellent price! Was a very good experience overall.
My experience I with them is; I had junked a Suv to them and have been buying back some of the parts for the same vehicle, and I have a well respected understanding with them.
I give it a 5 star rating because of childhood memories I remember going as a kid and the cars would be stacked on top of one another,now the yard is empty and your parts are pulled by the staff across the street by the river.
