My car got towed a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of it until last night because it’s not registered until this Friday and I can’t drive it much obviously. I can only move it during parking bans and storms. Some lady named Rachel was very rude and hostile and she had a very condescending and belittling tone towards me when I was asking questions. She barely worked with me but eventually I just let it be and accepted the price given. I got towed from these people before and another lady (I forgot her name) was really nice but Rachel? Yeah no she’s very rude.
Believe all the negative reviews. Liars, unprofessional, trash. Thanks for letting me wait outside in the freezing cold for over an hour after being told “10 minutes”
STAY AWAY! They will lie to you, and give you the run around for as long as they can. Trust these negative reviews. Do not let these guys tow your vehicle.
You may not have a choice when it is a tow called in by the Police for an accident, but definitely avoid this company at all costs. Towed our trailer in after a hit and run accident. The responding employees assured our company they had everything needed to recover the equipment, transfer and deliver our freight that was on the trailer involved. NOT the case when asked to do so. We were then told they had no equipment to deliver the freight 12 miles from their location. Also, it was well over a week, and several requests by our insurance carrier for a bill to release the load and trailer. Once the bill was finally received, payment was overnighted and tracked, signed for by a representative of the towing company and now they claim they never received the payment, even though tracking and an employees signature paints a different story. This is one poorly operated and managed company and deserves zero stars in their review.
Went to get a truck left their yard around 445pm. forgot my impact gun called them and the lady told me come back at 8am tomorrow because they were closed. went today to pick it up and she is saying they are a 24/7 facility and people go in and out. when she clearly told me yesterday they were closed from 5pm-8am. come back today to find out my impact gun is missing after they were suppousely closed. (mind you she said they were closed and you need a gate code to get in and out of there) !! this is a business , have cameras all over and they should be more responsible with their customers!!!! after all that money we payed to get towed. makes me feel like all the money they charge and all those cameras mean no security!!!! stay away they are thiefts!! also refuse to show me the camera footage!!
The driver that towed my vehicle was respectful and made sure that my vehicle was not damaged in the process. The after hours phone staff was helpful and knowledgable. The receptionist when I paid for my car was polite, friendly, and helpful. She made things easy when my bill of sale was not what she needed. The driver that brought my car to my job was polite, efficient, and competent. Everybody has bad experiences everywhere sometimes, but I can say that this is a well run operation with good people.
Watched a driver run TWO red lights, illegally pass another car, run a stop sign, and go more than twice the speed limit...all in less than five minutes.
These guys towed one of my Turo cars that got wrecked, super easy to work with. Really appreciate Rachel and all the staff for making this a pain free process. It seems a lot of people reviewing get there vehicle towed and get mad about it?
Absolutely AWFUL service through and through, but mostly from the "manager", Robert Greco. The tow truck driver himself was nice, but Something is just VERY off about that place, and him. I just don't recommend. They are extremely unprofessional, and I overheard him berating one of his employees, in front of myself and many others, once I arrived there, and was absolutely applalled. If he treats them that way then..... I was kept waiting for 20 minutes on the phone beforehand, before even getting service, and I truly don't know HOW they have been in business for so long. The front desk was rude and unprofessional too, very dismissive. Just a BIG mistake going there. That aside, their prices are beyond ridiculous, and a friend of mine said he is convinced he had items stolen from his vehicle before it was even impounded, and is convinced it was one of the tow truck drivers. I honestly don't have one positive thing to say about this sham of a "company". NEVER again.
They tow my car without a probably real cost and where I park my car at wasn't a private property they liers and thief's who in the middle of getting sue big facts because last I know parking in the day time at a plaza isn't illegal period
Terrible customer service. When I entered, lady remained at a desk while I was 10 feet away behind a locked door to speak with her. Lady Ask me why I was there in a hostile manner and stated I need to pay $500 to go grab my parents belongings out of their totaled vehicle when there is no mention of this over the phone when I was calling from 3 hours way. Come to find out from a different lady worker, we learned that the First Lady was talking about the wrong vehicle, but instead of owning up to her mistake, she just walked away and I had to wait for the Second Lady to speak to me after knocking on the glass door. Second Lady was much more helpful and the worker at the tow yard was helpful.
This is the worst company , BEWARE . They make up prices as they feel I got my boat towed less than a mile from my home and was charge over almost 400 a complete rip off . STAY AWAY from this company.
