Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. Mindy has such a calming voice and I appreciate her being a listening ear durning a very vulnerable moment. I didn’t get to meet the whole team but I will definitely be coming back to get my car taken care of here when the time comes.

Tin from Capitol Auto towed my car after an accident. His empathy and generosity of spirit made the whole experience so much easier. He got my car off the roadway quickly, made sure I had time to collect anything valuable, and even gave me a ride to the train station. I can recommend him highly.
Awesome place pregnant girl at the front is always nice and they give good tow prices where most places like to be extreme. I’ve gotten multiple tows here and they’re very professional. Even the girl tows which was awesome to see!! Highly recommend this place!

Tin was absolutely fantastic to work with! I had some issues over the weekend and he looked at my car even when he wasn’t planning to come in that day to try and diagnose the issue and was very upfront and honest - exactly what I want in a mechanic!

They were extremely professional, careful, competent, and easily overcame issues with the car that made the job harder. They were on time and very reasonably priced. I'll absolutely use them again.
My car was not accelerating and was shaking badly. I was afraid it was something expensive and that I may end up needing a new car.
