I have to say I'm very pleased with Capital Auto. When my car had to get towed the driver dropped me off at my house. Which was much appreciated. When I called to get info on the charges and storages fees the person who answered was very pleasant and helpful. The day I called to pay the gentleman who assisted me was very understanding and gave me a excellent price. Which included the fee to have it towed back to my house. I couldn't be more grateful because it was very kind of him. I would definitely use Capital Auto when I need a tow.
Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. Mindy has such a calming voice and I appreciate her being a listening ear durning a very vulnerable moment. I didn’t get to meet the whole team but I will definitely be coming back to get my car taken care of here when the time comes.

capitol automotive was a very helpful and vital role in my most recent accident. they came so quickly to the scene and was very kind and nice about the whole thing. they insured me everything will be OK and the location of where my car will be until Insurance comes for it. while my Mercedes were in their care, they were very communicative with me and continuously checked in on me to make sure everything was running smoothly despite it being around the time of the holidays they were s so patient understanding with me. Didn’t actually get my vehicle repaired here. Capitol only towed my vehicle to their shop after my accident. The customer service was great though. They answered all my questions respectfully, tried to get me a good price, and helped me make the best decision I could for my vehicle. Appreciated Tin being willing to take my multiple calls. Releasing and towing my vehicle to the other shop I decided on took longer than it should have, and I would have appreciated more diligence there once I decided to go with another shop.
Awesome place pregnant girl at the front is always nice and they give good tow prices where most places like to be extreme. I’ve gotten multiple tows here and they’re very professional. Even the girl tows which was awesome to see!! Highly recommend this place!
Spent $1200 to fix up my car then a week later car was not start. My mom bought her here they about to make $ on her again. I told her don’t let them works on the car. Biggest Scammers ever. Go to actually repair places and they will fix up reports and you will get to know your right as a client.
He was legit professional, nice about his job and was super helpful.

My car was making the ugliest noise and I found myself the day before 4th of July worrying that I was not going to be able to make the 2 hour trip to pick up my boyfriend from JFK the next day. I called about four other places and no one answered.
The kind folks at Capitol automotive not only answered, they were able to see me an hour later. Tin took a listen and fixed my car in no more than 10 minutes! It was a small problem that no doubt most places would've up-charged me for. He was even nice enough to put air in my tires.

The team at Capitol Automotive was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had an old, non-running car that needed to be moved a few towns over. They were extremely professional, careful, competent, and easily overcame issues with the car that made the job harder. They were on time and very reasonably priced. I'll absolutely use them again.

For those who don't know, Tin also lends cars via Turo. I rented a Ford fusion from him for three days. The car was in very good condition with new a new set of tires, and especially it was very fuel economic. I drove around Brooklyn with that car without any trouble. Tin was very friendly and flexible. I was even late to return the car and he was kind to allow me drive his car beyond the duration. I appreciate his service and loved his car. Hope to do business in future if available.
My car battery died last night. And I needed a new one immediately to continue doing my other work with Uber at night time while working from home during the day. I called around for other quotes to see who could come to take care of it in my parking lot, as I could not bring it in to be taken care of and didn't want to pay for towing and all that.
I called Capital automotive and I spoke to Tin, who was very helpful and let me know to call them back at 9:30 in the morning as it was evening when I called initially.
He was absolutely so helpful in the morning to come over and jump start it to get it to their shop, as I was in the area with my dead car.
He also made sure to explain everything to me, so I knew what to expect with the price of the battery, to get the right, so there was no surprises and that everything would be all set once the work was finished!

Undoubtedly a respectable, professional, efficient, and friendly business. For my bumper damage that other shop owners immediately leaped to the option of expensively replacing the piece entirely when I asked them, Tin took the time to review with me the full range of options, including a decent repair option (both structural re-bending and, at the end, with frankly minimal cosmetic issues left over from the initial accident) at only 1/5th the cost of the alternative, invasive bumper replacement, saving me a fortune. We went with this cheaper option, and this business completed a fine repair (and a free car wash) within several hours. Tin and his staff are an admirable team who care about their customers and do thorough, passionate work. I unreservedly, wholly recommend this outstanding business for car repairs.

Tin, Josue, and the entire crew went above and beyond my expectations. Josue saved the day on the highway and generously waited with me for an extended period of time for a ride. He assisted me with securing my belongings, and ensured I was safe. Tin and the rest of the crew explained in full detail what to expect, options, suggestions, and ways to ensure I got everything completed in regard to next steps after my accident in a timely fashion. The crew even assisted me with obtaining all belongings out of my vehicle that needed to have the trunk pried open.
