Son unos abusadores. La vez pasada se llevaron el carro de mi hija del estacionamiento del edificio donde vivimos y tuvieron q pagar más de 300 dólares, hoy el parking ban comenzó a las 12 pm, el esposo de mi hija movió el carro al parking del edificio, no estuvo ni una hora y se lo llevaron. Y que tienen que pagar 350 dólares más. Nos comunicamos por teléfono y ni me escuchaban ni me dejaban hablar y terminaron colgándome el teléfono hasta que me bloquearon. Pillos que son. No estoy en contra de las otras personas que están estacionadas en la parte de atrás sin autorización y ellos no vienen a remolcar los autos. No es justo. La ley es para todos y en medio de un parking ban es ilegal!!!!! Pillos y abusadores!!! Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente. Solo quieren dinero.

In my personal experience, Cross Country Auto was one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve dealt with. From the moment I walked in, it felt like nobody there had any idea what they were doing. The staff acted annoyed just answering basic questions, communication was all over the place, and the attitude was unbelievable.
I felt ignored, disrespected, and talked down to. Instead of being helped, I was left standing around while employees argued with each other and gave me completely different answers every time I asked something. Nothing was organized, nothing was handled smoothly, and the entire atmosphere felt chaotic and careless.
Based on how I was treated, I honestly don’t trust them with anything. If you want professionalism, clear communication, or even basic respect as a customer, this is not the place. I strongly recommend going somewhere else that values people and knows how to operate a business.
Lazy, and will never come when called. They service my apartment building and when i get off work late, i almost always have to call because people are unauthorized parked. They never show up, will never answer the phone after you call once. Will claim they do not have the right vehicle and will tell you to park on the street.
Unprofessional, terrible experience, mocking and antagonizing consumers, way overpriced. Messed up my drivetrain doesn’t want to take accountability. If dealing with them be prepared to take legal action
They’ll do whatever they can to make extra money, even if your car wasn’t supposed to be towed. The staff didn’t take the time to listen and overall inconsiderate and not friendly. Come visit Cross Country Automotive if you enjoy making other people’s lives miserable because yours do. This place SUCKS!

Legit took my car for 6 days and never reported it to the police. Wasted my money and time looking for my car. Open and towing 24/7 in different towns.
They towed the car from a public parking for 2 hours while at the hospital with my brother and charged 240. Made us wait an hour and Careless of nothing money hungry. There’s a God and believe me everything done will be paid!!
Nobody wants to go to a towing service yard, but the process of getting my car back was seamless. But a few things stood out to me: It couldn’t have been more than six hours since my car was towed when I called Cross country automotive. First thing I noticed over the phone was the arbitrary prices. The receptionist first quoted a big amount for my bill, and I had to remind her that it hadn’t even been 8 hours since the car was taken. Then she corrected the price to the right legal amount. Also, i realized she issued two different receipts to me. The second receipt was supposed to be labor cost, but that was already accounted for on the first receipt. Then there’s the issue of “cash only”. They only take cash. Put these three together, and it’s not a very good picture. Aside that, there was no damage to the towed car, so there’s some attention to detail there.

I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemy. This place is a joke , the drivers and staff are a joke . We are contractors conducting official business and we are constantly getting towed . We parked in a lot that had plenty of spaces and we weren’t even there 2 hours . Today I watched an elderly man park on the side and walk his groceries in and they came and hooked up his car and demanded 150$ to drop it . I’m working in an elderly community and parking is at least a quarter mile away so I understand parking bringing groceries . Then moving it but the man’s didn’t even have a chance to walk back out . This is borderline criminal in my opinion . Karma will get them good . Ima put that out there.
Easily the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with ( the Windsor branch) the lady at the front desk is a complete jerk , she’s rude and very off-putting. If you don’t have to deal with these people , don’t got your own sanity
would give them zero stars if i could. absolute worst people ever. they damage and break people’s cars and then run away before they get caught. they are only out for money and they leave behind cars in the middle of the building’s parking lot.
Cross Country Automotive provided fast, professional, and stress-free towing service. The driver arrived on time, was friendly, and handled everything with care. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable tow!
They towed my car at my parking lot and scratched my bumper dent my exhaust my car sounded crazy they so careless about people cars they gonna have to fix it they playing games with me rn

Got my car towed from a place of business that I was actually conducting business at. How does that work if it says that parking is only for customers. I was a customer. Definitely not happy
Call someone else because they’ll never show up or worse if you call every hour to see if they’re still coming they’ll just say “oh it’s shift change so we’ll be there in a few minutes”.
Towed my car because of stupid Hartford police. They charged me $50 extra for a as after hour fee on Sunday when my car towed a couple of hours before!!! Crooks
