The entire staff was excellent to deal with throughout the process. The repairs were done so you would never know anything happened. The car was spotless inside and out when it was returned to us. Clearly they take pride in their work. Would highly recommend!!
I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. I was recommended here by my mechanic. Edi and the gentleman that work there are beyond flexible and communicative. I have brought two cars there after accidents and they have been nothing short of professional and make a stressful time, less stressful. Edi has no problem texting you with updates and confirmations. I also learned that the Enterprise down the road will even pick you up with the rental car and you can just leave the rental car at Town Line and they will pick it up. Again, making a stressful time less and less stressful.
Providing an update— I wish I could give more than five stars. Edi and Rich made a stressful process the complete opposite. I was not worried about the car and the repairs. It was so simple to drop it off and Have enterprise at the autobody shop to pick me up. Then all I had to do was drop the car off at the autobody shop leave it there and get my car and go about my day. Being able to text Edie about anything was the icing on the cake. Being a teacher phone calls are a little difficult, so texting is easiest. I even had trouble with my key fob after picking the car up and Edie and Rich were right there, helping me troubleshoot and even checked in to make sure that it was Working. Going above and beyond, and being a female doing this by herself, it’s refreshing to not be taken advantage of in the Kar world. Thank you so much Edie and Rich and everyone else at Town Line. I so greatly appreciate you guys!!
Town Line for the win, as always! Staff is great, repairs great, and you can leave visible cash in your car (oops) and guess what? It will all be there when you pick it up. I am a forever customer!
I’m new to the neighborhood and so glad I found this shop. They repainted my front bumper and the results are flawless; the finish is seamless and looks brand new. To top it off, they returned the car to me fully detailed inside and out, which was a fantastic surprise. High-quality work and great customer service. I’ve found my go-to shop!
My son hit a deer. I was referred to Townline Autobody by my local mechanic. They we honest and fair. Edie in front so helpful. Picked up car today & even left our rental car with them. In addition they cleaned car interior & noticed tires were wearing.

Town Line did an excellent job repairing the frame (from rust) on my TJ. (Also had the brakes done).
Cutting out and replacing the rusted sections is a difficult job and I recommend Town Line to Jeep Owners. This takes time and worth the wait.

Edi, Ron, Mitch and company from Town line Auto Body offered me incredible service from the moment I showed up with my car for an estimate. They walked me through the entire process from submitting an insurance claim to helping me find a rental. When I picked up my car, I was able to drop off the rental at the body shop and they took care of the rest. Most importantly, my car looks better than before my original accident even happened. I will be going back should I ever need it, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with Town Line Body Shop exceeded my expectations from the start.
I came in for an estimate to repair my Subaru's fender & bumper which were damaged in a parking lot when someone backed into my car.
They took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I didn't know they were a certified Subaru repair shop! I got the estimate on time and it was considerably more favorable that another estimate I received.
Edie was terrific with her communication and organizing the rental car, insurance, and setting up the appointment.
Not only was my car fixed beautifully, they detailed the car as well.

Town Line is the most helpful, informative, honest body shop I have been to. Not only do they provide an incredibly high quality of work and professionalism, but they go above and beyond in advocating for their customers. They advocated for me with my insurance company long after the work was done when they had nothing to gain from it except helping me receive what I was entitled to, even after they had already received payment and it would have been much easier for them to just let it go.
Edi was incredibly informative and helpful from the moment I first called and in the time that followed, Ron went above and beyond to provide a much higher degree of knowledge and service than I was accustomed to or expecting. Family owned and operated and it shows. Can’t recommend highly enough.

5 stars is not enough for the amazing job done by Town Line. Edi is a gem- she handles everything with precision. At my scheduled drop off, they previously confirmed if I’d need a rental car and within 10 minutes of handing over my keys, I was on my way with a rental car from enterprise. I was kept up to date on the status of my car- including some scans to recalibrate all the sensors and cameras. When I was anxious to get my car back before a long holiday weekend, they went above and beyond to make it happen within hours. My car was returned to me in what could only be as glorious- absolutely detailed. My car was given to them covered in pollen, leaves, dirt and kid crumbs. It was returned gleaming in the sunshine. Not a spec of dirt to be found inside or out. Windows pristine. Tires shiny!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had shiny tires! My car was returned better than new! They took the rental car keys and I was on my way. Town line made the experience flawless in process and results. This is the only place I go for body work. Thank you Town Line!!!

After researching body shops in the area, Town Line seemed like the obvious choice for quality work. What I was not expecting was to have such wonderful conversations with Edi, she really knows her stuff and helped arrange the rental as well. Richie was also great and very graciously made a quick fix so make the door functional again until our appointment, a very welcome surprise. Their genuine kindness turned a stressful time into a wonderful experience.

An unfortunate run in with a large rock lead us to Town Line. From the very beginning, Ron, Edi and the staff were excellent, clearly communicating the steps, coordinating with our insurance company, arranging a rental car with Enterprise, and making sure we were taken care of. The work to restore our vehicle was top notch, bringing it back to new condition. And they cleaned the entire car inside and out before it was ready. It's always difficult to find a mechanic, it's not something worry about all the time. For me, I had some front end damage on my car, and was ready to get it taken care of. I google searched body shops in my area, and found Town Line Body Shop. It was a small place, but reviews were promising.
When I contacted them, they were very charming, welcoming and knowledgeable. We set a date for me to come in, and I'll tell you, they were very nice and really wanted to meet all my needs. They promised quality, efficiency and care. Boy did they deliver. I was shown all parts that they were going to repair, as well as "showed me" things that I was unaware of. They genuinely cared about my vehicle, and really wanted to get my 2013 Camaro ZL1 back to its former glory.
In the end, the quality was amazing, timeframe was more than reasonable and above all, the price absolutely fair.
I will definitely send anyone here for repairs with confidence.

Nothing short of exceptional work. The color matched an extremely challenging color code, tungsten grey, to perfection. The front bumper, header panel, and rear bumper all got done flawlessly. Could not have hoped for better for my retired CTPD Crown Vic, which I love. thank you, Town Line of Monroe !!!
