Poor service and rude when asked to install a battery when planning to purchase. There was a sign saying free battery installation and when asked the sales person said “its too cold” and was rude to my husband. Unfortunately they lost our purchase due to this response and a place down the street happily installed battery with purchase with great customer service. It matters to stay true to advertisement and to be kind.

Always great service at this location, as well as the others.

Dan the commercial parts delivery man is the best and most knowledgeable parts distributor in the area. Dan as well as the rest of the staff are top notch and I would highly recommend going to this location specifically over others

Came in for a simple OBD-II scan as advertised on the website, was told there is no scanner available since COVID. Either comp the one that you are selling or stop false advertising! Disappointing.

There was no return policy on receipt of an item I never was able to use. When confronted Mike refused to assist me offer store discount or anything. Guess im calling corporate. Ive spent thousands of dollars over the years. Guess they don't want to satisfy or even attempt to satisfy paying customers

Staff are great. Laugh and joke with customers like we've known each other for years. Have been in for parts a few times and always in stock, clean store and knowledgeable guys behind the counter. My personal go-to store for my car needs..

Really love this local shop. Cameron was great replaced my battery, it was quick and easy. Guys there are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Went here with a dead cell on my battery and the positive terminal was eroded beyond any effort I was willing to give. Aiden came out and took about 30 minutes of his time to get the hooks off and he was very nice.

I had to replace my car’s battery and the staff member was helpful and installed the battery for me! In and out within 20 mins.

I tried to return my old battery that I was charged $5.xx for core when I was buying it and I just want my core money back with returning this emptied battery, but they refused to give my money back because I don't have receipt. Their system sucks by looking up with phone numbers only, that doesn't show your purchases, no other way of finding your purchases like other merchants with like emails, CC, name etc. They know it is their battery since no one else sells that brand, they know I am their customer, they know I didn't steal that battery but they were looking for an excuse to keep that cheap $5.00 core money. There were only 2 kids at entire store, one doesn't even welcome you, she makes you feel like you came to a night club by her appearance and her talking way. I asked to speak to a manager but they said no manager there, they were the only 2 workers there. It is a joke store. The date of visit was 8/21/23 around 6pm if corp wants to investigate. You spend million dollars in ads and promotions to gain customer but you loose a customer just for $5.00 because he doesn't have receipt and you know it is your product, and you know you charge for core for any battery to everybody. I ll definitely go somewhere else next time !

Awesome store!!! Placed an online order in the parking lot. Walked inside 3 minutes later it was allset. Just great and friendly employees that work there.

I did not like the treatment of the man who attended me to check the battery. I didn't even see any intention in wanting to sell me the battery. The store manager sent another man to check my battery, when we left the store he told me that he didn't know and that he had to deal with the car through the computer. I've been to that store, and I've seen that same employee changing batteries in other cars. Do they not serve Hispanics?

The store manager, Kirby, was extremely helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable too. The store is well kept and clean. This store also has more options for various products compared to other auto stores I have been in. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to get new wiper blades for my car. Destiny cheerfully greeted me and was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the right blades and also installed them for me. It was an extremely pleasant customer service experience. I will definitely return.

Shame on Advance Auto Parts in Monroe for attempting to scam customers into purchasing the highest grade batteries by insinuating/claiming those are the only batteries available for a vehicle. I specifically asked SAM M. outright - and repeated several times afterward - for "basic" "standard" "economy" "least expensive" battery replacement before SAM M. finally conceded to offer me a Diehard RED (a $80 difference from the GOLD). I said, "I mean sure, if thats the lowest priced battery available..." I still did not receive the lowest priced battery advertised online, the value battery, which is $15 cheaper. This tactic is predatory and absolutely disgusting, especially given cash strapped (and less savvy) individuals with failing vehicles are trusting and depending on this business to assist them with their auto needs. IN ADDITION.... After having the battery installed by SAM M., I noticed (from behind the wheel of my car no less) a large object still sitting there before he shut my hood. I told him he had left something behind, and popped the hood. SAM had left the plastic battery frame which would have no doubt melted on my engine block had I not caught it before driving off. How was I, the customer, able pay more attention than the person servicing my vehicle to notice a 9x6 frame of plastic? Unbelievable. _ In reply to the below response: The sizing difference between models of Diehard Red/Silver and Value Battery is nil, as they are in stock at 26R size and all require height adapters(which probably amounts to a piece of plastic that according to my receipt didn't cost anything extra). Regardless, any issue stemming from sizing and price discrepancy should be a discussion had between the counterperson and a customer, particularly if they are SPECIFICALLY and REPEATEDLY asking for the cheapest battery available. Spin me another yarn. Don't double down by disguising a sneaky attempt at hocking premium batteries as a good service when you know it isn't.

Love this plaza. Auto Parts has everything you need to service your own vehicle. Very helpful staff, too. Then there's Jennies...Great food and totally fresh. The drive thru cleaners here is excellent too. Waves and Shaves salon is here also. I like one stop shopping. Highly recommend ? ?

Great auto parts store & the employee's are so knowledgeable & helpful. They carry just about everything that has to do with automotive & etc. Great prices & sometimes Groupon has deals for Advanced Auto Stores. I purchased today 9/19/20 a pair of new wiper blades & was helped by 2 gentlemen employees due to issues attaching the new wiper blades to my car. The issue was with the blades not car & they both did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this Advanced Auto Parts Store in Monroe, Ct. If you enjoy reading my reviews please give it a like or comment. I choose this store because I never get bad service there.. Being experienced myself you can tell the guys are experienced. The prices are sometimes high and I know I can find cheaper. But I wait for the discounts Advance offers online. Worth it to sign up for their emails.

Convenient location on Monroe turnpike (state route 111), nice new location that sent the only other auto parts store that was in town packing. Fully stocked at all times and if they don't have it they can easily get it from other advanced stores close by or order it for you.

Very helpful friendly staff competitive pricing . Kirby is very helpful with me he knows my car. managers are all helpful come out to your car and help you with what you need and if they are not sure they will get the information for you and they don't try to sell you anything but you don't need. Just don't go to the ansonia store. Trust net. They sold me the wrong battery for my car so I ended up going to Milford post Rd store. Much more knowledgeable. And they put it in right.

I work on my truck almost every weekend and this is easily the best Advance Auto. The staff aren't part-fetchers, they know their stuff! Especially if you're a Ford guy. Always super courteous and helpful, and will tell you the best ways the get discounts when you're trying to save money on parts.

Husband and I always go here, very helpful, will make sure you get what you looking for, will order it if needed, great for businesses and business accounts, reasonably priced, lots of other car items. I love all options for interior and outer area of car decor. Good location and my husband always have good things to say . I give 4 stars only because sometimes will take long time or not enough people working to keep flow going if busy other then that it's all good

Advance always has a coupon or "speed perks" deal if you sign up. For my Jeep and Subarus, they almost always have whatever I need in stock. This location in particular has a good staff. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but that's just cuz they're giving the person ahead of you attentive service. Sometimes I do wish there was a separate check out line just for items on display. That would make running in to pick up cleaning supplies or similar much faster.

I found a very clean, well organized automotive supply store. I was greeted as I walked in. My purchase was engine oil, a suggestion was offered about a cleaner that could be added. It was a pleasant experience and I will shop there again. CC.
