If it was possible to give zero stars that is what Auto Kingdom deserves. First off, This "auto-repair" shop was not my choice, I was sent here via my Endurance warranty. I was having engine problems with my 2017 Ford, which is a known issue with my model yet the individuals here had no idea about something that is so easy to find with google. They then claimed that it was not covered by my warranty which I now realize they most likely never even contacted since there was never any denied claims on my Endurance Portal. I then had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for a hack job. The returned my car to me with numerous lights on told me to drive around and it would be fixed. It was not, I had to go back for them to fix it, then they told me if it was unrelated I would have to pay again out of pocket. Their "fix" was given with a 365 day warranty. When the same issues appeared again about six months later I brought the vehicle back for the third time. They had my vehicle for less than 30 minutes and claimed "nothing was wrong." I finally came to my senses and brought my vehicle to a reputable auto-repair shop who identified the problem a day later since they actually took the time with my vehicle to find the issue. They stated that Auto Kingdom essentially put a band-aid on top of the real problem and they weren't surprised that my vehicle was having issues again since they never actually fixed anything. Oh, and shocker now its all covered under my warranty. So please if you made it this far into my long winded review save your time and DO NOT go to Auto Kingdom.
This was my first visit to the facility. Took my car in for an oil change and to fix a headlight. Gustavo went above and beyond to ensure my headlight was fixed properly and at a reasonable cost. They have one of the least costly labor rates I have seen in the last 10 years. The overall experience was very good and happy to be their newest customer.
I was 15 minutes into an hour car trip when my car indicated its oil was low. I stopped in Auto Kingdom and explained my situation. They checked my oil for me and then topped it off so I could get to my destination. They were kind and professional! I’d highly recommend them!
Great Service and Professional Team
I brought two of my cars to Auto-Kingdom recently—one for brake service and the other for an oil change, brake work, and general maintenance. The service was professional, and both cars were handled well.
After the service, I noticed a sound in one of the cars and called them. Even though it was a busy weekend with limited time, they still asked me to come in so they could take a look. I really appreciated that level of commitment and follow-up.
The shop's location is convenient, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Overall, very happy with their work and professionalism. Will definitely recommend them and return for future service.

My tire light went on while on a road trip. I saw the sign and stopped in. These folks could not have been nicer. They checked my tires, added air and would not take payment.

I've only been here one, but the guy at the desk was really nice and friendly, and my car was repaired the same day. My only complaint was the horrible music that they were playing inside... I could never wait for my car if I had to listen to that electronic computer-generated noise :-(
Thank you to Gus and Gabriel! I just had my Audi serviced there today and could not be happier. I got an appointment quickly, they were efficient, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I thought I needed a sensor which they could’ve easily added it to my bill, but were honest and told me I did not need it. I found my new mechanics!!
Brought my car in for an oil change and they were able to take me right away. Had my brakes done later in the week, pads and rotors, 2 hours and I was out the door. They are very pleasant, coffee if you want, comfortable seating, and I appreciate the senior discount!
I took my 10 year old Honda Odyssey for an engine light issue and other maintenance. They were very friendly and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. It's always a bit scary going to a new auto mechanic but I would take any car back here and recommend this place to friends and family. Very trustworthy service.

This place is awesome! E-mailed on a Sunday in need of a CV boot repaired on my '19 Mercedes GLS450. Was surprised to receive a response within hours! Dropped the car off Monday morning, received a complimentary loaner, and the car was ready by 1:30pm. To top it off, they are VETERAN FRIENDLY with a 10% discount! They saved me over $1000 on what Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was trying to charge me, and used OEM parts. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!!!
I had an a/c compressor replaced. Fair price and quick service. The owners are very friendly. I’m happy to support a Monroe business. I’m glad I chose a local business instead of the dealership which wanted to charge me a high price to diagnose the problem.
THANK GOD I FOUND THEM! GOT LURED INTO THEIR SALE SIGN for AC and found out they're not scammers that don't diagnose leaks first. Instant five stars for that. They also fixed a nail in my tire with plug for only $20. Very fair. Professional. This is near one of my job contracts. I wish they were local to where I live! Couldn't recommend them any higher. And they're trilingual too. GOD BLESS THIS PLACE! Super friendly too. I'm putting on Yelp also

Auto Kingdom in Monroe Connecticut is outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest. Combine that with very fair pricing and you have a winner. I have taken 3 of my cars there so far and they always exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to use them for any of your cars/trucks needing repairs. You will be very happy you did.
Called friday to make an appointment and was glad to find out i could take it in on Monday morning. They were very transparent through the estimate process and let me know one of the parts would be delayed only until the following morning. Last time i took my car to a shop it was there six weeks. Easy online pay and seamless transactions. They even aired up all the tires which is a very nice touch you dont often see anymore.
I had my brakes give out in a really scary incident; I was able to have my car towed there, and got it back HOURS later. Clean, friendly, and gave my family a military discount because we have a vet in the family. They did brakes and rotors for under 1k before the discount. Definitely will use again in the future!

I asked them if they can patch a hole on my tire. I have custom wheels which cost a fortune. The wheel was mint, not a scratch on it when I left the tire. I returned 2 hours later to pick it up and pay the bill. The owner said the tire was dry and they couldn’t get the tire off the rim. Tire is about 14 months old so that was a bit suspect. I offered to pay for their time, but the owner said no charge. So I went outside to retrieve my wheel and I noticed significant damage to it. It appears the tech mangled it all up. Pry and scratch marks all over it. I asked the owner to explain and he basically told me it was like that when I dropped it off, which it wasn’t. He totally wrote me off and walked away.
As are so many I am always leary of auto repair shops, but this review is a pleasure to write. On 01-31-2024 I experienced a blow out of my front driver's side tire. I knew my tires were bad but I'm expecting an inheritance check from my mom's estate. I'll take care of it then.
Fortunately for me it occurred on rte 25 in Monroe about a quarter mile from Auto Kingdom. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Extraordinary customer service from start to finish. Ended up with 2 new tires, balanced and aligned at a very reasonable price. I had called 3 other garages and was told I would have to leave my car overnight. I entered at 12:30 p.m., the knowledgeable staff located,ordered,and told me my car would be ready around 2:15 p.m. I drove out of there at 2:20. I recommend these professional and customer service oriented individuals to anyone (and if you know me I'm normally the biggest sceptic alive). I definitely look forward to working with these guys in the future and so should you.

Great service and communication. Was able to have my car looked at and repaired the same day and make arrangements to pick up my car around my schedule which was after hours which was convenient. I also like paying on the link they sent to me with all the details of the work that was done. Over all good experience and I will use them again in the future.
What a wonderful experience. Customer service was great, and management was even better. My car was leaking everywhere, but I didn’t have an appointment They took car in immediately. Plus they got it fixed same day for a great price. 100% satisfaction.
We brought our car in for a flat tire at 9:30am. Ended up needing to be replaced. They ordered the new tire on the spot to be delivered in a couple hours. Long story short, the distribution company messed up twice and failed to deliver the tire. The staff went above and beyond, not only communicating with me multiple times as to the status of the tire, but when it was clear the tire was not going to be delivered, Gabriela from the front desk went to the distribution center herself and picked up our tire so that it would be done before 4:30pm. The staff was friendly. The building was clean and welcoming. I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.
