I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Automotive and Transmission. I was told by another place that I had a severe transmission leak right before a long road trip from Colorado to St. Louis. I came here for a second opinion, and they were honest, thorough, and professional from the start. They clearly explained what was actually wrong, showed me the leak, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. The pricing was fair, they even gave me a first-time customer discount, and they stood behind their work with a nationwide warranty. I just completed my 800+ mile drive with zero issues. The Jeep drove perfectly. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, especially when you’re about to make a big trip — but this team absolutely earned my confidence. Highly recommend!

I had a starter go out completely out of nowhere on my 2015 GMC 1500 Denali. These guys said they could get it done by 6pm. I called a tow company and they towed it directly to Eagle. They were very easy to coordinate with and I was able to pick my truck up that same day. Out of the 12 shops I called they were the only one to offer same day turnaround. 5/5 would recommend.

I had my starter replaced here and the experience was overall very good. The car was ready in just one day, and I haven’t had any starting issues since the repair. Their labor pricing was more reasonable compared to other shops I contacted, which I really appreciated. They were also responsive and willing to recheck the vehicle to make sure everything was in order. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Be very careful before you decide to take your vehicle to be worked on at Eagle Transmission. First I will let you know I am a 64 year old woman. Be very careful if you decide to use Eagle Transmission in Parker CO. I took my truck to Eagle Transmission to have the transmission repaired. The first time my truck sat in their parking lot for over a month before they even touched the truck and completed the work. When we picked up the truck Eagle Transmission said they replaced the transmission on our truck. The transmission was not repaired, so we called back Eagle Transmission and Aaron said to bring it back in to be repaired keep in mind Aaron did take over $5000 for work that was not completed properly. Again the truck sat in the parking lot for over a month in the same spot we had parked it in when we dropped it off. This time I called back frustrated because my truck was still sitting there and it appeared to be neglected without the repairs complete. When I tried to see what the problem was, Aaron turned on me and said the truck would be complete, but I was personally not allowed to call them again or he would call the cops on me and file harassment charges against me. I had never received the receipt from Eagle Transmission and Aaron said he would not honor the warranty on the truck after he took our money , he lied to me and said anyone in the United States will honor the warranty. What mechanic is going to honor the warranty on someone else’s work. The work was never completed properly, he took over $5,000 dollars from us and voided the warranty for his work. I finally had to call Parker Police to me me at Eagle Transmission to help me get the receipt for the work that Aaron was done on the truck. I did get the receipt, but Aaron filed a no trespassing charge against me with Parker Police Department with the police officer that I had accompany me to get my receipt. Keep in mind I am a 64 year old woman what could I possibly do to him. My friend who took the truck to Aaron at Eagle Transmission wrote a bad review and Aaron immediately called back Chris and started harassing him for it.

I was referred by 2 different friends to go here. Overall, I feel so good about going there. They were very communicative, made me feel safe and taken care of and were really quick with my repairs. I got my transmission replaced, brakes fixed, a leak fixed and an oil change. Going back in 15 days to do a follow up check, but so far, everything is great! Would recommend 10/10 ??

I had an excellent experience with this automotive repair team. I had an oil change and front turn signals repaired. The mechanics took care in maintaining my car, performing thorough diagnostics, providing comprehensive documentation, and making sure that - from when I arrived to when I left - my vehicle was safe, sound, and truly road-ready. Beyond the technical work, the customer service is top-notch. The team kept me informed, engaged, and respected throughout the process. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or left guessing. My car was one of the many that got diesel instead of unleaded in the Great Gas Mix-up of 2026! Eagle Transmission was wonderful to work with, especially considering the stressful situation this was!! Cody & Joey were so helpful & kind. They kept me updated on the process & the issues. They treated me with respect & I will absolutely be using Eagle in the future if I have issues.... Hopefully not with a complete rebuild of my fuel system like this time!!!!

Eagle Auto was quick with my repairs, only taking 5 days to get the parts & work done from the day they received my vehicle. I was towed to their shop and given a quote after they ran a diagnostic test ($250) to determine the problems. A remanufactured transmission was ordered and put into the vehicle, along with a new radiator and oil cooling tubes. For these things, I was charged $6800+. They were quick & professional. BUT, when it came time to pay, I was informed there’d be a 3% credit card fee added unless I paid in cash. I was not told a debit card would be fee free. Next, I was told I needed to come back to their shop once a year for the next 3 years for $359 transmission fluid draining & filling or the warranty would be voided. Overall, they did a good job. But I do feel like I was overcharged and then these hidden things were thrown at me on the spot. Just a heads up for anyone before using them.

I brought my truck to Eagle Automotive Transmission, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best automotive experiences I’ve ever had, period. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. They didn’t rush the job, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t hand my vehicle back until they were absolutely certain that every single i was dotted and every t was crossed. That level of care is rare, and it shows how seriously they take their work and their reputation. What truly blew me away was the pricing. It was so reasonable it was almost ridiculous, especially considering the quality and the time they invested to do everything right. No pressure, no surprise charges, just honest work by people who know transmissions inside and out. If you’re in Parker and need auto work done, stop searching. I couldn’t recommend Eagle Automotive Transmission more strongly. They’ve earned my trust for life, and they’re hands down the best auto shop in Parker.

Everyone here is very helpful and honest. I always knew exactly what was going on with my car while it was in the shop, and they did a great job at explaining every problem and what they meant. The communication was great and I felt very involved in the process. Will be coming back.

Our vehicle wouldn’t start while my husband was out of town. Neither of us are familiar with the Aurora/Parker area and our vehicle being towed here was probably the best thing to happen for us. Their mechanic updated some codes and it has worked great ever since. (This was the 4th mechanic we’ve been to may I add) I wish we would have known about this place before. Thank you guys for solving a problem that’s been going on for so long! If we lived closer we would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

First I was recommended Eagle by a trusted source that raved about their service and trustworthiness. I took my RDX in after buying it used. They performed a multipoint inspection for free and couldn’t have been nicer. They assured me I bout a reliable used car and recommended a fluid change. They honest and their pricing is fair. I would definitely use again!

I brought my car here early November because my heater was blowing cold air, and my engine light had come on. I had already had my car looked at and coded however, Eagle wanted to perform their own diagnostic-fine. I left my car overnight, it was diagnosed, and I was texted the outcome. I reached out to Eagle to see what needed to be done and get pricing. After discussing, I agreed to get the work done that would have my heater working and the engine light off. 24 hours later I picked up my car, as I'm driving home she begins smoking terribly. I was able to make it home and park her where I let her overnight. I Immediately called Eagle several times- no answer, so I called them from my daughter's phone and they picked up. We agreed to bring it back in the morning. The next morning I go out, and there's a huge leak under my car. My car's never leaked before. Thankfully they had her towed in. Eagle said they had to replace more hoses. The invoice I received says the same hoses the replaced 24 hours ago. At least that's what it looks like to me. A mistake was made and I paid for it. I will say Aaron was great assisting me. He's really amazing. Here we are November 28th and my engine lights back on. I contacted Eagle, and they told me to bring it in, again. Here we go again. I feel really screwed, not to mention I can't even get a reading or code off my car now because whatever they did to it she won't read. My dad has the same tool used at Grease monkey, auto zone etc. Ours isn't coding neither did Grease monkeys ?

They did a phenomenal job with my car! I brought it in for an engine light and they diagnosed and fixed it right away for a decent price! They also provided complementary rides back and forth so you don’t have to wait around while the car is under service. Highly professional and competent! :)

I came to Eagle Automotive absolutely frustrated with my other mechanic. I felt I had been lied to, screwed over and was sick of not getting a straight answer, always getting the run around instead. Joey, Aaron and Cody at Eagle were OUTSTANDING! I came in with a few big issues (misfire code, bad axle to name a couple). The pricing was very fair and reasonable and most importantly the staff was courteous, kind, professional and transparent! I left with complete understanding, no questions, and no more problems! I have definitely found my new shop!

My car was hit and had my tire slashed I took my car in and it was the best experience ever. That morning was scary and rough for me. But Ray had everything taken care of for me including contacting the company whose work truck hit me and getting the payment. They kept in touch with me thru out the day and had my car ready that same day. They did an amazing job both with the work and the mental stress ppl have with there cars needing repairs. Ray was awesome and very helpful I’ll be doing all my stuff there including oil changes from now on!!!! Forgot to mention they also fix some electrical issues I had and that was great too!!

I managed to strip the drain-plug threads doing my own transmission fluid change last spring. Eagle stepped in, swapped the pan, and had me back on the road in under a day. Great service and great people — I’d absolutely recommend Eagle Transmission.
