Nathan and Keagan were super friendly and helpful today. Nathan scanned my SUV, gave me a printout and offered to do more testing after I charged my battery to ensure I got proper readings on my battery and alternator. Was a quick trip to know what's going on with my car and truly appreciate this service AutoZone offers! Nice new store and easy to find. Would recommend!
I don't give a lot of reviews: only when the experience is way better than expected, or way worse...my experience at the new Autozone in Parker was WAY better than expectations.
Short version: I had never in this store but I had a car that died in the parking lot across the street. After trying to jump it myself, I walked over to the store to see if they could help. I was immediately greeted by David, and Danny (one of the other employees) also came over. I told them of my problem, and Danny agreed to come over to check out my car.
He not only came over, but checked the charge and tried using HIS car to try to jumpstart it...no luck.
However: he thought the battery was the problem. We went back over to the store, got a new battery and he installed it. Car started right away. He also made sure to check the alternator to ensure it was working.
Friendly service is great. Danny/Autozone went way beyond that to take care of my problem. That level of effort is not something you find much anymore so I wanted to make sure I posted this and also thanked them again for the help.
I came in looking for a part, and the customer service was fantastic. They weren't sure if they had the part and started to direct me to places where I could look elsewhere. Then they found the exact part I needed. David, Jason, and Charles were a fantastic help.
I really appreciated David and his team’s help this afternoon to get my battery replaced. My battery is in the worst location under the hood and all three guys working this afternoon were ready to help! David made calls to local shops to help get me the best deal and service to get the battery replaced. Thanks guys, I really appreciated how you all went above and beyond!
