I went to Parker Automotive because of the good reviews. The last two places I went (which included a dealership) didn’t work out. The things I was told needed to be fixed didn’t add up and I declined to repair. I had another mechanic from somewhere else give me a completely different story. I didn’t know who to believe, I don’t know a lot about cars. I’m at the mercy of a good mechanic. I came in to Parker Automotive and asked for an alignment and brake check, nothing else was mentioned. They looked over some extra things at no cost and explained what was really going on. It put all the puzzle pieces together for me and made sense. I had $1200 worth of work that needed to be done. A belt, a water pump replacement, an alignment and a brake adjustment. I had never worked with Parker Automotive before but asked them to move forward with the repairs anyway. I am so impressed with their work. My car drives beautifully. I feel like I was in good hands.

I needed a ton of work done and as always they came through. I have been a customer for 10 years and will not go anywhere else. Honest, dependable, capable and they make you feel like family.

Highly recommend Parker Automotive. They have serviced many of my cars. Fair, honest, good communication, and no pressure. They saved me out of pocket expense on a new transmission by finding an issue and suggesting I reach out to the dealership as it was covered by warranty!

Shop was fantastic about communication! They made using my car warranty super easy. They were honest and up front about a realistic time line if my problem was what I thought. Will definitely be using again!

Can only say great things about the people there that helped me get situated, Holly and Adam up front and believe Michael was the tech that did the repair work. A concern of mine I had is the idea of needing more work than intended and being taken advantage of. It wasn’t major but nonetheless more work, previous owner or the shotty dealership I got the car from cross threaded two lugs on a front wheel. An issue I would’ve found on my own and likely an awful spot needing big help, grateful the problem was found and fixed under their wing. I am fully confident these guys are as stand-up as any can be and do their best work everyday the lights are on. Parker Automotive, thank you!

Reasonably priced with no unnecessary upselling like you see at the chain/franchise places. Professional staff and very pleasant to do business with. I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs!

Looking for a place to work on older vehicles than this is your place! We've had a hard time finding an automotive shop to work on my husband's beloved truck but we don't need to look any further. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. We really had a great experience and am happy to have found a place we can rely on.

I was referred to Parker Automotive and the service I received was Outstanding. They kept me informed of all needed changes on my 95 Ford 150. Timely repairs were made and I appreciate there prompt and reliable staff. I will return for my next vehicle as well and will refer them to my customers,.family and friends

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Parker Automotive. I brought my vehicle expecting professional service and clear communication, but that was far from what I received. There was absolutely no communication upfront about diagnostic charges, and to make matters worse, they told me I needed a new transmission and quoted nearly $10,000 for the repair, which is outrageous. What really shocked me was the attitude of the staff. When I called to question the charges, Holly and Adam were both rude and dismissive. I was only refunded half of the $170 diagnostic fee after being told, “people don’t work for free.” This entire situation could have been avoided if the shop had communicated the cost of the diagnosis upfront. Friends and family have used Parker Automotive before, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise against it. Don’t waste your time or money

Long story but worth the read... I personally replaced my wheel bearings, ball joint, knuckle and CV Axel, but couldn't get the Axle to seat 100% flush on my Camry, found out later the special trick. Went to Big O Tires, Les Schwab and got quotes from 3 other local Transmission specialty shops near me in Aurora; all quoting me over $800 to replace the $40 seal only, as I didn't have time to mess with anymore (labor at $300/hr?; are you kidding me). And several also telling me they would only touch the seal if I replaced the axle with them, I get for warranty purposes but I wasn't needing a warranty on the axel as it costs $190 or so at the parts store. Keep in mind it was a brand new Axle with less than 1 mile of usage and less than 24 hours on the vehicle and non returnable. I then called a Mobile Mechanic to come to my house and replace the seal on the axel, who had multiple 5 star reviews and was a "transmission specialist ASE", according to his website. He replaced the seal in about 1.5 hours at 8pm and thought all was good until I drove my car around the block to find the seal draining fluid the next morning. I contacted the mechanic to come back and fix the issue and he couldn't make it back for a couple weeks because of health issues and then told him I needed my money back... and still trying to get it 2 weeks later. I towed it to Parker Automotive, who I have always felt was honest and reasonable and the only reason I didn't take to begin with was I feared driving on the streets to get to them. I won't mention what they charged me for the seal repair but know it was CONSIDERABLY less than every other quote I got around town. From one consumer to another, do yourself a HUGE favor and just call and talk to them. Holly, Phil, and Adam are real friendly and easy to talk to, and please believe me when I say they are the most honest mechanic shop I have known in my short 50 years of working on cars and fixing them myself. Whatever they quote you will probably be the most competitive you will find anyway, aside from a Mobile guy who won't do it right and not give your money back:( I appreciate you all.

Easy to make appointments online. Quick drop off and pick up. Price on the higher end of normal range but I am new Colorado so maybe car repair prices are similar to real estate prices. I received a very long list of suggested maintenance. Over $3K of work when the car is worth $4K. I didn’t feel pressured for the extra items but I spent too much time on the phone while I was at work going through the list one by one. This would be great customer service if I wasn’t in between appointments just trying to get my late model car fixed. Overall I am happy with my experience.

These guys have been around for as long as I've been in Parker which is more than 25 years. They have always provided excellent service and can handle any type of repair that is required. If you need it done right these are the guys to bring it to. You won't be disappointed.

I strongly recommend this shop. In a world overrun with scammers, this business in my experience has been nothing but honest and ethical. Repairs on my vehicle have all been accomplished with quality in a timely manner. I’ve dealt with nothing but straight shooters here who just want to help their customers to achieve their chosen outcomes with their vehicles - meaning they never try to rush, pressure or trick you into doing unnecessary work. They give you the straight facts of what they observe and give you the space to do as you choose. They’re informative, accommodating about helping you get your vehicle in the condition you need it to be. It seems rare to find a trustworthy shop like this.

Parker Automotive was fair and transparent about their prices! They got my car fixed up, which needed a new alternator, belts, and transmission fluid flush, in a very quick and efficient manner. I definitely recommend them for quality work. They even worked on my fiancée’s truck and fixed her AC line very quickly and efficiently too! Both cars had their issues fixed in one day, for reference on time efficiency.

Parker Automative was thorough without being overbearing. Helped educate me about getting the best bang for my buck, prioritizing what was most urgent and what things could wait. Kind and considerate 10/10, would recommend!

Had a pre purchase inspection for a used vehicle. Holly and the mechanics there are top notch. They put together a written inspection checklist/report and Holly took the time to discuss the report with me in an effort to help me make an informed decision. Thank you!

They quoted me $120+ more than every other place I called for a simple inner tie rod replacement. $30 or $40 difference would be one thing and not a big deal, a $120 price difference is insane and indicates dishonesty and price gouging. They also INSIST on using their own parts, MAJOR red flag. This inner tie rod part retails for $22 at Autozone, Advance Auto, O’Reillys etc… they wanted to price the part alone from them around $80 or $90 according to their estimate. I’m fine paying standard hourly labor rates, I’m not ok paying a 4x+ markup on parts. Friendly reminder to do your due diligence folks and shop around, don’t just blindly pay any amount because a place has some good reviews online.

So my oil change place told me I had a CV boot that was leaking. I called my dealership ???and then I called Parker automotive on advice of a neighbor, and their reviews on Google. They asked me for the particulars. They gave me a quote over the phone. We arranged a date and time to drop it off. Three hours later I get a phone call, the work is finished. Price was exactly what they mentioned for the estimate. The service writers are friendly. There were no surprises. This is my go to shop from now on.

Parker Automotive is always very professional and cordial, Adam is our go to guy, but the entire staff are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. We service a lot of our vehicles here, for good reason.

I had a pretty big job to be done - head gasket leak and coolant going into the engine. As such I brought the car to three highly rated Parker automotive repair shops. There were two reasons I went with Parker Automotive. 1 - Before even bringing the car to them, I spoke with Adam on the phone and he was the only of the three that REALLY took the time to help me understand the issue, the underlying cause and more importantly what the possible paths to resolution were. I was not only appreciative but impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain and translate to a layman in this field. 2 - While I was to some degree of the mentality of, in for a penny in for a pound, going into the situation, their cost was actually the lowest of the three, and included more than what the competitors planned to fix/replace in the process. The repair did take a bit longer than initially anticipated but Adam & Holly kept me abreast of the situation as it unfolded. I highly recommend Parker Automotive and they have earned my future business as a result of their quality work and professionalism.

Adam is professional and reasonable. He is honest with cost and repairs for your car. I went to two pervious mechanics who estimated $2k in repairs. Adam charged me half the amount and did not find as many issues with my car. Highly recommend! Parker Automotive provides the "small family" business feel.

Just went here for the first time and it was a great experience, I will come back with any future car issues. Easy to schedule, service was fast (1 day), and the team was knowledgeable and honest. When doing the planned service, they found a separate issue with my vehicle that had an outstanding recall & warranty issued from Ford. They took photos and printed out all the required warranty info into a packet for me and told me to take it to the dealership for a free fix. Super helpful and high character. On top of that, when I came to pick up the vehicle the actual service invoice was slightly higher ($80) than the quote they gave me on the phone, and the team discounted it back to the stated price no questions asked. Great service. A master class in how to treat a customer and ensure they come back.

1000 miles from home, my truck decides to call it quits. Knew about Parker Automotive from my dad's good experience with them. They got me in quick, diagnosed and repaired in just a couple days. Truck runs great, got me home without a problem. Highly recommend for any automotive issues that come up!
