Excellent service! Was told all their drivers were unavailable and tried 3 other places, all gave me the run around. Two hours later called them back and they were able to take care of me right away at a lower cost!

Lady who answered the phones was clear and easy to understand, she was the reason I chose to use this company. The towtruck driver Ron was not only effecient but had impeccable people skills. Turned an hour long sulkfest into an hour of pleasant conversation and in his own unintentional way reminded us that our situation wasn't so bad.

Kindness. The driver was compassionate and didn't rush me. I was able to get some things out of my car and that made a bad time better. Darcie at the office couldn't have been more caring and patient. She went beyond my expectations when letting me get things out of my car and even offered to help me look for things. They cannot pay her enough. She was caring and also made a bad situation much better. I have had to have cars towed before, but have not had people be so nice and helpful.

Henry came and picked up my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using these services in the future if needed.

Darcie was so nice, helpful, and helped calmed me down. On top on that she sent a driver Josh who was fast, helpful, and very friendly! These guys are so nice. I've used them 3 times now and everyone has a positive attitude. They jump right on the task and have a fair price. Twice now I asked if they can help put the car right into the garage and the nice driver helped push it into the garage. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience, second time I’ve used them, and both times have just been outstanding! Rushed to come pick up my truck with a dead battery and quickly got it back to my house, very professional, and really nice attitude, given it was 4 in the morning lol! I called in, and within three rings, the office manager answered the phone and had a truck in route within 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes, the truck was towed and brought to the location as planned. Zachariah was also extremely helpful and when the truck was stuck in a parking spot in a type position, he easily got the truck out and onto the flatbed. You are in a bind and needs somebody to tell you. These are the people to call. You can trust them.

Darcy was wonderful! She explained everything to me in detail and waited for me for 15 minutes after they closed to help me get my vehicle! If I am ever unlucky enough to have my car towed again, I hope that I will have the pleasure of working with someone just like Darcy at Parker Towing next time!

I unfortunately was in an accident that left my car totaled earlier this week. When I called them they were able to send a truck to my location right away and the driver was incredibly kind and empathetic of my situation. I was working with Darcie at the front desk and she is an absolute delight. It is a bad situation but this portion of the aftermath was super pleasant and I greatly appreciate their communication and service.

Beyond thankful for Darcy and her patience and compassion as we were retrieving items from a totaled car. She was truly the only positive part of our day and everyone there showed empathy and was offering help anywhere they could. She made the process so quick and easy and I’m truly thankful she was there. A truly awesome company compared to all the others I’ve had to deal with.

Joshua was extremely professional and helpful. He could not get the truck into the parking structure so he came to where my car was located on foot and managed to get it to drive out of the covered parking to the tow truck were 4 other people failed to get my car into neutral much less to drive it. Used Parker Towing this past Saturday as our van died on us as we were trying to get our daughter to her soccer game. They were responsive very quickly and were able to provide a tow within the hour. Henry arrived and took care of everything getting our van to the service station, filling out the paperwork, and delivering the keys to the overnight drop box. All at a reasonable price too. Thank you Parker Towing and thank you Henry!

Parker Towing was very responsive when my car died and had to go to the shop. The driver Henry was so nice on a really frustrating day and got the car to the mechanic quickly and safely and called to tell me it was dropped off. I really appreciated Henry and the office staff too. Would recommend l.

Showed up quickly. Josh was very friendly and professional. The flatbed truck was a nice rig. He was very careful to take good care of the vehicle and the price was great. I would definitely use them again.

On Friday, August 16 at approximately 11:00pm my 17-year old daughter was driving home from work in Parker to our home in Castle Rock when her Miata suddenly lost power. The police came and pushed the car off the highway to a safe spot. Her mother was OOT with the other family car, so I instructed her to call AAA, while I Uber’d to her. Because her car is so low, we requested a rollback truck. After nearly six hours with no response, we called the police to request an emergency tow. The tow driver, Zach showed up in 20 minutes and took great care to skillfully load the car without a scratch. He even backed the truck up to our garage of our home to unload the car. While it wasn’t the best night, Zach was a huge help in getting the car and my daughter home safely.

They helped us wrench out a 26" uhaul out of an icy gutter last winter. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come out in a few hours since they only had 1 heavy duty truck to do the job. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars because they communicated well and seem to know what they were doing. The receptionist was really nice as well and was able to accommodate to our timeline.

The other night our transmission completely failed on E470. We went from 75 to 0 very quickly. Our car was hard to tow because the transmission completely blew out. We had the best service and used Parker Towing twice because we had a factory warranty and needed to take it to the dealer instead of the closest transmission shop. If we need a tow, we won't call anyone except Parker Towing because they did a phenomenal job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed my toolbox and 2 carts moved from one shop to another. The driver, Zach, showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing and he made me a lot more comfortable with getting my boxes moved. He understood the value of what he was helping me move and he checked and doubled checked that everything was very secure and not going to be damaged. Thanks for the awesome job. Big props to Zach.
