My 2024 Buick Encore Gx was damaged when someone backed in it. There isn’t anything pleasant about it . However, Crash Champions made the whole experience bearable. They finished the repairs quickly at a fair and reasonable price. I was kept updated throughout the repair process. And best of all the finished product was as new. The car was tight without any noise. Also, I did not recognize the interior it was cleaned so well. You will not go wrong with Crash Champions.

Got it done quickly but when I noticed that it wasn’t aligned correctly, they said to leave it overnight with them and they’ll get it fixed the next day but when I came back, it was still the same and now anytime I drive and make a sharp turn. My wheels rub really badly. They had never rubbed before I got into my accident but after they fixed it, it rubbed really badly. Got it done quickly just now my tires rub everytime I make a sharp turn

Great body work, needed to come back in to get plastic protective pieces re-assembled under the vehicle, but customer service was very helpful when I did. Vehicle was taken care of very quickly.

My car is leaking power steering fluid on the side of the car where the accident occurred, my tire pressure reads 0, and it obviously has air. The power steering fluid is leaking on a new concrete driveway. I asked them about it and they told me to bring it to a mechanic to see if they could prove if that has something to do with the accident. Aren't they mechanics? I work for a law firm and we used to advertise with them. I didn't mention that because you shouldn't have to mention that to be treated fairly. The bottom line is I don't recommend this place.

If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. Worst service experience I have ever had with any body or repair shop in forty years. Jenn, the service representative was misleading and manipulative, and argumentative. She proceeded with repairs without my full authorization, assuming I wanted to continue with their services. She did not fully inspect my car for mechanical safety before releasing it to me and the body work was very low quality. There were bubbles in the paint and they installed a broken and damaged handle without repairing it from the car crash. The alignment and possibly the entire frame is damaged and they didn’t check or inspect the frame after the car needed replacement parts attached to the frame. I would suggest avoiding this body shop at all cost. My insurance company, State Farm is the process of removing Crash Champions from their preferred vendor list after this experience as well.

They have liars working the phone. I called and asked 3 questions: 1) Do you take Progressive insurance? 2) Do you work on aluminum? 3) Can you repair my F350? The person on the phone said "Yes, yes, yes, go ahead and have Progressive tow the truck here." After 2 days of waiting I call them back and they now say "We do not work with progressive and we had no room anyway, so we sent the tow truck away". I guess this is a bullet dodged for me, but what an infuriating experience. I will make sure I tell as many people as possible, STAY AWAY FROM CRASH CHAMPIONS.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. They failed to fix my vehicle the first time after having it for about 6 weeks. They then kept my vehicle for another week, and they left what appears to be dog hair in the clear coat of vehicle. Along with rude people working in the front.

The service was a 5-star experience from beginning to end. I was kept informed of the entire process via daily texts and they were extremely attentive, reliable, and fast. Hopefully I will never need another collision center again but if I do, I’m not going anywhere else. Crash Champions offered a Beverly Hills customer service experience during a very unglamorous situation like a car accident.

it was horrible the lack of communication and the lack of care of quality of parts. I got my truck back and stuff is still a half inch twisted even after pointing it out and asking them to fix it. communication got very bad at the end I had to start calling and emailing to find out when my truck was going to be done. the first time I went to pick it up they had installed the completely wrong parts. please stay away from the shop I had talked to a couple customers in the parking lot and they were getting screwed around as well! things that are still messed up , grille-headlight-hood bumper

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. TWICE. I was in an accident. The other party would be paying & my car ended up here. The next day I called with questions & Stephanie told they would only give information to the party that hit me. They wouldn't answer questions to me. About my car. When I said I would pick up the car & take it elsewhere, she hung up on. Later, I received a message from the car app that my sensors had been disconnected. When I arrived to get the car, I was told they couldn't find it and they had no record of it. My insurance company directed me to report it stolen. The next day, Mike told me he would not give me any information about my car. So again I called the police. The result was Service King had illegally started work on my car without my permission. It was drivable when I brought it in but now needed to be towed to another shop. I reached out to Larry Gonzalez, some type of senior manager. He never responded. One good note. The new body shop gave me a quote for $2,500 less.

Contacted Crash Champions/Service Kings and talked to a service representative who brusquely told me they could take my car but that it would sit in the lot for about 6-7 weeks before they could look at it. I told them I understood and could I just keep my car at home until they were ready to tow it to their lot. She told me they needed a statement from my insurance that it was not drivable before they could tow it. I contacted my insurance agent who said that information was sent over already but that he would send it again. I gave him the representative’s name so he could contact her directly. I checked back with her several days later and was told she never received the info about it being undrivable. His went round and round for about 3-4 weeks. She then told me that my insurance had messed everything up and taken so much time to send the information over and now the body shop was at capacity and didn’t have any openings and I would have to go elsewhere. She also added she personally had Allstate insurance and thought they were terrible. How unprofessional. My agent called her again and sent her a screenshot of his e-mails to her my car was undrivable and it was discovered she had the information all along and it had been overlooked. My Allstate agent explained that she was rude to him too. My agent made arrangements at another body shop, Car Star, and they got my car in right away with no problems. I’d never Crash Champions.

*Scam Alert* This “company” is horrendous. I had an accident in March and unfortunately took my car here. They finished my car in three weeks. When I did the walk around, there was still damage to my car. Took another week and I got my fixed car. A few days later I notice my bumper will not stay attached. I called and they told me to come in so they can take a look. Some guy popped it back in and told me if it happens again to come back. My 10 drive home and surprise surprise it came out AGAIN. I call the next day to let them know and a very pleasant woman argued with me for 10 minutes that I need to come in and have it assessed when I tried telling her I already did that. Someone in the background said they would order me a new bumper, GREAT! I follow up three weeks later, spoke with someone that said they would call me back. Great. Call a week later, we’ll give you a call back. It took four days of my following up to speak with the GM Wendy. She had no idea about this situation meaning my bumper was never ordered and I asked I come in AGAIN so they can see what’s going. Let her know I have already done this and I’m not doing it again. Let her know I would send in photos and she can go from there. This place is sketchy and does not care about their customers but only money from the insurance company. Save yourself a headache and stay far away from this place.

Horrible customer service by Laurie (or Lauren). I was involved in a crash that was caused by a reckless driver. I have never experienced a crash prior to that, and it was terrifying. My car was not drivable and was taken to Service King for repairs. My car was not even close to being totaled, but I could not drive it. It arrived at Service King in the beginning of May. While it was there, mother nature threw ice on it, causing us to have to make a second claim. It was there for 2 months. My insurance company told us that my car was done and to return the rental car. Ok, but I hadn't heard from Service King, so I called them. I spoke to Lauren, who was extremely rude, instantly. For almost 9 years, I answered 911 and non-emergency calls for a very busy city. I will never show my backside to a customer, or someone calling for help. Never. I asked her the status of my car...one call...in 2 months... and she raised her voice and said she didn't know, but that my car wasn't done! Wow. I asked her to please not be rude to me, that I'm not being rude to her. Incredible. I had to take my vehicle to Shortline Buick after receiving it from Service King to get the computer in my car fixed. It was caused by them, but to be fair, mistakes happen and they said they'd pay if they were at fault. Well, the gentleman at Shortline called to set up payment, and she was rude to him! In fact, I asked him if that's who he spoke to and he was shocked that I knew. He didn't get very far, since they had to approve the payment through management. Ok, not a problem. My husband called the next day, and spoke to.....Lauren..... She proceeded to raise her voice at my husband, saying her guys would have never told someone they'd pay. They paid. Hopefully Lauren receives some anger management and customer service training. From someone who has walked people through CPR, childbirth, robberies, shootings, stabbings, you name it.... do not blame your poor attitude on stress. You have no idea what the other person might be going through. Please be kind.

I had my vehicle repaired there since it was the only place that I could get in that wasn't a 2 months wait. I would had given it a 5 stars since they did a great job with my car. However, when I picked it the car, I was told that the decals for the rear of the car was on order and it would be about a few weeks for it to come in. I called back and the lady I spoke to didn't have anything on file/order pertaining to my decals. She informed me that she would check with the manager and call me back. A week goes by, no call and I left a voicemail. Another week goes by, no call back so I call and leave another voicemail. Still no return call back. I decided to send an email and never received a reply back. Customer service while they have your car is great...but the moment you get your car back and they still owe you something...good luck getting a hold of someone. Half way tempted to contact my insurance company who paid for the repairs to let them know of the poor service. If they got charged for rear decals, State Farm should get their money back since I didn't get the decals put on the car!

Where to begin- my insurance was incredibly difficult and Service King went above and beyond to make sure my repairs went smoothly. From drop off to updates to pickup they were fabulous in every way. Lauren is amazing and the entire team was so helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for collision repairs.

Made an appointment with them for when I could leave my car for the day. They told me to count on spending 30 to 45 minutes for estimate and then I could decide to leave the car for repairs that day or not. When I got there, first they claimed they didn't know anything about my case, yet while talking to them, they knew my name, my car, and my insurance claim number, but they "didn't know anything about me". After 1 1/2 hours later my insurance company solved the problem within minutes of talking to them. Then they get really bad; I asked if when they complete my estimate, would they know if they can fix the car that day or not, as I was instructed when I made my appointment. She looked at me like I was from Mars; Ohno she says, they won't get the estimate done for a week or so. Just to get the estimate. I uncharacteristically blew up. I'd already been there almost 2 hours and they can't even give me an estimate for a week! Why did they tell me on the phone count on spending 30 to 45 minutes. If these guys can't even accomplish an estimate, red flag for disaster them attempting to actually fix a car in a reasonable time and with skill. No way. Found another insurance approved shop that can do an estimate during an appointment, then we can go from there. Bye bye Service King, never in my lifetime.

Busted up my Dodge Ram 1500 on 11-2-22. (I live in Colorado Springs). My truck was unsafe to drive so I tried to get into a shop right away. None of Allstate approved shops could get me in for an estimate for seeks and even months, and I would have had to tow it to the shop and then tow it home for more weeks until they could schedule the repairs. Got in contact with Service King in Parker, CO and I can't say enough about how they treated me. Working with Peter James and Stephanie Barakas they sent a tow truck to my house within 24hrs and quickly got an estimate and approval with my insurance. My truck was being repaired in DAYS rather than the many weeks and months I was told by my local shops. Stephanie has been routinely giving me updates. Texting me on the weekend to get papers signed and updates. She even gave me updates over days she was home sick. The level of her personal care is top shelf. I never had to call or reach out, ever. They have gone above and beyond to make this so easy and informative. They are true pros here. With all the labor and supply shortages it's refreshing to feel valued and important as a customer. They are amazing and show you that elite staff can make all the difference even in dealing with the same company in different cities. Yes, there are several Service Kings in Colorado Springs, but MY service King will always be in Parker. 100% earned by loyalty and business now and forever..

Best body work and customer service around! The ladies in the office are amazing! They are the reason I chose to have Service King repair my vehicle. Communication was outstanding! I was in the know the entire time, and I received my car a day early! Service King also helped me with the rental car process. My car looks perfect again and I will forever be a Service King fan! I am very happy I chose them over their competitors. No one wants to be in the situation to need a collision repair company, but overall, I had a fantastic experience. Thank you, Service King!

My 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid got rear ended by someone on i70 during a winter storm a few months back. USAA referred me to this shop among Caliber Collision. Service King was able to get me an estimate within 1 week where all the Caliber Collisions in my area said at least 1 month out. For just an estimate. So I went with Service King - Parker, and they the team they have there was been awesome. The staff I talked to and kept me updated were super nice throughout the whole time. Got updates when things were moving along. SUPER SUPER happy with how my car came out! Took a little less than a month to repair the quarter panel and bumper. Shout out to Stephanie and Jennifer for communicating the whole time and being super friendly. Definitely would recommend this Service King location.

This was the first time that I've ever had to deal with an insurance claim, so I had no idea what to expect. From the get go the team was attentive to my needs, respectful of my time and treated my car like their own. The body work and paint job looks amazing, the guys up front (Ben and Patrick) kept me informed each step of the way and my car was ready when they said it would-be. Eric is a gem of a human. My truck had been stolen, and my car was banged up in the ensuing chase. Eric ran point getting the truck out of impound in Commerce City and brought back to Parker, and was so kind and generous in getting everything fixed up on the Subaru. (Truck is still pending as of this writing, but it was brought down several days later.) Trey at a front desk was great too. I really can't say enough about these guys. Super friendly, excellent workmanship. My personal thanks to everyone at the shop.

The head manager there is abusive to customers and employees, just has a horrible attitude! I sincerely hope this individual isn't a broad representation of Service King Corporate?!...I was going to use them to paint three car body panels on my Pathfinder, but after witnessing how the employees are treated and reading the relevant reviews, I will never ever bring my cars for service in this place. I'm a Colorado native, a 12 year Parker resident, and a 27 year Douglas County resident- I am active in the community and politics, I love supporting small businesses as well as franchises that BENEFIT it. As long as this location is run the way it is now, I will not advocate for keeping it or supporting it. Needs better leadership!

My tire popped on 225 and I had to drive on my rim to the closest gas station. After I filed a claim and get towed. In a whim, I chose Service King in Parker and I couldn’t be happier. My car was evaluated and fixed quickly and professionally by Service King. It was also super clean which I did not expect to be included in my service. Beyond impressed. Thank you!

I have known the body man Bill in the painter Mike for years, they always do top-quality work. The manager Alex is always great to deal with and always takes care of you with great customer service. They took great care of my 2009 Mercedes Benz and she looks better than when I brought her in. Highly recommend the shop for all your collision needs.

These guys were friendly and professional from the very beginning. After dropping off my SUV, they actually left me text messages updating me of the progress of my repair. Really? Who does that. Virtually no one! Five days before my pickup date I get a call from Service King telling me my car was done. When I picked up the car I found they had done an amazing paint and repair job! The car was cleaned inside and out! This type of service rarely exists these days! Thanks Service King!

Unfortunately our daughter totaled her car after 2 weeks of owning it. We purchased the exact same car. I asked if they could switch the radio, tires and wheels after my insurance agent approved it. They did everything for us and were so compassionate when they had to break the news that the car was totaled. I HIGHLY recommend Service King.

Jennifer and the crew at Service King did an amazing job! We were in for Hail Damage, and the team was able to get our car repaired much faster than what was initially expected. They were friendly, professional and have a very talented repair crew. We would recommend going here, as well as we would come back if we need any other repair work completed.

Would have been lower but to be completely fair I'm being neutral. I can't rate their work because they ultimately didn't perform the work on my car. It's my experience trying to set an appointment for an estimate that compelled me to review that experience with this business so others can make informed choices. I called to arrange for an an estimate on hail damage repair. The representative with whom I spoke, though perfectly polite and courteous,worked diligently to discourage me from doing so, citing one reason after another why I didn't really want to bother. I repeated clearly several times that I still wanted the estimate to take to my insurance company as directed, so that I could deciden whether or not to repair the damage after discussing it with my agent, but after four tries I concluded that they really didn't want to do the estimate. I'm not entirely sure why, as he only explained why I wouldn't want to repair my car, but ultimately all his arguments boiled down to the same thing, "just live with it." Finally I realized I was being treated with the patience one would accord a child being told she didn't know what's best for her, and thanked him for his time. Then I called someone else who readily agreed to set an appointment. Because the Service King gentleman was polite and did have the courtesy to speak with me, I rated 3 stars, however I honestly didn't appreciate the obvious brush-off. If I should I ever need any other auto body/collision repair, I won't even consider calling Service King.

I recently purchased a 2017 truck and was thoroughly enjoying the experience, until I noticed a bend in the plastic of my front fender. I immediately went into panic mode and started frantically Googling body shops in the area. Service King was able to offer me a one-day availability for an estimate, so I signed up and brought it in after work. After discussing the situation with Jay, he drove my truck over to the shop side of the building. After about 15 minutes, he came back with my truck, minus the dent. He informed me that the dent popped out easily, but he also had the technician do a quick inspection to make sure there was no other damage. Upon finding none, he gave me the keys back and didn't even ask for payment. VERY friendly service, and super quick booking and response time. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

They did a great job replacing my door on a 2005 BMW. There was planning to make sure the replacement door was received before I took in the car. Even near the Christmas holiday it only took a couple days. The paint was blended very nicely & you can't even tell the work was done. There were text messages to keep me up to date as to progress on the car -- this was a really nice touch.
