Paul was such a blessing to my wife and I. We had the unfortunate experience of my wife's car breaking down 6 days after buying it, at night, by a park. Paul towed her vehicle to her apartment. He was so kind and understanding. After he arrived to drop off the vehicle, Paul took the time to attempt to find out where the damage might be at. This kind man got under the car and even thoroughly looked under the hood with his flashlight. He identified where the possible damage may be at. It turns out he was right. Paul's kindness, professionalism, and understanding made a stressful situation better to cope with. If I need a tow, I'll let you know....lol. After sitting on the side of the highway, Paul came and was very calming. He stopped at a convenience store so I could go to the restroom. After dropping my vehicle to my chosen mechanic he dropped me at my home. Great service.

Paul carried my classic Cadillac to the shop this week. Not only is he a very nice person, he was careful in every respect. He used soft tow straps and tie-downs so that my car wouldn't be scratched. It's just what I hoped for. As a side benefit Paul's truck is not too tall like the gigantic tow trucks I've seen. He was able to come up my long tree-lined driveway without breaking tree branches. My Cadillac is almost limo sized and he handled it all deftly. Good job!

I called Paul a few days ago with a major towing issue that several other companies no quoted me or just did not show up. Paul jumped at the job and tackled it for me without hesitation. He was prompt even after I gave him the wrong phone number to call me back he still showed up. This was hands down the best towing service I've been provided. Very professional and fast. They responded to my call immediately and arrived to pick up my car within 25 minutes. They also towed my car to the shop for me without me having to be there so I could still make it to work on time. I had a really bad experience with my insurance carrier's roadside assistance, waiting around 3 hours with no sign of help on the way. I found Paul's info on Google, called, and he was at my location in 10 minutes. His kindness and professionalism were top-notch, and I will be calling him again if I ever get in another tough spot with my vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone.

Having just bought snow tires, I felt I would be able to handle whatever Colorado could throw at me. I was sorely mistaken, I underestimated a slope while it was snowing and slid into a ditch. I called around but some services were asking for steep prices. Granted, it’s hard work towing cars, especially in adverse conditions, but if I can save, I’ll weigh my options. Paul helped me immensely in that regard. Honestly, you’d be hard pressed to find services better priced. He’s down to earth and responded quicker than I expended. I couldn’t recommend a fellow more suited to helping those in need of roadside assistance! Next time I get stuck in a ditch (hopefully not), he will be the first person I call. I CANNOT say enough good things about Paul. My husband and I got stuck in a snow storm on 11/6 and was able to get picked up by someone, but had to abandon our vehicle. I called Paul and he answered right away and said he would be able to get it for us, when another tow truck told us they wouldn’t be able to. He kept me updated on the eta, and whenever there was a delay (there was a lot of closed roads), and also called when he was 15 min out, delivering it right to our door. He was the kindest, sweetest, and overall just a cool standup guy. Someone you can just tell is just going to take care of things, and you don’t have to worry. The pricing wasn’t outrageous and we didn’t feel taken advantage of at all. Honestly, it’s the only time I’ve ever been happy about spending money on towing- we liked him that much, he deserved it. He worked hard to get our vehicle out by having to move others out of the way just to get to ours. If we need towing again, I would wait it out until he’s available. 100/10 would recommend!!
