I recently purchased my first vehicle at Layal Automotive, and Noor helped me through the entire process. I wasn’t fully sure what I wanted, but he took the time to walk me through all my options and stayed patient even when I was feeling really indecisive. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, and never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing much since this was all new to me. Layal Automotive is an excellent place to buy a car, and you can tell Noor truly cares about his customers and his business. He’s professional, honest, and genuinely great at what he does. Overall, it was an amazing first car, buying experience, and I would definitely recommend him and Layal Automotive to anyone.

I had a scheduled appointment for a test drive at 11 AM, which I booked two days in advance. I arrived early at 10:30 AM, only to be told that another customer had just called and was in the process of buying the exact car I came to see. The most frustrating part is that no one from the dealership bothered to call or text me to let me know the vehicle was suddenly pending sale. They had my contact information from the appointment booking. Because of their complete lack of communication, I wasted over an hour and a half of my day driving to the dealership for nothing. Be very cautious. Do not depend on them to do the right thing or communicate effectively. Your time is not valued here.

My guy Nour. Where do I start.. This dealership really helped me in soo many ways others couldn’t.. Saying they will work w you is an understatement.. They took great care of me.. I’m upset I wasted my time at other dealerships… This place is a one stop shop even with mechanics in there.. Best number in Colorado for sure and crazy part he will match or beat any other deals.. and on top of that ma guy gave me gas money ??.. The place feels like home and the people are like family now.. This is by far the best dealership we have ever been to. We are about 2 Hours away we sent in an application they got us approved and out the door same day within a timely manner. Very polite staff and a very nice selection of vehicles. There’s nothing but honesty and making sure we have a great experience which we did! This is a place. If Layal Automotive is not your first stop, it will definitely be your last! Buying my daughter's first car here as well as my own was effortless! Noor, Diane, and Ali are all very informative and helpful before, during and after the sale. The owner answered every question we had, let us take the car to our mechanic for a quick once over, and was not only friendly but also knowledgeable. For after purchase service there is NO ONE that comes close to this dealer. After 10 years of car buying experiences in Denver, this definitely ranks as the best. My son found one of his dreams car on the lot. We went and checked it out in person. I appreciated the carfax report and knew it was a rebuilt title. Noor was great and was very up front and honest about the history of the car. He was easy to work with. It would have been 5 stars but they are busy and so follow up could of been better. Not a bad thing but something to improve on. In the end I would go back and buy another car from Noor and his brother Ali. They are down to earth and easy to talk with and fair about their prices and up front about the cars. Also Diana at the front desk is professional and also helped us.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! We attempted to purchase a truck with a buyer's order for more than a week. The dealership refused to provide the buyer's order. Because they knew they had intentions of throwing on charges, the bank would not allow... when we brought this to management, they said, "That's their tactic,"and we should get over it... So I figured I would let the whole world know that they fully intend to rip you off. Our bank warned us to run due to their egregious behavior. Luckily, we were smart enough to listen... We will be filing with every regulatory body to make sure nobody experiences what we just went through. Their behavior is illegal and egregious, to say the least!!!!!

Best dealership I’ve been too! I went in for a 2021 dodge charger scatpack and fell in love with it. i got approved within a few minutes was able to test drive the car and get my paper done really quick, and just like that i had my new car?! You guys have to come checkout Layal Automotive! The customer service is great and they have many amazing cars.

After purchasing my charger SRT I had it checked out by mechanics. Everything was perfect. Customer service was great and they helped me find exactly what I wanted.

All vehicles are on salvage titles. This can be due to damage or theft, but the prices reflect this. We received stellar, prompt service when we came to shop, and Noor worked with us to get the financing and payment we were looking for. We arrived late on Saturday, test drove in Monday, and drove home with it shortly after. It's a 2019 Jeep, clean interior (previously stolen), minor cosmetic issues on the outside, but still runs very well. Picked it up with no hassle well below market value with Carfax included. Compared to many (many) shady used car lots we shopped, this was the most straight forward, above board process I've experienced. My mother loves her new(ish) Jeep and I've already started recommending Layla to friends and coworkers.

This was my very 1st time buying a car on my own and I could not have asked for a better experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Noor is a fair and honest guy who made my experience very pleasant. After working though a clear out the door price and short fix list, the vehicle I had chosen needed to stay overnight. Even though other customers came by offering more money for it he honored our original deal with superb integrity.

Noor with Layal Automotive was very pleasant to work with. Usually I would say that a salesperson is someone I would "deal with", but I honestly felt that Noor was truly wanting to work with me. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Limited for $5,000 less than what Carfax said it was worth (even as a rebuilt title). After the purchase, I found some things that I didn't notice when I bought it (Bluetooth microphone want working, headlamp was leaking, moulding clips weren't in all the way and the moulding fell off). Even though it was outside the 3 day window, Noor took care of everything no questions asked. Great customer experience. I HIGHLY recommend Layal Automotive for purchasing your next vehicle. As others have said in their reviews: He treats you like a person, not like another person buying a vehicle. For being so young, Noor definitely has his act together when it comes to business and how to treat clients. I had a great experience buying a vehicle from him, and I'm not one to ever say that!! Usually that would be an oxymoron when it comes to used car sales!! ;)
