The yard is a disaster with lanes/aisles blocked by debris and the cars are placed in precarious ways, sometimes making it difficult to access what you need. I find the Denver location to be much more organized.
The parking lot is a free for all and is incredibly busy anytime I've gone in. Maybe better luck on week days.
I didn't get what I needed, but I did get some rare scores... and got to spend a few hours with my spouse on a junk yard date so I'll take the wins!
They did not have what I needed but before I paid, walked in and searched, they guy had an inventory listing that allowed me to make an informed decision. That's why I rated service 5 stars!
Came here not too long ago and got help from jarel I don’t really know much about cars but I was lucky to have him guide me on what I exactly needed. Very nice and well mannered guy who knows what he’s talking about

I had such an amazing experience here !! Jarell was super helpful and was able to help me find a new engine for my car, I was very confused at first but he assured me I was going to be taken care of and he walked me through step by step on which engine was going to best benefit me !
Jarell clearly knows his way around the yard and explained things very clearly The service was honest, efficient, and respectful. Employees like this make a big difference, and I’d definitely come back because of the help I received.
This place is great. Always a good time getting some practice pulling what you need on a kind of vehicle you’ll be working on later. Staff were great and friendly. Jarell in particular was very knowledgeable.
I love this place! This is the kind of review you WANT to post! While the staff has almost always been polite for the past 14+ years I have been coming here, the newst guys are REALLY stellar & their generosity really touched me this last time!
I came here October 2025 after BOTH of my cars were robbed. Each had 2 windows PLUS the rear window bashed to bits. We were blessed to find the RARE 2005 Toyota 4Runner, and I needed a TON of replacement parts, including new emergency charging cables and more.
When the checkout guys heard what happened to me, they generously gave me the deal of a lifetime for everything rather than charge me way more for each & every part. Their hearts were so big! All I could do was thank them & promise to post a review.
We - my husband PULLs & I cover all PAYments - are back today, Saturday, Jan 10, 2026 hoping to find parts for my poor Nissan Rogue. Unfortunately, the newly listed 2014 car has an automatic liftgate hatchback instead of the one with the remote sensor unlocking mechanism I need, but the staff made it worth the hunt! They gave me the prices of the large parts I was seeking in advance as I checked in based on variables like removing the lights & interior panel. Plus they remained polite & helpful as ever while I dashed in & out to check some dimensions & specs.
Those alone warrant 5 stars. I would give them 5+++ if they would post picks or a quick video of each vehicle from all 4 sides, so you know in advance whether it is worth the long drive out from Golden to get here. While we all know parts get lifted & may be gone before you arrive, it still would help IMMENSELY. At least I found a good car jack & manual to replace the ones stolen from my vehicle to prevent a total loss.

Pull and pay is the best place to get car parts. The prices are reasonable and service is good. I want to give a special shot out to the manager that handled my small complaint. He made things right! Go to pull and pay no regrets!
this is place so bias and a joke. I pull FL rim from (i think 2003) volvo s60 which i needed for my 2002 volvo S60. this rim was all beat up and has very visible damage around it. I went to the counter to pay and the guys says who was very rude and bias $50. I told him that is too much; can you sell it for $25 because its damaged. He said no and told me to put it back in medium size dumpster. They make pull it for them and they turn around tag you with hefty price assuming that you would pay for it because you spent all that time to pull it and pay to pull out the tire off of it.
Very friendly staff, organized layout and it was an efficient visit to the U-pull-&-Pay Aurora site. It was my first time visiting there but I found what I was looking for and though it's a bit of a drive for me I'm looking forward to going back next time I need some parts. They had what I needed!
These folks are Boss! The parts computer system is up-to-date, the yard is super organized and safe as well. The counter crew knows everything and as a bonus, they help you with a smile and sense of humor....the true definition of 'wise guys'. We went back home and made a list of our 2 other, older vehicles and came back to salvage parts for them as well!
I like the yard. There is just one rude very disrespectful young guy working on the desk. I been going here for about 10 years …..there used to be very good people working and they are all gone.
One of the staff harassed my helper and I as soon as he looked at us while we were on our way exiting. Extremely rude and used foul language right away. Everyone else was respectful. Im inclined to believe at least one of us was racially profiled. Any other junkyard in the Denver Metro area is better to go to.
I came in 2 months ago and got a battery and it didn't work and Loretta gave me a replacement that should do the trick to keep my car running. Very friendly good service. Seems like a fun adventure as people go in the "junk yard" for $5 and hunt for parts for their vehicle.
Update - The replacement battery is no great shakes either. Lesson learned, don't buy used batteries as it is not worth the effort. Not their fault, just hit or miss and in my case mostly miss.
The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, helpful, and professional. I found the parts that I needed in the well-organized lot. They are also very Veteran friendly!
